Highly recommend this business. I am a picky eater when it comes to eating healthy, but I always come for Fadi's salads. I have problem digesting certain food specially fast food restaurants but I find that their food so healthy and have a great variety of vegetables. Every time I come here there's always something new to try from the buffet. The food makes me feel better. Their meats, specially the lamb is amazing! Not to mention their chicken curry. I have never written a review. Maybe I'm so bothered because i'm pregnant and had a serious craving for Mediterranean food. I ordered the Falafel plate with greek salad and coriander potatoes to-go. The falafel was dry and hard to bite into. The greek salad was completely wilted and the tomatoes were almost rotten & completely mushy. Then the potatoes (which i was most excited for) were dry and had absolutely NO flavor. I ordered it to go so i had no way of going back and fixing the issue. So in conclusion, i spent $17 on inedible, NOT fresh, overcooked food. I will not be returning. read more

Really enjoy the consistent food from this place, my favorites are the beef khafta kabob, beets, tabouli, baba ghanoush, advocado hummus and pomegranite eggplant. Have been ordering the family meal for the last few weeks and its just consistently fresh and delicious. Fadi's have always been a favorite in our family for many years and when we moved to Katy, we thought, this was our spot. We have ordered Fadi's at Mason Rd through Door Dash many times and each time was slightly disappointed but today we decided we would NEVER return. This was our 8th time dining in at this location. Recently we noticed that the food and service started to lack. Our visit before today, we felt sort of strange when the owner(or manager, black jacket) walked around and delivered cups of complimentary tea to a few customers. Trying to not make a deal of it, I assume it must've been customers who spent a certain amount of money, Today, it was proven that my assumptions were wrong. It started when we were ordering. We went through the server line and chose hummus as a side. I watched the lady in front of me receive a huge scoop of hummus from the heap and offered oil on top and LITERALLY watched the guy scrape the leftover hummus from the drag and plopped it on my plate, and did the same with my guy, only to witness the guy behind us get a nice scoop from the heap and was offered toppings on his order (we did not get the same offer). Again, not trying to make anything of what we saw, we carried on. We also noticed that the lady in front of us ordered the same thing we did (2 1/2 chickens combos) and the guy behind us a wrap but some how both of their portions were significant larger then ours. We got to the cashier who wasn't very nice and ordered drinks. We were given PLASTIC cups when both people before and after us received GLASS ware!!! I am clearly upset but I am being asked by my guy to keep calm. Our $28 ordered turned into $50 really fast and we still are not sure what we were charged for considering our much smaller than usual portion sizes and sizes compared to the customers before and after us and when I asked, I was given a nasty look and handed a receipt that didn't explain much (keep in mind, the lady before us had the EXACT same thing and paid less than $30). We pay and I am forced to "not make a scene"! Well, here comes the ultimate INSULT! We watched both gentlemen (black jacket and I suppose another manager) walk around the restaurant and offer EVERY SINGLE TABLE that did not have a black or hispanic person sitting, a cup of tea. One table had the pleasure of not even being offered but surprised by the gesture when it was delivered to them. I AM BEYOND UPSET AT THIS POINT. 4 cups delivered to the table next to us (2 white males, 2 white females), 3 to the table in front of us (1 white male, 2 white females and a child) and 2 cups delivered behind us (2 asians). I have never experienced the feeling I was feeling in that moment. Even the guy with the wrap got offered a cup but he refused. This guy walked to one table offered, passed by our table (looked me in the face) and went to the next table and offered then passed the table with the 3 young ladies (1 black, 2 hispanics) and walked up to a table with 6 gentlemen of Indian decent and offered. I was mortified and sitting in disbelief. This has NEVER happened before. My assumptions were correct, and the feeling I had felt at my last visit was warranted. Honestly, I would've declined the offer since I am more of a coffee after dinner drinker but I was the mere fact that this undertone of racism was not hidden, IT CLEAR AND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE!! WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION, EVER AGAIN!! What a let down to a place we enjoyed so much! We are done! read more

Went there for a Sunday lunch. Nice interior and excellent servers, but ordering food can be confusing for the first timers. As you are only supposed to order two or three sides (and they have half sides, no idea what that means), and they don't have a menu, you don't know what to get, specifically if you are less familiar with this kind of food. Also, my entry was chicken adana kebab, which appeared 20 min after I settled down in my seat with side dish, pita and drinks. IMHO a sit down place with ordering from menu works better; these are side dish, not appetizers after all. The kebab and rice was quite good but serving size small imo for the price. Nice concept but the food needs work. It feels slightly upscale with the decor and presentation but it's more of a fast-casual place. Very spacious bright and airy inside. The menu explanation could use some work as I and every one else in line couldn't really figure it out. Prices look high but the entree + 1 side is probably enough for most people. Service is more matter-of-fact than friendly but nothing to complain about. The pita bread could be better. It's been a long time since I've eaten at Fadis, and the first time I've been to this location. I was initially surprised at the prices being a tad steep. I ordered the chicken curry, and my wife had the sampler plate (a small scoop of everything). Wow! The sampler plate wound up completely filling three plates on her tray. There was no way she could eat all that food. She wound up using two to-go boxes. I loved the spicy hummus @nd fried cauliflower. Looking back on it, considering the portion sizes, the prices were quite reasonable. I would definitely go back, but it will have to be after I finish dieting. read more

Now that we've recently transplanted to Katy, was looking to fill the void for the staples like hummus, tabouli, fattouch, and fresh bread. We're very pleased with Fadi's, great quality and love the format and ambience. Fast casual, clean and healthy. Kabobs do take a while, so we've found that ordering takeout is a good method to combat the wait. I come here several times a week, highly recommend. horrible customer service experience, they have you waiting 10 minutes before anyone takes your order. extremely slow, meanwhile it is fully staffed and all the staff is in the back ignoring the customers. Then the wait times for anything you order is minimum 30 minutes, they told me my wait time was 10 minutes and it took 30. Wow, this food is amazing. Amazingly bad. Our family has been eating here for 11 years when they first opened and it used to be great. Now the prices keep getting raised every 6 months, and the food is exponentially getting worse. Goddammit I order the butter chicken curry, and it tastes like the sauce was watered down with dumpster juice. The chicken was not simmered in the curry, they just got some dry ass chunks of chicken kabob and threw it in there. The chicken shouldn't be dry, it is supposed to be cooked surrounded by sauce! Call that dish a "bum ass oasis", watery sauce chicken like a mouth full of sand. Don't get me started on the "Iskander" Kabob, it ain't Iskander and it's also dry ass hell. This place is always great for lunch with friends (or alone!) The food can always be expected to be fresh and a fix for your Mediterranean or Greek cravings! I always get the Falafel plate with two half sides (they ALWAYS give you more than a half side) and I'm always leaving with leftovers. It can be a hit hard to find parking/seating during lunch hours but they're pretty quick to clean tables and get you seated pretty quickly. My favorite is the Tabbouleh it's fresh, delicious and a hint of lemon in it, I don't think I've had any place make it the same as Fadis. The filet mignon kabob is my go to. Food is good but it's a bit or miss. Sometimes when I order everything is perfect. Other times they're usually missing something or containers are half full which sucks. They used to give so much more and have better quality but it's started going down hill the last couple years. read more

Amazingly delicious! I visited Fadi's today for lunch and was not disappointed! Everything was fresh and flavorful. They have such a wide and varied selection of food. Went in to order just a tabbouleh Salad (0ne pound) looking on line it said $14.99 with 4 Breads! Here's the thing I get up to the cashier and now they charge me $20.56 I pay for the salad. I think that's a little excessive so I check and go online to check, sure enough $14.99 and 4 breads. Two things! 1. I pointed out the discrepancy of the price. (I could get more at Phoenicia!) 2. Fadi's didn't say ANYTHING about the Bread I was supposed to get! When I did ask the girl for the Pita Bread she was clearly upset she had to give me the bread and asked if I wanted White Pita Bread? Is there any other? While putting the Pita bread in the bag DARA her attitude was not a good one! The girls at the Cashier was less than nice, they were put out I had brought this to their attention and IMMEDIATELY went online to say, Oh we have different prices for different locations as if this should be ANY DIFFERENT? It's a salad! They were not nice with any of the people I came in contact with. As for the difference in price? I would have said, I'm so sorry for the mix up and given the patron the benefit of the doubt as good customer service!
