Driven past 100 times. Finally had the chance to stop today. Wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Barista was good at their craft. Pulled good shots. Ordered espresso tonic. Like their version of this. Slightly sweet but not too sweet. Flavorful. The space is intimate. Seating inside. Outside too. I will repeat. Highly recommend.

I've passed by this coffee shop so many times, and we finally stopped in on a Sunday morning. When we stopped there was a run club out in their driveway area (they were blocking the way onto their parking lot) and we ended up getting a parking spot on the street. It's good to know that they do have a small parking lot though. It's a small cafe with a few bar seats along the window as well as a cute little outdoor patio in the back. The team members were very nice and I made small talk with the person taking my order, and ended up ordering their favorite- an iced honey latte. The coffee didn't take too long, even though there were a few orders ahead of mine, and it was delicious. I'd definitely stop by again in the future.

I've been coming to The Mill for years and their quality has always been consistent. They're known for their coffee and waffle in hand. On Sunday, I arrived at 7:30 and there was a couple of people enjoying their coffee. I was greeted by a kind barista and I decided to order the cappuccino and a croissant. My croissant was handed to me on plate and my drink took about 5 minutes. That first sip feeling was amazing. I'm still dreaming of the cappuccino that I had. The croissant was good. Nothing special, but still satisfied my craving. I would recommend coming here to get coffee and a waffle in hand, sit outside at the table and people watch. There's a lot of bikers and hikers as this is near a trail by Sacramento State.

Cute spot with efficient, friendly, service and a great quality cappuccino. They had an impressive array of tea for sale that all looked good too.

I stopped by here on a whim and tried the roasted iced matcha latte. It was enjoyable! I also tried the chocolate croissant and was pleasantly surprised how delicious and flaky it was. It was topped with sea salt, it was so good! Cashier was pleasant and welcoming. The shop was nice, clean but small. I would love to come back and try their other drinks.

Adore this place! Love that it's so close to Sac State and has great hours! The ham and cheese croissant was delish and HUGE. Buttery and flaky The vanilla bean latte was amazing too! A great way to start one's morning or get an afternoon pick me up!

They make the most out of a fairly small shop. I was pleasantly surprised by their large selection of tea both to drink and buy. This place is popular for Sac State students since it's so close to campus. We ordered a matcha and decaf latte

Came with my best friend for a coffee date for her bday. Super cute inside and the outside area is nice and covered. Parking is a bit difficult as there aren't a ton of spaces and backing out can be difficult, but there is also some street parking. We had the iced chai and iced matcha. Both delicious, would recommend the wildflower syrup added to the matcha as it is unsweetened. The chai was spicy too. We also had the chocolate chip mochi waffle which was delicious! For me, the cookie was just ok. It is nice and thick but the flavor just isn't there for me and the texture is interesting. Will def be back to try more things!

If you're looking for a quiet, low-key spot to study or get some work done, this place is a hidden gem. The vibe is super chill, with relaxing study music playing in the background and plenty of seating both indoors and outside. It's the kind of place you can actually focus in--no loud crowds, just a peaceful atmosphere. I tried their matcha with honey, and it was delicious! The matcha had a smooth, rich flavor, but I'd probably ask for light honey next time--it was a little too sweet for my taste. I also ordered a latte, which was solid and well-made. One small downside: the extra shot was a bit pricey (inflation, maybe?), but not a dealbreaker. Shoutout to the one staff member working when I visited--she was amazing. Super patient, answered all of our questions, kept the place running smoothly, and was even bussing tables in between helping customers. Seriously appreciated her hustle and kindness. Parking-wise, there's street parking available, but just a heads up: the ACE Hardware next door doesn't allow coffee shop parking unless you're shopping there. Overall, this is a cozy, no-frills coffee spot that nails the essentials--good drinks, great service, and a calm atmosphere for working or studying.

A wonderful lady treated me to a 12oz iced matcha :333 Here is the menu as of today 02/04/26

The quality is actually amazing. Fast service. Small inside area with lots of seating. I love how clear the matcha tea tastes. Also had their chocolate chip sea salt cookie. TD4

Cute little hole in the wall coffee shop near Sac State. I've tried a few beverages and the matcha is my usual go to. If you're looking for a sweet drink the iced caramel latte might hit the spot. The iced chai and vanilla bean latte have been a hit or miss for me. The shop itself is very clean and nicely put together. Seating inside is limited but they have outside seating as well. The employees here are nice and service is pretty quick!

This is easily the best coffee I've ever had. The vibe is amazing. I went the first day with my girlfriend and got the iced caramel latte. It blew my mind. I've had a lot of coffee in my life but nothing has ever hit like this. I came back the next morning just to get the SAME DAMN THING. I even tried my girls matcha, and I don't even drink matcha. I actually hate it. But somehow they made me like it.... If you gave this place one star you're seriously tripping...Go kick rocks! This spot is absolutely worth the wait. One hour, two hours, I'd wait all day for this coffee. It's that damn good!

Another thing I appreciated was how spacious it was. There were plenty of tables and room to spread out, which was perfect since I came with my kiddo. Pachamama has been my go-to for the last couple of years whenever I find myself in the Capital City visiting my grandparents who live nearby! Don't let the small parking lot & scrambling for on-street parking deter you from checking this place out! Did I say they have clean restrooms, and a huge room to sit down and work/study your day away during the hours that they're open?! Love their aesthetic vibes & hospitable atmosphere - due to the scent of espresso and the delicate blue hue of the ceiling. Art adorn the walls with the faces of coffee farmers smiling down at me from one of the walls, and cups with latte art that line the countertop next to the bar. My usual pick me up is their nitro cold brew; however, I find myself getting a 2nd drink from their seasonal menu that varies throughout the year! I definitely love their matcha beverages, as I feel that they're a step above the matcha drinks you get at the usual coffee chains, and let alone that the farmer-to-customer connection is surreal in bringing high-quality coffee to the Sacramento metro and beyond! While it is true that the beverages at Pachamama are priced slightly above other coffee chains and mom and pop shops around Sacramento, they are, in my opinion, truly worth the cup that you're about to enjoy! The virtuosity of the company's mission, the obvious care with which they handle their product and the quick and quality service all work to create a model for what I believe all coffee companies should strive to be: a business that prioritizes ethical sourcing and worker compensation at every step along the way.
