I hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses, but unfortunately, this was the worst meal I've had in a long time. It took forever for my food to arrive, but I was patient, assuming the wait meant they were putting extra care into preparing my meal. Sadly, that wasn't the case. This m little spot is tucked inside a plaza next to my work! I decided to give it a try and I was very happy with my experience! I initially had a good impression already because of the young lady who rung me up. She was kind, and attentive. I ordered with her the garlic chicken shawarma combo. And it was so tasty, and fresh and filled with meat and sauce. The fries were thick and perfectly crispy, without feeling oily. The space is clean, simple and has everything you need. I am pescatarian and tried the vegan falafel plate, that came with 6 nice size falafel, Mediterranean salad, humus and fresh Naan bread, which was recommended to me by Karen, who is a Beautiful, friendly young lady who has exceptional customer service skills. The plate it's definitely worth the wait freshly cooked, seasoned well, and moderately priced. I also done a side order of garlic fries, and OMG they are awesome. On another occasion I had the pleasure of being served by (Sarai). Who I would like to say is a pleasure to look at and be served by. The two young ladies are so polite and kind its know wonder the food is awesome. I would like to add that meeting the owner Khaloon, was an absolute pleasure. He is an older gentleman that has the swag of a young man and the knowledge of a much older person he is funny, and if the food weren't good, I would go back just to talk with him, the man is as COOL AS ICE-WATER. Guess what Dublin'ers? I found Falafel Town right near my back yard! Some good 'ol taste, same good 'ol chef. I was lamenting for a while the disappearance of my lunch staple here at work when I found out that they opened up shop at Antioch; just a city away from home. Of course I had to stop by and order my Combination plate. The delicious taste that is uniquely Falafel Town is still there. I do sure missed it! Secondly, they don't provide utensils and when you place an online order there is no option to request for utensils... they also don't provide napkins.
