I was very pleasantly surprised! We went there for a late lunch in the middle of the weekday. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Our server was absolutely fantastic. I started to worry when the wait for our food extended that "comfortable" zone. That always seems to be a bad sign about the food for me. While the wait was long, but not excessive, the food was piping hot (or nicely chilled) and VERY tasty. I had a taco salad that I could not have been happier with. Homemade salsa. Bonus points! Good flavor to the beef and romaine lettuce rather than iceberg. My husband had the buffalo chicken salad and was pleased. The kid had a corn dog and fries. The fries were wonderfully crispy, The decor is a little...lackluster. But I didn't go there to lick the walls. And it was clean. Clean trumps frumpy decor any day! My husband and I have eaten here several times. The last time was the day of the Hog Roast, we had out of state company and we opted to sit in the dining room. We never imagined that the service would have been so poor, take so long and the food be just ordinary. I think Fahrenheit would like to think themselves a high quality restaurant but they can't always back it up. Their prices are getting ridiculous and the daily menu is starting to look pretty much a regurgitation from week to week. The atmosphere is nothing exciting and with inconsistent wait staff its hard to justify coming back. Very good overall! I had the spicy chicken sandwich with asparagus. The asparagus was seasoned perfectly, and the sandwich was very fresh, and surprisingly very tasty! The only complaint would be the prices. It's a little expensive for the type of restaurant that it is. read more

I've eaten in virtually every restaurant in the area and this one was superb. The food was as good as the $100 a plate Italian restaurant (which shall be nameless) we went to just weeks before. I had an excellent glass of wine, the best eggplant I've ever had, and the grilled asparagus was tender but not overcooked. My dinner guest had the ribs, and he said that they were the best he'd ever had, and believe me, he's dined all over the country and abroad. Many patrons were in casual attire, despite the up-scale cuisine, which was quite refreshing. It's wonderful to have a fine restaurant that anyone can afford. read more

Read some of the reviews and I could see the issues some have had with the price because that was my first thought. I think it may be too high by about 10-20% for the area but they have some nice specials and our food was great, the calamari was some of the best we have had. Kayla, our server was on top of everything without being over bearing. We took our family of 11 adults here for Thanksgiving dinner. It was fabulous! Everyone commented about how good the food was. Turkey was moist and tender, ham was delicious, stuffing was very good (hard to find in most restaurants), I didn't have the rib tips but others said they were good, mashed sweet potatoes and white potatoes were delicious along with the carrots and corn. The prime rib was a little too rare for most of us. Salad was very good, fruit was fresh and appetizing. All in all, a wonderful meal. Thank you owners. read more

when it opened it was great, but as time went on it started getting worst. Went there at least 10 time. Last time was Oct. 10, 2014 got the lime chicken which was one small breast and some wild rice. First time here, it's very nice on the inside. Staff was attentive, mainly the busser. 70 cent wings were huge, really good. The 13.99 three course meals were awful. Lake perch was barely warm, looked microwaved almost, mushy on top. The baked potato was also barely warm. Boyfriends jambalaya looked like it came out of a can. Chuncks of seasoning sitting at the bottom of the bowl. Huge chuncks of chicken, and 2 shrimp. It looked, and tasted very amateur. Creme Brule was awesome, bread putting was good but the ice cream was melted cause I'm assuming it sat in the window to be expo'd for while. Ate here last night, all in all it was wonderful. The atmosphere is nice, the staff was very polite and helpful. If I had any complaint it would be the menu. The menu has many choices, but all the choices have there own special name. For example, if you are looking for a hamburger, it has it's own unique name. So in reality we spent a lot of time trying to read the menu. Once we did order, no complaints after that. I ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, they were homemade and delicious. My steak dinner came with 2 sides and a salad or soup, but once again the menu doesn't say sides, it says cuddles (sides), and teasers (soup/salad). The steak was delicious perfectly cooked, and had a great flavor, the garlic mashed and grilled asparagus were fantastic as well. My wife had fried shrimp dinner (wasn't named that), and the server accidentally dropped one on the floor. We quickly were provided with a new shrimp, which we weren't even expecting. My wife had a margarita and loved them. All in all this place is great, food, service, atmosphere. EXCELLENT EVERY TIME!! I have worked my way through a very large portion of their menu and I have yet to find anything that is less than excellent. Their biscuits and gravy (and entire breakfast buffet) are some of the best I have ever had. The steak sandwich and reuben are killer, as are the spicy chicken rolls. For dinner, you cannot beat the ribs they serve here....outstanding!! I could go on and on since I had much more food there than what I mention but it would just be a repeat of what I already said. You really can't go wrong. They have something for everyone; meat, chicken, fish, salad, etc. Free bread with a selection of several different types comes with every meal. It's warm, fresh, and delicious. One thing I really like with the menu is that you can choose your side, even with the sandwich selections. It's really nice to be able to get away from the standard french fries or chips that virtually every other place makes you get. I normally sit at the bar or bar area so I'm not too familiar with experiences in the dining area. What I can tell you is the service in the bar area is great. The bar staff are some of the most efficient, friendly, and customer focused people you can find. They will get you what you need, get it right, and take care of any other items you may need or want. As for the facility, it is clean and well defined (dining area on one side, bar area on the other). They have TV's in the bar area with games or sports shows on normally. Also, the main reason we started coming here was that it is non-smoking. Obviously, if you enjoy smoking with your meal or while having drinks, you may not desire that feature but you can do what a lot of other people do that come there; step outside, have a quick smoke, and come back in. Simple. There is also a great outdoor seating area for the summer time that is covered under an awning. We first came here just to check the place out since we heard it was non smoking. We have since come here many times with friends because the food is great and the service outstanding. A MUST VISIT!! read more

I really want to like this place. I like the interior.. It's cozy/warm and intimate. My husband and I have been here several times, and more times than not its underwhelming. We've had a variety of experiences over the years.. Everything from the server making a comparison to the grilled asparagus on my plate to my husband's penis, to a string of other odd comments to good experiences with good food. This last time we went on a Saturday night- definitely not as crowded as it used to be. Restaurant was about 1/4 full. Service was fairly quick. I ordered raspberry lemonade since I'm pregs. It tasted pretty watery but I drank it. Food- just ok. My husband got the perch which was fine. I ordered one of their specials- balsamic pork tenderloin. When I received it I was surprised that the pork was chopped into bite size pieces over rice. I ate it.. But was just ok. I have a feeling this place is going downhill..such a shame. read more

First Problem. We walked up to the place. Could not tell it was open. Then my buddy and I found our way in. They asked us if we wanted to sit in the bar. We said no. They sat us next to an elderly couple the only other customers in the place at that time. Our server came out after about 5 minutes. She seemed distracted then handed us menus my menu had the specials my buddies did not. Then we ordered. He had iced tea, I had lemonade. It would have been a good heads up on our servers part if she had told me the lemonade was unseweetend. I found out after I got a mouth full of it! She came buy asked us if we were ready to order. No mention of specials or of appetizers or anything else. She was just not there. The floor was filthy. There were food particles all over the place. My advice is clear your talbes better and faster, and vaccum the floors when its slow. There is no excuse for the filth. The food was OK but not worth the high prices. For the price you need to hit at least a double. Not bunt. There were flies flying around in the dinning area. I saw at least two. That with the floors does not make me want to recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere cleaner! read more

The owner needs to take a good look at this place. Food used to be excellent. That is no longer the case. Food should be consistent no matter what day you visit. I wonder if they lost the head chef and now there is no direction in the kitchen. Menu never changes. Wait staff do the best they can, but seems like some are much more busy than others. We stopped taking friends and family there for meals and only go there for a quick drink after work now. Just not what they used to be and hope they can see that and make some changes soon. Waited over an hour was offered a table for four and could they add a fifth chair and could we squeeze in, no problem we can do that. They gave our seat away, they had no extra chairs. Yeah right! So it's the same as always. You go for a while and everything is ok then you go and you say to yourself you'll never be back. Then you go back and it's ok, nothing to brag about. Then another kinda crappy experience then you wait and go back and it's good then you're just waiting for the bottom to fall out. Went today and had thee worse service. Didn't complain about it just bit my tongue. But the bartender paid more attention to other couples that came in after us. Ok I dealt with it. Then ordered food. It came. Worse meal I have had in ages. The pine rib was well done when ordered medium. It had some sauce on it that tasted salty and gross. The side was asparagus and only got 5 or 6 pieces. The drinks were under poured and we were given the "small" glass compared to the couple next to us who ordered drinks very similar. Asked to speak to Steve the owner and he pretty much blew me off when I tried to discuss the issues so he would be aware. I always believe they should know as it helps them improve their business. This was so bad tonight I have NO desire to ever go back. Right now I wouldn't even give it one star. read more

Our group ate here tonight. Our server came right away to bring us drinks..she took our order but it took a long time for the salads to arrive. After 2 bites of salad and soup, the entree was delivered. I like to eat my salad before the food comes. So while I was finishing my salad, the food was getting cold.....not good timing by the waiter and kitchen staff. I ordered the beef tips without mushrooms....well you can guess I spent more time picking them out of the tips...which were just ok. Last minute plans on New Year's Eve we decided to try this place. I called at 6:45 asking if I needed reservations. They said yes that they were slammed but could get us in at 8. I thought that was pretty quick considering this was a busy night. We arrived at 10 till 8 & checked in. They said it would be about 20 minutes. We went to the bar & ordered drinks. The Cosmo & Long Island were both good. We did not get seated for dinner until 9 o'clock. Which on this night for us was fine as we weren't in a hurry. The manager gave us an appetizer on the house. Now the food. We got the calamari. It was probably the best calamari that I've ever had. I'm not sure but I think the salad had too much water on it because after I put dressing on it & mixed it up the dressing became watery. I ordered surf & turf. My filet tasted great. It was medium in the middle as ordered but but too done on the edges. The lobster tasted good but was over cooked also. I could barely get it out of the shell. The brownie dessert was delicious. I had an ok experience. Service at the bar was good. Our waitress was friendly but a little slow to check on us. I will give this place another try on a non holiday. But I will be expecting to get a meal that matches the price I'm paying. read more

Busy Saturday night, however, we ran into a few mistakes that weren't just from being busy. I ordered the special "Tequila Lime chicken salad". Not bad, but not impressed with the lack of dressing- no special dressing, just had to choose between the usual suspects or ranch, Italian, etc. Two people asked to split their plate- he informed us there was a plate sharing fee- no problem! However, when it was served, we had to cut and split it ourselves. Kind of weird to charge for that. My sister ordered the "Jambalaya". The chicken pieces were a mangled mess and didn't even taste like chicken. When we talked to the manager he asked if it was the spices because no one else complained. She mentioned that it tasted like BAD, old meat. He didn't offer anything. My family ordered coffee to finish off the meal and all three came out cold. Mm. Cold coffee. Our server was great correcting any mistakes but these weren't all his fault. While we were here, two large tables were reserved and weren't filled for about an hour. We watched a few large groups leave upon hearing about the wait. Yikes. Management needs to look into some of these issues. read more

Eclectic is the word to describe the menu - they have items from all sorts of cuisines - steakhouse, french, cajun, southern. The atmosphere is what you could describe as new-age: modern decor, slightly annoying runway music as the ambient sound. The service is sometimes less than charming, but not bad. Completely smoke-free is a BIG plus! The food is great, but sometimes inconsistent in quality - it seems like they use their "B" cooks and recipes during off-peak times. Their other downside is the location - suburbia strip-mall, not accessible to pedestrians or mass-transit - that means someone doesn't drink, which really ruins it as a romantic date restaurant - hence the 4-star rating. read more
