    Breakfast Sandwich
    Scott F.

Gave the Toastery a try and a good experience overall. Service was really good. Seated promptly and orders taken quickly. Server was also very friendly. I ordered the Breakfast Sandwich, eggs over easy with bacon and grits. The sandwich arrived and it was very good. The eggs were cooked correctly (doesn't happen at a lot of breakfast places). Bread was well toasted and the bacon crispy. Only complain was the grits. They were very watery almost the consistency of water with no taste so I'll be skipping those next time. Overall a good place for a breakfast stop.

    French toast is amazing!

Yaideliz was on top of it! SHE WAS AMAZING! From the second we sat down she was very intentive, and every time we requested something as a new side she got it fairly quickly. Obviously, she has good communication with the kitchen. She will be my reason I come back! Also I did notice Dakota was also does his job very well and was so sweet. Between Yaideliz and Dakota this place is definitely on the up and up from our last visit! Dakota was literally looking around constantly for tables to clean to make sure everything was presentable

Toast has been one of my favorite breakfast places for a while. I've tried four locations over the years and the majority of my experiences have been excellent. I've recently dined at the Indian Land location on a Sunday. They're always busy, packed and the service is always great. Don't miss the opportunity to try to their fresh squeezed orange juice. Just remember to put your name on the waitlist before you get there to avoid a frustrating wait.

Great concept but this visit was a miss. Got seated right away, but it did take our server quite some time before she greeted us, and when she did, she told us she would be right with us and walked off. When she came back we ordered our drinks, and those seemed to take a very long time to come out. In fact, our server came back to our table, asked if we wanted corn bread and the bread still came out before our drinks. Then the food came out and I gotta say it wasn't great. The French toast was meh, and the eggs were decent. The bacon was rubbery and the syrup was like water. To be honest it seemed as though all the food was pre cooked and packaged and the Jude warmed up. I wish I would have had time to try out their drinks though, those looked good.

This place is absolutely fabulous. It's a lot of food for your money. See the pictures. It was great. I'm here from out of state and it's a great place to come. Service was great

DISSAPOINTED IN THE PRICE INCREASE. Our $40 ticket went to a $60 ticket before tip & tax for the same items. Offer Less items for more money doesn't seem right. PLEASE FIX THIS. The service is ALWAYS great, every staff member is phenomenal and remembers client rapport. Tyler and Janine are notably service acceptional. I would name the whole crew if I was capable. Thank you for providing my family and I outstanding service and food every visit.

The food and service was great. A great breakfast and awesome way to start your day. Really enjoy their breakfast and atmosphere. They have great teamwork among their staff... we will be back.

We live close by and love hopping over for a quick breakfast or special occasions before taking the kids to daycare. When on a timeline ask for the check and box right after ordering. I think a cup of coffee anywhere is a bad value (United your there for a while maybe), but I appreciate that they offered a togo cup for me. Love trying the specials and someone always gets an omelet!

Great atmosphere and food. I went for the avocado Benedict and it was amazing. Poached eggs inside of avocado halves topped with pepper jack cheese and pico di gallo. I got a side of the breakfast potatoes and they were delicious as well. They have a large selection of different flavored mimosas including passion fruit, mango, and more. I got the mango and loved it! Also we had a large table of 10+ people and one our waiter was amazing and handled everything perfectly!

It can get quite busy and loud, so it's not the best place for an intimate conversation, and reservations can sometimes be difficult to get. That said, it's absolutely worth it. The menu changes regularly, so I try to visit whenever they announce a new one. Yesterday, we shared several small plates. The bacon-wrapped dates were phenomenal. I almost ordered a second serving before realizing we still had four other dishes coming! The chicken and waffles definitely satisfied my craving--crispy, savory, and full of flavor. The mushroom ravioli was also outstanding. We finished with the stuffed calamari, which reminded me of something my mom used to make when I was younger. It wasn't Asian-inspired like hers, but the concept brought back some wonderful memories. To top it all off, I enjoyed a delicious dessert while feeling pleasantly tipsy from the evening. I'd call that a win!

The food is over the moon delicious with plenty of options and reasonable serving sizes. Even with the slightly high price point, it is well worth every penny. And they take allergies SO seriously! Literally went through a bunch of ingredients to find what would and wouldn't be dairy-allergy safe. Atmosphere is fun but cozy, too. 100% recommend! In-depth: Postino has quickly become one of my favorite places in the CLT area after my 10/10 experience here. To start, the food. My word, it's amazing! Everything my friend and I tried was delicious. The bruschetta is 100% worth trying (the spinach artichoke one is my favorite), and the west coaster panini + romaine salad was tasty at every bite. Their wine is also good quality, with a decent-sized portion poured. Allergy safety is a major thing for them, too. Our server (Lee = the best waitress!) and her manager looked through their bread and ingredients for about 30 minutes to confirm what was and wasn't dairy safe (I asked how dairy allergies are handled for when I bring my husband next time). They also had quite a few gluten-free options, too. The manager explained that she wants people to be able to just come in and relax for a few hours without worrying if they'll get sick, which I truly, truly appreciate. Lee shared a similar sentiment, which was amazing. Now price... Yes, it is a *bit* pricey, but it is well worth it. Nothing felt lacking as far as flavor goes, and the allergy safety is a huge thing. This is one of the few places I felt my sandwich and salad were worth every penny, even if it was $17. Also, their rewards program is great. I got a free bruschetta board, and they offer several other perks. Make sure to sign up before or while dining there to get some good deals! In addition to their sincere care for allergy safety, the service is fantastic all around. They do group service, meaning you'll have several servers, and they encourage you to grab anyone if you have questions. This takes the pressure off of waiting for one server to walk by and really helped me relax. And the atmosphere? I could stay there all day! It's a really fun vibe, but the lighting and seating are very cozy. Overall, I've already recommended this place to 5+ people and will be returning soon

The staff was amazing and I was astounded by their dedication to their craft. The best part was the food. We started with the chefs board which had an array of cheeses and spreads. The most memorable was the whipped feta. OMG. The Ambiance was the only thing I feel could use some tuning as there's not enough sound deadening to make the music out? It sounds like a heart beat and makes it hard to make out conversations. Major shout out to Leigh for taking care of us all night and making it a memorable night. Upon my umpteenth visit to Le Peep, the restaurant where eggs are not merely served but revered,…read moreI've decided it's high time I shared the good, the great, and the gluten-y of this culinary cathedral. First, let's talk ambiance. Le Peep doesn't just serve breakfast; it serves breakfast with a side of sunshine, no matter the weather. It's the kind of place where you half expect the chickens that laid your eggs to sit at the next table, gossiping about the rooster's latest escapades. The service? Impeccable. The staff are so friendly, you'll want to invite them over for Thanksgiving dinner. They remember your name, your order, and even your dog's birthday. How do they do it? Magic? ESP? We may never know. The food, ah, the food! It's like your grandmother's cooking--if your grandmother was a five-star chef with a penchant for perfection. The quiche with bacon and spinach is a work of art, a perfect balance of fluffy egg, savory bacon, and fresh spinach, paired with fresh fruit that tastes like it was plucked from Eden itself. And the mimosas? Let's just say they're the reason brunch was invented. They somehow manage to make mornings not just bearable but blissful. But it's not all sunshine and smoothies. There's a dark cloud on this brunch paradise: the lack of gluten-free options. (Which is why it gets 4 stars and not 5) Now, I'm not saying every dish should be gluten-free. I'm just suggesting that perhaps the gluten-full bread and waffles could scoot over to make room for their gluten-free cousins. Imagine the joy, the sheer elation, of gluten-intolerant folks being able to devour a stack of waffles without fear. It's not just food; it's freedom. Their lattes and smoothies are the nectar of the gods. The baristas must be part wizard because what they do with coffee and fruit is nothing short of magical. These beverages could very well be the elixir of life, or at the very least, the elixir of morning people. In conclusion, Le Peep is a brunch haven with a small, gluten-shaped hole in its menu. Fill that hole, Le Peep, and you won't just be the talk of the town; you'll be the talk of the gluten-free world. Until then, I'll be over here, sipping my mimosa, plotting how to smuggle in my own gluten-free bread without being caught. Cheers!
