NO REFUND sign.. They must get the request a ton

I would highly recommend staying away from this place. I was getting some shopping done and decided to grab a bite. They have a 2 item combo so I decided to try it. Half rice/chow mein, teriyaki chicken and pepper chicken. The food was horrific. Chow mein tasted fishy. Took the me bite and said I wouldn't take another. Tried the both chicken entrees and not only were they awful and tasted rancid, they were cold. I decided it was necessary to bring it to their attention. I went up to the one man working and let him know the food was cold and didn't taste good, right behind me were TWO more customers with their boxes to tell them the exact same thing: cold and tastes really bad. The guy acted like he had no idea what we were talking about and then the kitchen guy comes out and started yelling at the other two guys saying they no nothing and don't know how to cook. I said, I'm not upset, just want my $15 back (mind you, all food except 3 small bites were taken) and he started yelling again and pointing to a sign that says NO REFUNDS. What a poor way to run a business. He couldn't even offer an alternative because it was all cold and smelled horrible. Wish I would've known it was gonna be this bad before ordering AND tipping 20%. THREE people walked up within minutes of each other with the exact same complaint and the only thing they did was get defensive and insult people saying they don't know how to cook. What a total waste! If they would've been more accommodating, I would've avoided the negative review but I've never experienced something like this before....its because no one else knows how to cook lol. Shame on them.

    Horrible rice. Mediocre meat.

Rice tastes like complete plastic. Both the spicy and regular fried rice was horrible. All fried meat is the same, they just dip it into different sauces. Lemonade was very watered down. Will never go back.

With the exception of the teriyaki chicken the chow mien, the spicy chicken, and veggies all had a really nasty smell and tasted like some dirty sink water. Imagine the smell of bad plumbing that's what I imaged the food would taste like.

Love that they offer southeast asian dessert drink, Es Campur and Es Cendol! So delicious!! They are equivalent to Vietnamese Che drink.

I tried, Usually mall/outlet Asian is the better choice. Here , not so much. I got spaghetti masquerading as Lo Mein. Burned chicken with brown uckies in it, and overly breaded chicken. Really bad. I tried to find a bright spot in this meal and I guess it was the soda I got with it. Go with the Cheese steak or grilled chicken sandwich.

The BBQ chicken is nicely grilled and they even have spicy fried rice!

There is also an arcade and a carousel in the middle of the mall today they had free interactions with the Easter bunny, and you can take pictures for purchase. They do have nice bathrooms, including the family bathroom however it was locked so you do have to call security to have them come unlock it for you, but someone was there in a matter of minutes. It wasn't dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I also have heard it can get a little bit rough here at night time, but I did not experience that while here around 10 AM to noon on a Saturday.

Also, the Rainforest Cafe is always a fun place to eat and shop. The carousel seems to be pretty popular every time I've been here. The one thing I found kinda strange is that they don't have a Panda Express here, haha! I think it's like the only mall I've been to without Panda. Other than that, they have a lot of the typical mall eateries like Auntie Anne's Pretzels, Cinnabon, Dairy Queen, Haagen-Dazs, Sbarro, and Wetzel's Pretzels. They're open everyday from 9AM and is one mile from start to end so it's a great place to get some steps and stay cool during the hot summer months!

I was starving and at the mall so I decided to give Far East Asian Fire a try. Now I really really hate that this would be there 1st review, but maybe things will get better after it. When you walk up, you see items displayed, they do not look that enticing but you find out quickly they are just for display, not for eating, you can order what you want by looking at, and it will be cooked fresh for you. Great concept right? Well maybe, maybe not. I went with a 3 item combo, ordered pepper beef & chicken with green beans with a veggie low mein. Since they cook your food after you order, do not expect this to be fast food like Panda Express, I was lucky and got to wait even longer because they messed up my order and had to redo it! They did apologize for the wait, but at that point I was already over this place. Granted they have been there maybe for 2 months, but they don't seem to have their act together, and gawd forbid if it's a lunch hour rush with only one person cooking, expect to wait! Lets start with the pepper beef, the bell pepers where fresh, in fact somewhere still raw, the beef not every tender at all, was more like the ends of a tuff beef skirt cut. The chicken with green beans not bad, but not good either. The veggie low mein the noodles were completely over cooked and it tasted like mush. And my mushy meal cost me close to ten bucks and I didn't have a drink. Not the best bang for my buck. I wasn't impressed with the lunch I ordered and my return factor is very low, unless they catch me on a starving, must eat now day!!! But even then I will have to remember I will have to wait 15 minutes for my fast food haha.

Anyhoo, aside from my crunchy surprise, the food was tasty. I had the General Tso's chicken and the ginger orange chicken. Both were nummy -- they also have packets of Sriracha so don't forget those! My only complaint with the food is that it isn't hot. Lukewarm at best. Oh and beware of the mixed veggies! They're good, but they add mushrooms to them! I hate mushrooms! Thankfully they're big so the nice lady was kind enough to pick them out for me when she was boxing up my order.

I only wanted one thing: garlic knots. I've never cared for their pizza but the garlic knots are the reason I used to dine there. Anyway, I was excited to be able to have some of their garlic knots again but I was sorry once I stood in line at the casino. It must have been training day or something that night because I swear, no one knew what the heck was going on. I mean no one-not even the manager. I was in a line, about 5 deep and all of the employees behind the counter were standing around, not knowing what to say, not knowing what to do...it was like a comedy of errors. The customer standing in line ahead of me asked if they had a certain type of pizza and just like a game of telephone, the employees asked each other if they had that pizza. Another employee walked out of the kitchen and just stood there, staring at the line of customers. The manager on duty seemed to be having trouble with the register but when it was my turn to pay (after about 10 minutes of waiting in line for pizza that was already made), she didn't apologize for the wait or even acknowledge that her team was having issues with getting their job done that night. Turns out, I could've lived without the garlic knots. They definitely weren't worth going through the training zone for. I sat in the food court and didn't enjoy my cardboard-like pizza but I did savor the garlic knots because God knows I would not put myself through that pain again and give my business to that particular Famous Famiglia Pizzeria again.

We had heard both positives and negatives about it so it was about time to make up my own mind. We arrived at 5:00 and were seated immediately. The buffet looked interesting with about 6 rows of items to peruse. Companion went first and when he returned I got a plate and began my tour. First item on my plate was the seafood boil. Crawdads, shrimp, mussels, corn on cob, potatoes and lots of cajun spice. If it had been hotter it would have been wonderful. Next I started down a row of hotel pans, picking those items that seemed interesting to me. Shrimp in various incarnations, beef and broccoli, pork egg roll, potsticker, sticky pork rib, velveted pepper steak with onions, and a couple of pieces of sushi. The shrimp was nicely cooked and the pepper steak was tender and properly cooked. The sushi was unremarkable and the egg roll was soggy and without merit. The potsticker was nice as was a piece of fried banana. Sanitation in the food areas was excellent with counters being wiped down as needed. I also noted one of the chefs in the Mongolian BBQ area wiping down the tiles on the wall, which was quite impressive. However, not all was great. Food was tepid at best and while I did not have a thermometer with me my estimate was that none of the food was over 100 degrees. The restrooms were a different story. The ladies room was properly clean and appointed with nothing but a few drops of water on the floor by the sink. However, companion went into the men's room and took a picture for me. It could not pass any type of inspection by any person. Normally I would have handed my companion my ultra violet light which I use when checking bathrooms, but why waste the batteries? The place was filthy and the toilets were terrible. No use to stand upon the seat, the crabs in here can jump six feet! Companion remarked that it was disgusting and he forgoed using the facility. Our bill for 2 was $36.11, which is about what other buffet charge, however, I've eaten at much better buffets for this amount. 3 stars
