The staff were nowhere to be found, as I was looking for a few items for Halloween tomorrow. The store was quite busy in general, and not one staff member on the floor (and for that matter, there was a long line at the checkout area of the store too!). Plus, my nearby Party City's are both larger and easier to shop in, as well as having many more products to choose from. Plus, I love Jolly Rancher candies, and the Walpole Party City consistently has them (and I sometimes specifically go in and buy a few bags), but here, they had NONE. None. I checked EVERYWHERE. Also, the parking lot to this store is a COMPLETE mess. Don't even bother. Hassle getting in and out as well as finding a spot. (It took over 10 minutes to find a spot this time and both of the past times I've visited this location!) Definitely go to the Walpole Party City. Never an issue there, with a huge, ample parking lot, an invitation studio, and more "stuff". Disappointed. 1 star.

It's not easy to find what you need but they do have a large selection. I think the only time we don't get furniture from that store is when we can't find what we want in the outlet section downstairs. They do have a large selection in the discount area and even in the non discounted section on top but the prices on top are a bit high for us on top. We have even bought a mattress from there maybe 15 years ago. I would check that store first to see if they have what you need discounted and then if you don't don't something you like, check other places.

I have a king size mattress that I paid $3,000. for with a 10 year warranty. It is now 8 years old…read moreand has broken down. Both adults sleeping on this mattress are under 180 pounds each. When I sent pictures (required) I was told the life of a mattress is 7 year. I was offered a $300. credit toward a new mattress and they are running a 15% promotion as well. I feel the sale was a scam to buy the higher priced mattress. I could have had a king size mattress for half of what I paid. Had I known the 10 year warranty was fraud. I expected Jordan's to fight for me as their customer with the manufacturer. I was told the indention needed to be 3" deep before any warantee would be considered. They no longer sell the mattress but said they try to stay competitive and sell various manufacturers mattresses. Will no longer shop at Jordans.....

I was shopping at the Westgate mall this afternoon and I came across this store…read more I went inside to see what they had for clothing. I saw that the store had clothing for both women and men with one side of the store having women's clothes and the other side is used for men's clothes. There was a good assortment of jeans, tops, sweaters and more. The checkout area was located just about in the center of the store and I noticed that around the counter there were bags of sugary candy for sale. Also there were fragrances for both men and women nicely merchandised right at the counter with the men's fragrances facing the men's side of the store and women's facing the women's side of the store. There were 2 clerks on duty and one of them greeted me right away when I entered the store and asked me immediately if I needed help finding anything. I was wondering if they had any cosmetics for sale and she told me they did have a very small amount left over from the holidays and showed me the couple of items that they had. They were cosmetic palettes and she showed me exactly what the palettes had in them. Everything in the store was arranged neatly and the store was clean. The customer service was great. I would definitely go back.

I have stopped here on only two occasions and had bad-moderately well service depending on the experience. Either way, with the new renovation, and the seemingly new set of staff, I'm confident that three stars suits this store well. While not the newest, this store was renovated recently and is sometimes a goldmine for a specific (and popular) sneaker or shoe, due to their location in the deserted Westgate Mall. On both occasions I have made special trips into this mall just to come here and just a particular pair of shoes they had in stock in my size that none of the other Famous Footwear locations had. Around the summertime they normally have sandals, and if you shop smart, they nearly always have coupons available to use (and when I called here recently and asked if they would accept a coupon that clearly said on it that it was only eligible at the new Braintree store, they had no issue accepting it here). Manager is friendly and in general staff are as well, and having staff always around to help is a plus. Decent enough store in a low-volume mall. 3 stars.

But I could return unopened sheets that were not used. These were purchased in August 2025 and altho my receipt clearly stated that items could be returned within 90 days, when I attempted to return the unused , unopened sheets of tile less than 60 days after date of purchase, Floor and Decor REFUSED MY RETURN STATING THAT THE TILES I JUST PURCHASED 60 DAYS AGO WERE NOW OUT OF STOCK AND UNRETURNABLE!!! Beware of buying anything from this place as everything is "out of stock" within months of biuying it!
