The food was good. Prices were a bit high but they did not skimp on portions. I did think mashed potatoes had way too many lumps but taste was good. Our waitress wAs very nice & answered all our questions. My inly compaint was the cool air that was blowing down on me. I saw two people leave to get cists from their cars so i wasn't the only one cold. Had a beverage at the bar before seated & the lady behind the bar couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. read more

I've called Falletta's two weekends in a row hoping to place a pickup order, and both times I was told they were not accepting takeout because they "could not accommodate." The gentleman explained they had too many catering orders and parties and not enough food. I find this extremely frustrating and confusing. How is it possible that a restaurant runs out of food to the point of turning away paying customers for two weekends in a row? If there's enough for dine-in guests, why not also accommodate takeout? I could understand a one-time situation, but for this to happen on consecutive weekends feels unacceptable. A lovely restaurant in a suburban location in Clarence New York. The service is excellent. The wine selection is more than adequate and they have a full bar and mix a proper drink. The chicken wing sauce has a hint of poppyseed, which is unique, and they were properly cooked and quite delicious. All of the food served to our table of four was good. I saw things being served at other tables near us that looked wonderful. I'm going to have to return to try some additional items. The ambience, elegance, and service definitely classifies this establishment as a romantic dining venue, or an intimate venue for two or three couples. read more

Why is this restaurant not required to be wheelchair accessible? Food and service were good.

In my opinion, this is an outstanding restaurant. The staff and the servers were right on the ball right there when you need them. Our group had 25 people and it worked out very well. I had an appetizer of giant stuffed peppers. I have never seen peppers this big. They were hot but not over and I had the rigatoni with one meatball. I would have preferred to have the sauce a little thicker, but everything was well prepared, fresh and very tasty. If you're looking for a quiet evening for a meal, this place is not it. It was crowded. People were having a good time. Came in about 6pm on a Wednesday and was seated immediately without reservation. I didn't know what to expect here but it was very large and elegant and had so many floral arrangements. Just lovely! For starters, I ordered the garlic bread. I will say I was dissatisfied with this. It was not traditional garlic bread as I expected and wanted, but more like a dry white pizza. I would pass on ordering this again personally. The salad that came with our meals also left much to the imagination. The house made Italian dressing was not super robust and it was simply iceberg lettuce with a couple pieces of cucumber and slice of tomato. Our entrees though we're magnificent! My son ordered the pasta Alfredo and it was really good and creamy. Not greasy like some Alfredos. I ordered the chicken cutlets which were sooooo good! They were served with buttery mashed potato's which were made with some chunks of potato still in it and I love when it's made that way. There were also carrots served nice and soft with a sweet glaze. We had sweet iced teas to drink and those were also very good and I wonder if they were house brewed as they did not have a familiar taste. We were far too full for dessert. Service was top notch; even the waiter for other tables would come by and check on us and was just so friendly. I would love to come back here sometime and definitely recommend it! Bring any size group as they have many different size tables to accommodate. read more

Love this restaurant.The chicken parm was so tasty and the portion size gigantic.It came with fresh vegetables and pasta which made for an excellent meal. We visited this restaurant after more than a year. Sadly this place had gone downhill tremendously. The bartender was not friendly. He left two appetizer dishes and both were chipped. Such great service. Very attentive Staff. Tried. Chicken Cutlet. It was very thick, moist and tasty. Their portions are extremely large. In essence it is dinner for two. Don't hesitate to pay the $5 charge to share an entree. I usually have Eggplant Parmesan and it is very good. . Tried the Eggplant with Ricotta and found it too rich for me. It is a lovely setting. The staff is the best ask for Ronnie he is by far a true professional in every way! this restaurant sticks behind they're quality and integrity of the food. There are no short cuts you can taste the difference in there food VS other Italian restaurants! all the portions are huge! prices are more than fair! You can tell they cook for the love of it not a paycheck! you can taste the passion every bite! The dom bread is awesome I would recommend the clams casino! and the seafood combo I added the sausage Caprese sauce with the seafood combo it's mind blowing! The haddock is one of the best fish dishes I've ever tasted melt in your mouth quality of a dish. The steaks are the size of a human head and mashed potatoes are creamy and elegant! Yummy yum yum! Falleta's has some pretty good food. My favorite thing to get here is the chicken cutlets and mashed potatoes. The ambience is cute and old fashioned. Usually when I come with a group of people we sort of have our own little area to sit in. Everyone was raving about their food. We are also getting catering here for Christmas Eve. Most of the workers are pleasant here and we have only had one semi interesting experience with the catering guy who seemed to be arrogant but no big deal. Try this place! read more

Had have fallettas catering numerous times over the last year at different parties/events. The chicken cutlets are second to none. Seriously, they are amazing. The perfect amount of breading and meat in every bite. The poppyseed wings are also to die for. Such a changeup from hot or bbq, the norm at parties. I wish I got to try them fresh because by the time they got to the location they got a little soggy. Went here for the first time with my boyfriend on a Sunday around 5:30. We must've beat the rush because there was only one other group in the dining room (a few people were at the bar). Two more groups arrived before we left, but the quiet atmosphere was nice for a date night. The antique feel and dim lighting were also appealing for a more refined dining experience. We also had great, attentive service. We shared the meatball appetizer to start and it was the highlight of the night! Their sauce is SO good and the meatball itself was huge - perfect for sharing. My boyfriend tried the poppy seed house dressing on his salad and was impressed. I had the Linguini Clams as my entree; the clams were delicious. My boyfriend had the Veal Parm. A little too much parm for his liking, but the veal was very good and massive - it took over the plate. For around $70, the meal was priced nicely and we both took home leftovers. Definitely a quality meal and real Italian cooking. We will return soon to try some other dishes, but might have to get the meatball again! read more

On a previous occasion we dealt with this restaurant for a catering order, the owner was disorganized and a bit rude so I definitely wouldn't recommend the catering portion. We decided to give it another try though and eat in the actual restaurant. Still, it was just bland and average unauthentic Italian dishes. I would rate this place as just.... average and definitely NOT authentically Italian. After living in Italy for many years, I've come to the realization that Americans claiming to be able to cook Italian cuisine should either go and learn how to properly cook it in Italy, or just quit. Yes I understand you need to cater to the surrounding area, but when your pasta arrives and it's anything but al dente, you are already out in my places to visit. Salad? Less than average. Literally lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. However the dressing was different and at least had a distinctive flavor so I understand why people ask to buy it in bottles. Chicken cutlets? I will say that of the entire meal, this was the best part. They were cut thinly and not over cooked. Sausage, peppers and onion? Definitely an "American" Italian thing. When I spoke of this to my Italian friends they asked how I could even try such a thing... the sausage was a little dry and definitely not something I'd ever eat again. Pasta with sauce? Well.. it was exactly what it says. Pasta (very over cooked) with red sauce. Nothing special at all. Over all, if you're looking for an average American version of Italian cuisine, this could be ideal for you. But if you are from Italia or have been there, don't expect authenticity. Try the poppy seed dressing if you order the salad, other than than that, my only recommendation would be the chicken cutlets! As for the atmosphere, the walkway needs to be a little updated, carpets definitely need to be replaced, who knows how old they are. read more

My husband and I went for dinner last night, had a 6pm reservation, were sat promptly, but as of 6:25 we hadn't even been greeted by our server. As a former server, I know that no matter how busy you are, you at least greet your table and say you'll be right with them. Understanding that it's the holiday season, and had multiple recommendations, we decided to be more patient than usual. However, knowing how busy the weekend before Christmas would be, they were very clearly understaffed. We had read reviews that service is slow, but I'm willing to wait if we are going to have great food and service, neither of which we had. We left, and will never be back. read more

Used to be great food a few years ago. Now food is inconsistent and sometimes good. The service is the reason I will never eat there again. Completely rude 2 times in a row with take out orders. For the price point they should be much better with their customers. Their food isn't good enough to warrant them to be complete a$$holes to people. Also the restaurant is old and dingy inside.
