I hate to write this but it did happen, I took my son to eat breakfast, I wanted to take him somewhere special, after waiting for a table we ordered and were served our drinks and numerous refills but our order never came after an hour and fifteen minutes and watching three tables beside us get served , ate their food and left we left too . I don't know what the problem was but I am sure they knew we were waiting and could have at least told us something,,, we left very disappointed and felt sorry for those who work there never being told anything as if were normal ,,,, at one time it was impressive or maybe we were just invisible. read more

Ok so, I'm going to start out by saying that the food is delicious. Both time's I have been here, I'm always blown away by breakfast (french toast casserole the first time, chicken caeser wrap the second). However, having an "everyone is your server" is a good concept, but I'm not sure if it works in reality. I'm mainly saying this because we've had... issues both times with service. It doesn't feel like anyone is trying to make your experience there enjoyable and positive. Both times I've been here, drinks have never been refilled. The first time I was here, that was understandable because we came at a very busy time with a full house, but being only one of 4 tables that have been seated is ridiculous. It was a nearly empty restaurant after the breakfast rush. It seemed like at least one of the multiple employees we saw walking around and constantly going to the other tables would make sure my table was ok (party of 2 each time) but we waited at least 30 to 40 minutes without anyone asking if we were alright. My boyfriends cup sat empty almost the entire meal. It's not my job to ask waitresses to come over, especially with the restaurant nearly empty, with at least 6 or 7 staff members walking around (6 or 7 being more than the actual number of occupied tables). I'm sorry, I usually try not to complain because I know every has there off days, but this being the second experience with not that great service is... bad. I understand if the restaurant was busy, they were understaffed, the waitstaff was super stressed out, etc, but I couldn't just chalk it up to something understandable. As I said, the food is excellent, but if this is how the service is going to continue with the "everyone is your server" concept, then I'm not sure if I'll be back. read more

Let's start with WOW! I'm told everything is homemade. We had flapjacks, eggs, home fries, toast and sausage. First, upon entering the restaurant, you are hit with the most delicious smells then you sit in these curved chairs (very comfortable). Daily specials along with a full breakfast and lunch menu to choose from. The flapjacks are served with powered sugar and warm syrup. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Home fries had a Cajun seasoning on them. Might be a bit overpowering for some. Two sausage patties grilled perfectly as well, just enough spice. I have two avacado halves with poached egg and pepper jack cheese with a side of turkey bacon, perfect! My husband had the burger, everything was fresh and high quality!
