After washing the pipes out and putting a camera through the pipes did he then let us know our options. He suggested a few pipe fixes and a sewer pipe redo at 1/3 the price of the contractor's bid. The job actually turned out to be tougher with massive roots and unexpected piping but we were informed all along the way and they still got the job done efficiently. He takes pictures and has a camera that allows you to see what was done. He also offers a warranty on his work. I never knew where our sewer line clean out was in the front of the house until he found it. He also ran a camera down the sewer pipe which is usually much more expensive from other plumbers. This way, he showed us for the first time all the roots from our trees that are clogging our sewer drain. He said there is a Y connection somewhere down the line that may be a bit hard to clean out but he used a Hydro jet to clean it real well. Frank has always been fair too, one time when we had a faucet leak one of his plumbers fixed it but then within a month started to leak again he came right out and made it right at no charge. He told me that he had used non rusting brass bolts and stainless nuts and washers. When I removed the nut & washer to show him with a magnet that they were steel and would rust he said that our warranty was now void. I requested installation of a new Kohler faucet on my roman tub, replacing a 38 year old faucet. It…read morerequired removing numerous 3" square white tiles to access the plumbing connections. I got bids from 5 plumbers and OIPS had the best price. I provided the hardware and OIPS provided the labor. Levi, the plumber, did an excellent job cutting out a nice 12" square section of tile to access the pipes and install the valve assembly. That went so well I can easily reinstall the cut out tile in the future. For now I just used a white access panel to cover the hole and it looks very nice. New faucet works great! I would use OIPS again in the future for any plumbing work.

I called Paul the owner on the 3rd of July which was a Friday. He gave me some pointers to make it thru the holiday weekend in order to avoid higher costs. That was already a great sign. We set up an appt for 9 Monday morning, I received text reminders and there he was, bright an early 9 on Monday. Communication and punctuality are extremely important to me. My plumbing issue ended up being more complicated than as originally presumed and I needed to get to bed for work (graveyard shift) so we scheduled the fix for a few days to make it to my day off. He was there on time as scheduled and done in 2 hrs. Paul is reliable and clearly knowledgeable in his craft and I am grateful I found him. I have old plumbing and look forward to having him help me head into an upgrade. He is also hilarious with a great sense of humor. 10/10 recommend.
