I went for the first time to Dr. Fabriel Burquez. I just googled "dentist near me" and found his name. One of my crowns had come off and needed to be glued back in. I called Dr. Burquez's office to see if they could help and if they could see me the same day. The person who answered the phone was incredibly kind and professional, and luckily, they were able to fit me in just a few hours later. I also asked for the price up front since I pay out of pocket and didn't want any surprises. The person on the phone gave me a straightforward answer, without playing the usual games like, "It depends on the crown," "We might need X-rays," or "We'll have to see the gums first." I've gotten quotes five times higher elsewhere, so hearing a clear and honest price was refreshing. When I arrived, I met the rest of the team -- two more girls at the front and the doctor's assistant -- and each one was nicer than the next. Then I met Dr. Burquez himself: kind, polite, and genuinely caring. Even though I was a brand-new patient coming in for what most would consider a small issue, he treated me like a VIP. While I was there, I also showed him a different tooth with a cracked crown. He took an X-ray -- free of charge -- and, because it was an implant under the crown, he recommended that I see a specialist just to make sure everything was stable. He could've easily just sold me a new crown and made some quick money, but instead, he gave me honest advice and even recommended two other doctors to consult. He and his staff took their time, no rush, no pressure -- even taking the time to search for their contact info. In the end, the price I paid was exactly what they quoted over the phone -- no hidden fees, no extra charges for the X-ray or the extra work (and it ended up being a full bridge, not just one crown). It's rare these days to find a doctor who actually cares about his patients, loves what he does, and isn't just in it for the money. Sadly, that's not the norm anymore -- but with Dr. Fabriel Burquez, it absolutely is. I can't recommend him enough. Highly recommended! read more

I made an appointment there because of all those good reviews about Dr. Fabriel Burquez on Yelp. Such doctor does not exist!! A lady in the name of doctor Riba or something like (I asked her name) that worked on my teeth that didn't seem to have even an elementary knowledge as a dentist. Their system was so inefficient that I had to swallow most of liquid in my mouth!! Really awful!!! I wonder if they illegally use unprofessional people in the name of Fabriel Burquez!? How is this possible? I really wonder how so many good reviews are on yelp!? I have started to believe that even Yelp is not trustful anymore. read more

Office etiquette & customer service absolutely horrible. I couldn't make this up they call me asking for my social almost a year later after my visit. Edith you obviously don't know what's going on with billing and the way insurance works, or she may be misinformed . I was billed a long time ago for my dental visit. But I will save much time and not be visiting this office ever again because of the quality of customer service . Overall a very rude lady that has no manners when calling someone. Disappointed to say the least. I needed a new dentist and saw that this place had great reviews. So I got my teeth cleaned here a few weeks ago but didn't realize how much tartar there was left in between my teeth. This makes sense because my cleaning only lasted a few minutes (10-15 mins) compared to other dentists who would take 25+ mins and have my teeth looking clean and rejuvenated. read more

It was a great experience, Doctor Burquez was kind ans professional, my entire family was happy that we picked his office.

I needed an emergency visit. They have no room for emergent visits. I needed to be seen because I used some makeup that I had unknowingly been allergic to. This make up made me break out in a cold sore. The receptionist said "oh noooo,, we dont see patients with cold sores" in a very arrogant voice. I felt humiliated. Its bad enough that this happened to me. Then to be turned away from treatment becauae of an illness thats out of your control ? Its humiliating, degrading and disturbing. It was Sunday night and after having steak my Front tooth crown totally cracked and felt apart and I looked like a freak ready for Halloween! We get there for my daughters 6 month check up (so we have had one 6 months prior) and they have switched us to another dentist, and didn't inform us in any way till i get there. I ask why and all i got was a bunch of excuses about paperwork. No one could of mentioned it when they called to confirm the appointment the day before??!! read more
