I did not have an appointment but was told that Carlos could help me. Carlos asked how I would like my haircut and went into a lot of details, from the side to the back and my eyebrows. While cutting my hair (what was left of it from the procedure), Carlos engaged in conversion and seemed to really be interested in what I was saying. I came here for the first time and there were few chairs open but I was offered the guy in the back-it's always the guy in the back that got his barber license from eBay that wants to cut the customers hair. I asked for low fade and this guy gave me a high fade which was not even blended, looked like someone who just started to cut hair. He just kept rushing through the whole cut. No shape up or nothing. I honestly think I could've done a better job than what I've paid for. This has to be the worst hair cut I've gotten in a so called professional barbershop. read more

I came to get a haircut and there was literally barbers on their phone standing behind their chairs with no person on their seat and told me that they couldn't cut me up unless I made an appointment hours later. I left and came back at the appointment time. They obviously gave me barber with the least experienced person and he was busy with another customer at the time of my appointment. The hell is the point of appointments then. Why turn someone away with no appointment then be busy when the appointment comes. I had to wait another 35 minutes with an appointment. Best barber shop I have been to. I am particularly not picky when it comes to getting a haircut I like. Usually I go for a skin fade on the sides and on the bottom with a combover. When I have asked for that cut, I have received exactly that.
