    Tina and Jacey are the two coaches I've had classes with, and they were both great! I sign up for classes via ClassPass, and I always have a great time at F45. They have different types of classes and have a very substantial schedule. This location is clean and has ample parking.

    Excellent studio and trainers! I have enjoyed my experience training here over the past two months. I like the mix of classes and exercises. Some of the classes are tough, but overall it has been a great experience that has already helped my lose 13 pounds. I highly recommend this studio if you are looking to stay motivated and reach your wellness goals.

    I haven't worked out in years. F45 is a great work out with a great community! The motivation from the coaches keep me going and keep me from getting hurt with their guidance. It's my first month in and going to continue coming!

    I was able to attend a class at F45, personally I really like places that are about nutrition and fitness. The place has a lot of equipment that will benefit you when doing there workouts. There is an inside and outside patio with multiple screens to see what exercise you will perform. They change the workout daily so you don't feel bored. One thing to improve on is taking a little more time with the demonstration and stretching!

Coach Maria was really the one that kept me motivated and encouraged me the entire way. Now it's been 9 months and I absolutely love coming here. Initially I was coming 3 times a week, now it's around 5-6 times a week. Every single coach here is amazing. They care and take the time to help you in any way they can. They will show you 10 different ways to modify a movement and find one that you are comfortable with. If you are recovering from an injury, they will find something else you can do. They put your safety first and never force you to do something that can injure you. Will you feel sore a lot? Yes. Will you get pushed further than you thought you could ever go? Yes. You will be so impressed and encouraged once you commit and push yourself to do things you never thought you could and this is the place that will make it happen. Little by little I am seeing improvement. I started out not being about to do pull ups, now I can get a couple strict and several kipping. I couldn't do toes to bars, so I did knees to chest; now I am able to connect a few toes to bars and little by little I am able to do more of them unbroken. Everyone here is on their own journey and you will see a vast assortment of skill levels as well as people of all ages. I am so glad I decided to join, it has changed my life. I feel good about myself and have met so many good people.

So I was keeping an eye out for a gym that had classes so the coaches can tell me what to do. (Because honestly, if i went to a gym like LA fitness or 24 I would be on that treadmill and leaving since no one would be pushing me to do more). I was just about to join another gym until one of my hair clients told me about Chino CrossFit. She told me that she went to this gym for a competition and said the owners were really kind and the gym was really nice. She sent me the Instagram link and next thing you know I'm signing up for a trial class. For my trial class, I was nervous since I did not understand the WOD board and I don't know much about form. But the coach, Al, was very kind and told me not to worry since he goes over each workout before we start. The gym is very clean and organized. I was greeted by the members, which makes it less intimidating. The workout was tough but everyone goes at their pace and there's no judgement on how your doing. After my first session, I was so comfortable and enjoyed the workout, that I got my membership right after the class. I never in my wildest dreams thought i would enjoy working out and actually be disappointed missing a class due to my schedule. I've learned if the coach isn't pushing you, the other members are. This makes you want to do better. If you had any questions, the coaches are very approachable and helpful on form. They are also informant on what each workout works out what part of the body. I've been going for a month or so for 4 days a week, started a healthier diet, and I already feel so much stronger and better about my body. I can't wait for a year to pass and see how much my body progresses. (Because the workouts are just so good I know I'm going to see results) If you're hesitant about joining this gym don't. This gym is for the inexperienced to the experienced athletes. If you want a gym with different workouts everyday, you want to see and feel results, and want to join a gym that feels like a family, then this gym is for you!

But this is not a gym; it is a training facility where you work with trainers to tackle your physical goals. Next, this is about my trainer, Kevin Abandy. Kevin has been my trainer for exactly 8 weeks now and he is awesome! I made the decision to get a trainer after my birthday to truly invest in myself. You can invest in your own skills and education, but the return is almost always indirect. But with a trainer, specifically Kevin, I gained 8 lbs of muscle mass and lost 8% body fat (approx. 13-lbs of fat) after 8 weeks of training with him. Also, at the start of my training, I had back pain (from past injury to T12) and knee pains (from under the kneecap). Through Kevin's program and coaching, my pain has been reduced to near 0 with full mobility -- like squatting all the way down and up with 200-lbs of weight on my shoulders with no knee pain. I would give a 1-star review to keep it from getting crowded, but it would be hard for me to not tell others about the good that comes out of this place. My mom is 70 and she's training with Kevin too! And the story is the same for her... knee pains - GONE. Back pains - GONE. I've been working with Mia for almost 6 months now and have dropped about 5% in body fat and gained 7% in muscle mass. I would have never considered myself "overweight" but knew I needed to lose a few pounds. I've tried the traditional membership gyms but always found that I would lose interest or motivation. When I started inquiring about personal trainers, Mia was very prompt at answering. During our consultation I did a body fat scan and was shocked to find out that I was nearly 25%. We talked and I learned that it was less about the weight and more about body composition and fat/muscle percentages. Due to my work schedule we were able to meet twice a week for an hour a session. Mia adds good variety to our workouts and I definitively know that I push myself more during our sessions that I normally would have if I were doing the workouts by myself. She also places an emphasis on nutrition and offers advice on what to eat and what to stay away from. The last couple of years my diet has gotten progressively worse, and she's been a great help in getting me back on track. I've noticed that I've started making much healthier choices in the foods I eat. still have a ways to go but would highly recommend Mia for helping you get you to your goals!
