Seeing this interaction while waiting in line made me feel unwelcome as well. Later, that same manager was taking photos on her phone, though it wasn't clear why. This isn't the first time I've observed this kind of behavior at this location--I've witnessed similar rudeness twice now. Even though it wasn't directed at me, it still left a bad impression. They could really benefit from better customer service training, especially at the management level.
