There's a huge salad bar with fruits and even some soup options in the middle: it's ginormous and there's a lot of options!!!! A LOT! The steaks and meats served in the churrasco experience are always tasty. They serve them done differently, so you can always ask for well done, medium, rare, medium rare, and so on. There's also lamb and chicken and the more deluxe experience includes bone marrow and other stuff. If you're feeling stuffed (which good for you for getting your money's worth!) they offer pineapple (as well as glazed pineapple) which had an enzyme that actually helps you feel less stuffed. I loved their picanha which they describe as their house special and the garlic steak! This place is considered expensive, at $49 for the 'full' churrasco experience and $69 for the more premium one. You do have to flag someone down if you feel like you want another cut of steak as sometimes, the same ones keep making their way back to you when you know exactly what you want. But the staff are super courteous and lovely every time we've been here.

It's quite disrespectful to the customer when we're already spending a lot to be there. In this recent visit, some of the meats that were brought out were medium well or well done as well. Not sure if they were just having an off day but it was disappointing to get a well done filet even though our table asked for medium/medium rare.

There was way too much sauerkraut and very little small slivers of kielbasa that looked old, tasted bland and totally destroyed my ever wanting to order it again. To think we drive all the way from Livonia for Naught. What a shame.

Polish Market continues to be my go to market for Polish sausage in Metror Detroit. I have tied most if not all of the other well known named Polish centric markets in metro Detroit but for my money this Market makes the best sausage. Their large selection of tasty sausage with fair pricing is second to none. In particular, I consider their cherry wood sausage to be exceptional where this is my go to wood species when I do my own smoking which I do on a weekly basis. It adds such a good and unique flavor to meat that I am surprised that more smoked meat centric businesses in the area dont do it. Sausage aside, I like to buy their Polish cookies/treats from Polish Market for my 90 something year old in laws who are immigrants from Poland where they get a huge kick out of these baked goods that remind them of their heritage and original homeland. It lights up their eyes when I say I bought Polish cookies for them. Sometimes the simplest things are the best things in life! (:
