The waffles were probably the highlight, honestly don't know how they make them as light and fluffy as they do, with just a wonderful maple syrup to top it off. I have been here a few time now and can say it has been great. The food is excellent and the servers are super polite and friendly. However if I'm being picky I would say the only thing that lacks is sometimes the service can be a little bit off. I think because no one else has a designated table and everybody is sharing tables I think sometimes somebody can be overlooked. Not on Purpose. I still think it's a great place. Vacationing in Myrtle Beach & was looking for good Breakfast. Hubby wanted shrimp n grits that we saw in picture so we went for it. Shrimp n grits: Serving not as hefty as we saw in other photos. Needless salt and a lot of pepper to bring out the flavors. Scrimped on the shrimp, normal size shrimp from a frozen grocery store type. Flapjacks: Thin crepe like pancakes not your normal fluffy thick. Still really tasty. Enjoyed the warm syrup. Also got an order of sausage patties(included in flapjack order) as well as a over hard egg. Nothing special but good. Home runner was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Got two smalls which was enough for us to drink throughout breakfast. Can tell it's freshly squeezed. Not too acidic not too sweet. Worth the $4 a glass for a first timer/treat. It's breakfast, it's expensive, it's ok. Parking can be a challenge, paved lot area is small, had to park in a field next door. Wait staff was mostly very friendly. Not sure that it's worth returning, there are a ton of mom and pop breakfast joints in the area. Menu is extensive but just to try things out is gonna cost you. read more

I don't even know where to begin with how amazing this place is. First off, one of the owners was the one who sat us and he checked in to see how everything was. Every single server helps each other so if you need a drink or anything then you normally get it quickly. Kimberly, our main server, was very nice and although she was new to the job you'd never know unless she tells you. All of our food was amazing and the portion sizes are huge. I did think it was a little expensive, but you also really get what you pay for. Case in point, we had freshly squeezed orange juice. My partner and I decided to make this our permanent brunch spot. After all the breakfast and brunch spots we've tried in this area (about a dozen), this one is light years ahead of the next one. The huevos rancheros was nearly $13 for a plate of watery black beans, cut up tortilla, scoop of salsa, and eggs thrown on top. The waitresses were so nice but the every waiter/ waitress can help you concept was a little frustrating as it seemed like less attn went to our table and we had to try and flag down one while another passed us up. The Bloody Mary was not my cup of teas, they make there own mix but they were nice enough to switch it out without any hesitation. Sides were also delicious. Average menu price is about $12.00. You can figure a meal for two to run around $40.00 by the time you are done. Thanks to Yelp, I stopped here for breakfast with a friend I hadn't seen in many years. Everyone was very friendly here & it seemed like a family run business. I had read complaints about the fact that you have several servers & service was slow. I didn't really find that to be a problem at all. I had lots of quality time to enjoy my food & conversation with my friend. I ordered the SMG omelet with spinach, mushrooms, & Gruyere cheese with breakfast potatoes & wheat toast. That was a whole lot of food but I managed to eat most of it. It came out fresh & hot. I will return next time I am in the myrtle Beach area. Well worth the trip. read more
