Yesterday I found myself stranded at IKEA with a dead battery. Called AAA and thankfully they dispatched Falcon Towing. Although I had an estimated 2 hour wait, Sergio arrived within 30 minutes. He ran a diagnostic on the battery, starter and alternator and determined it was indeed the battery. He had batteries in stock on his truck for $20 less than Pep Boys quoted with 2x the warranty length. Within 30 mins, I was back on the road. Special thanks to Sergio. Honestly, the nicest guy!! The beast wouldn't start so I contacted Triple A and they sent Falcon Towing. I received a call directly from Falcon Towing letting me know that their driver would be at my cousin's house in 30 minutes or less and sure enough they were here. They hooked up the beast and towed it to the mechanic shop 3 miles away. I received a follow-up call from Falcon Towing asking if the driver arrived on time which was a plus. I used this service twice. Once to get my car over to a local shop for an estimate, and then to take it back to my favorite mechanic, Cobra Auto, in Hawthorne. My transmission went out which I had been expecting, but not this soon. As a result, had known it would happen, but just not when. My first tow truck driver arrived in 45 minutes, was polite, professional and efficient. He apologized for taking so long, but I hadn't noticed because his boss had called to say it would take that long due to them being far away. I kept busy with phone calls so was preoccupied and didn't mind. I wish I could remember his name because he took great care of me and my car. He even wanted to make sure the mechanic I was towing to wasn't going to rip me off. Great customer service. This was repeated the 2nd day. I had to have it towed a long distance, but would save $1600 so didn't mind the fee due to the overall savings. This guy arrived quickly, loaded my car on the flatbed and we were off. As a woman, what I really liked on both occasions was that I felt safe, taken care of, and the condition of the cabs on both tow trucks were clean, neat and almost new. Even the seats were comfortable!:) When we arrived, I wanted to give him a tip I was so happy with his service, but he turned me down and even gave me lower price than quoted. Who does that?! I called AAA to be towed and the service provider was Falcon Towing in Gardena. The driver was very nice and did a good job however his gloves and clothes were very greasy and left a mess all over my vehicle as well as the interior. I called the company and left a message as no one was available to take my call and no one returned my call. I spent over an hour using solvents and gasoline to remove the grease and oil on my interior an exterior. Was very disappointed will be making a complaint with AAA.. if you use this company bewear take pictures and don't let them off the hook I have had my vehicle towed before and never had this type of problem. I would never use them again as a result. They're happy to take your money but that's about it. read more

We were venturing to Winco in Lakewood and my grandma drove over some debris, resulting in a flat tire. Thankfully, we weren't yet to the 91 and we were able to pull into the Arco on Vermont and Artesia while we waited. The agent quoted us 30 minutes, but then texted my mom to say it would be 40. Marcelle from Falcon Towing came out in 40 minutes. He called my mom when he was halfway there to confirm our location and to assure us he was nearly there. Marcelle was awesome! So friendly and helpful and he chatted with us the whole time. We showed him the hole in the tire and he put our spare on in just a few minutes. He also checked the flat tire and told us that it still had a lot of tread so we could definitely get it patched rather than buying a new one. After installing the spare tire, he checked the pressure and gave it more air. He even went over safety precautions with a spare tire to be sure we were safe. Once we were ready to get back on the road, he asked how long we were waiting and apologized that it took 40 minutes. Marcelle said their goal is 20 minutes or less, but they were really busy. When we left, we actually passed him on the freeway while he was helping another stranded driver! Marcelle was awesome, despite the crappy situation. I'm glad AAA uses them. read more

This shop is horrible! They had our vehicle for 2 weeks! Then when it was finally ready we waited for almost 2 hours in the lobby to pay for it. $700.00 and 2 miles from leaving in the vehicle we had to pull over on the freeway due to the same issue that we had. Also while waiting in the lobby to pay for it I noticed a very tired looking elderly woman sitting alone. I asked her what they were doing to her vehicle and s& they said an oil change. She said that she had been waiting for over 3 hours! They were not busy. I recommended that she go to Jiffy Lube next time. Falcon is horrible! read more

Called AAA for a friend's flat tire and Falcon Towing came out for the repair. Getting the rim off to fix the tire was a challenge because it required a special adaptor to remove the lug nuts. The owner had the adaptor but it was broken. The first technician that came out did everything he could to remove four of the five lug nuts. Though he didn't have a tow vehicle with him, he was professional and very patient and made the call to get a tow vehicle out to us. The new technician with a tow vehicle came out and was able to quickly remove the last lug nut and patch the tire. No towing was needed, thankfully. This entire process took about three hours, but Falcon Towing did alert us from the beginning that they were busy and would be out to us as soon as possible, so I appreciated the transparency. Overall, they provided a good service and were able to help my friend. read more

Best overall customer service. I called AAA for my truck I needed to be picked up it should've took 45 minutes to an hour but a driver from falcon towing named Jacob Lares showed up sooner than that. I believe he got there in probably about 30 minutes he had a killer personality offered me water was very upbeat and positive and I really needed that. because I was having a really horrible day. A good partnership with AAA. Really satisfied with the towing, they provided a full truck allowing my whole car lifted up not pulled like other towing companies. The driver(sorry forget his name) was pleasant and knowledgeable, he was right with was wrong with my car. Like all car repairs, this one cost me a leg for my car to be running again , i don't know if just because it was a BMW that the labor was really high but i guess the cost was justifiable. I just wish when they do other cars they will release it clean. The dirty protective mat and plastic was still inside and door handles have grease/dirty traces. I wasn't expecting a bmw dealership quality but would have been great if it was clean. read more

This was my first experience with a car repair by this company. I've always had AAA since I could drive but never knew I could take my vehicle to a AAA recommended location. First let me say when I walked in to the location I was immediately greeted by friendly and professional individuals. They were neatly dressed, well mannered and even though it was obvious they were busy (phones, etc) they did not make me feel rushed in any way. Their waiting area is clean, well-lit and fully stocked with a coffee bar and television. Marvin Lackey, Automotive Service Consultant, carefully took down my information and concerns around my vehicle. They checked it out and I originally chose not to have the work completed there that day. Ultimately, I did decide to have the work done. And boy am I glad I did. I called Marvin the day before I wanted to bring the car in (as he asked me to). I brought it in as promised and they provided Uber for my return ride home. When it was determined the car might take longer to repair, Marvin called me and made arrangements for me to Uber to the rental car place which they agreed to cover due to my inconvenience. I picked the car up and drove it home. I noticed there was a problem but decided to drive the car 50-100 miles as they instructed me to. The very next day, the owner, Kam Najmi, called me to confirm my satisfaction. I mentioned that Marvin provided EXCELLENT customer service but that there was something not right with my car. He immediately asked me to bring it back in. I did and then they even Uber'd me to the car rental place again that next work day morning. The next day I received a call from Craig Rahsaan, Automotive Service Manager. He explained that, at their expense, they'd have Gardena Nissan take a look at my vehicle. He then followed up with me to let me know what they found, that the car was back in their possession and explained what they intended to do. When Craig called me to let me know my car was ready, he fully explained everything they did, what they checked out and that he wanted me to be completely satisfied and to come by before returning the rental car so that I could test drive the car with him. I did and it ran like a top. What was even more comforting was that there was no additional charges for this service. AND Falcon Auto Repair PAID for the 3-day rental, AGAIN!! Worst towing place in the world. I called AAA for towing services they said Falcon Towing was going to take care of it. I called them around 10 am tent said they were supposed to arrive at 11 am and then they reschedule it 12:30 and then 2:18 pm and now it's 4:30 pm. They keep rescheduling and rescheduling without a valid reason they're just playing games .People at customer service they're some piece shit too, they can even find your info when you call them, they told me they couldn't find my info in their system. I immediately called the number back that called me from as soon as I saw it popped up on my phone which was literally a few minutes from the time I missed the call. She immediately proceeded to deny me service since her technician wasn't answered at the time he called. I said we'll I'm here and I don't see your tech and she had the audacity to tell me I've moved on from your call and that you need to call AAA back and put in another request. No middle ground no understanding that one may have been tied up for a few minutes and couldn't take the call right away, none of that just a sheer NO TO THE FACE AND SORRY I CANT HELP YOU attitude from her. I'm a triple a gold member and been using triple a for over 25 years. I have never been treated with such bad service as I've had today. I even asked to speak to her supervisor and she told I needed to speak to AAA. No one to even hold her accountable for the terrible experience she putting AAA customers through. Called AAA to get a battery charged and they sent falcon towing. Service was good with Luis. He gave me a voucher in case I had further issues with the battery. I called a few days later because the truck wouldn't start up at around 9:00 pm even if I followed his instructions and he claimed my alternator and battery were good. When I called Falcon the dispatcher told me it would be a couple of hours (11 pm) because I had a courtesy voucher. I said fine I'll wait because I have to move the vehicle for street sweeping by 8:00 am tomorrow. I received no phone call or text and called back by 11:30 PM. The woman on the phone said there was no call for me. I asked if she could place one and she finally said she could but couldn't give me an ETA because it was a courtesy call. She was so loud and rude my niece could hear her on the phone from across the room. This is what I get for liking free stuff too much. I immediately called AAA and someone will be here in 20 minutes. falcon towing is phony nice to keep AAA. Once you're on your own with them the service is absolute trash. read more
