if you spent past a certain amount, you get a small little gift hehe 4/4 ambiance!! the place is extremely spacious and they have a lot of chairs for pedicures & manicures. they're also very sweet and friendly workers. 3/4 service: they offer free refreshments - wine, soda, water. the massage chairs were really clean and easy to operate too. the tech who was giving me a pedicure didn't give me the hot stone massage that was part of my package & the one who was doing my bfs pedicure was distracted with watching television. they didn't really buff his nails that well until i mentioned something. however overall still pretty good service. i would definitely recommend this place to my friends despite those little kinks. read more

I got a mani pedi probably last 2017 hahaha but my wifey talk me into getting one for Father's Day, and we got the special mani pedi. This time around after a month, I am just getting their regular mani pedi and accompanying wifey again. I like the massage chair and once I'm done, I get to sit next to wifey getting chair massage until she's done. So to me, that's a plus since they have so many chair massages. Customer service is good, friendly staff. The shop is clean and it was quite on a Monday. $75 for a BASIC full set is not worth it to me. I was quoted one price but once the nails were done I was expected to pay a higher price. I explained that it would be nice to inform the customers of the price changes while doing their nails. I was told the price changed because of my length. Again, it would be nice to be informed this before hand. They also added another fee for paying with ATM. Again there was no sign for this. Customers should be informed of ALL additional fees. When I returned to have my nail fixed they had no problem fixing the polish. This shop is too expensive for me and the prices don't reflect the quality of work. I won't be returning. read more

Went in to get refills on my acrylic nails and my nails were done by Trina. She is absolutely talented and super friendly. I showed Trina the picture of the nails I wanted and did my nails exactly how I wanted. I went with the shiny nail instead of matte like the picture and I absolutely love it. Will surely be coming back and getting my nails done by her. The overall experience was amazing. They ask if you want water or anything to drink. The ladies were very nice but the service was super rushed. There were three of us and we all received pedicures and manicures and the services were all completed in 40 minutes total. We got there at 4:00 and were finished by 4:40. The pedicure we purchased was the top choice at $65 each. Don't bother to get the higher pedicure. They are all the same, All you are paying for is the lavender lotion that they massage your legs with. Another couple came in and they were offered bottled waters. We were not offered any beverages. We spent a total of $290 and there was $1.50 processing fee. After getting home, I noticed there are bubbles on the gel paint and it is starting to chip at the cuticle part of my toe. I went with the Golden treatment, which includes the hair wash, scalp treatment, and a facial mask. Wendy was very thorough yet gentle. She has the touch of an expert. My favorite part was the massage. I get tension headaches because my hair can be heavy and poof! Gone with Wendy's touch! I came in for a manicure and pedicure, and overall, the service was good. The woman who did my pedicure was absolutely amazing. she was precise, gentle, and very considerate. I really appreciated her attention to detail. However, I did have a less positive experience with the manicure. The male employee who worked on my nails was quite loud and talkative throughout, which made it hard to relax, especially since this was meant to be part of my self-care time. He was also the only staff member not wearing a mask, and given how close we were in proximity, it made me uncomfortable, especially because I could feel droplets on my hand while he was speaking. Additionally, despite letting him know I didn't want my nails filed down, he still shortened them. I had been growing them out for a long time and was really looking forward to keeping the length, so that was disappointing. I also noticed that many of the employees were engaging in loud conversations across the room, which added to the overstimulating environment. I left feeling overwhelmed and honestly quite upset, even though I didn't express it at the time out of respect. Everyone was kind and professional overall, and I can tell there's a lot of care put into the work. I just hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients who, like me, come in seeking a calm and quiet moment of self-care. I decided to get a hard gel full set w design and it came out to be 80 without tip which is fair in my opinion. I think that the lady doing my nails (I think her name was Kathy) did a great job!
