The single human operator had 4 different orders and put them all toogether and out to us customers very quickly and well orchestrated. 1 mistake was made on my order which was understandable considering we were the last customers of a long day. Such a small mishap, my gf was barely able to get me to talk to him about fixing it. Long story , slightly shorter: he went above and beyond to fix it and then some. Good guy! It's a pretty small place in a very small plaza. Parking lot is medium sized. For the options I got, I ended up getting the strawberry delight funnel cake and the apple pie funnel cake. Both were filling and good. Wasn't overly sweet. Strawberry ice cream topped on the strawberry delight and vanilla ice cream topped on the apple pie one. Very good. read more

I'm all for supporting small business, small hole in the wall places tend to be some of the best places to eat. I'm very patient when it comes to food service workers due to working 10+ years in the industry myself. But having to wait a hour for an order is a bit ridiculous. Considering they're only open four hours a day, and having to wait 25% of their hours of operation while watching several customers walk in and receive their order and leave could make one incredibly frustrated. My boyfriend tried a funnel cake, I tried a snow cone, my niece tried a raspado, my nephew tried a shake, and my niece got a simple ice cream in a cup and we shared a churro. Love the funnel cake dippers with caramel for on the run . Owner said they are opening up a seating srea out side to resemble the big top since this has a campy fair feeling going on. Pretty creative and fun menu with lots to choose from. Outdoor seating was said to be completed this jun 2019 for their 1 year anniversary.
