I started coming here back in 2012/13 when I went to Hamilton and the Asian woman was there with the best alterations and customer service. I recently went in to get my pants altered not aware they were under new management but the woman in there was pleasant and I appreciated her service... fast forward to today I went in to get my pants cleaned of dirty water that splashed (which I know will come off in the wash but didn't want to ruin them by washing them) the rude man in there was like "no we can't get that out it's not going to work" lol so I took them somewhere else and wallah they said it will br done in an hour. They take really good care of your clothes, the prices are reasonable, and they get them back to you in a timely manner. All of the staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. This place is owned and run by a very sweet older lady named Grace. My father and I work up the street and take our laundry and dry cleaning here about once every other week. Ms. Grace (as I respected call her) is such a nice lady and always remembers my dad and I. I used to work in a high end bar and would get my shirts and suits dry cleaned here often. I think they may be under new ownership. Old owners were very professional and experienced. We took a few shirts and a dress to get tailored recently and the staff seemed totally different. They seemed inexperienced and asked random questions. And then we got back our outfits and there were numerous problems. My 3 dress shirts smelled like a cheap almost moldy detergent. What dry cleaners gives you a shirt back with scented detergent? And then worst of all, my wife's chanel dress was butchered by their tailor job. It was probably the easiest stitching job you could ever imagine - a one inch straight line - and they mangled it to the point it was unwearable. i love the service fancy cleaners provides. My job requires that my uniform look sharp at all times. I needed 2 things sewn on a shirt and a dry clean and press all for the next day. The wonderful lady quickly put me at ease and said YES they can have it the next day!! i was very relieved. They did a great job with my stuff too. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Very disappointed in this service. I brought a few items in to be cleaned. When I opened the bag, there was a very foul odor. I brought the items back, including the suit I had worn to my wedding. The owner said she has never had any complaints and she would take care of it. When I picked up the items, I was accused of wearing the items and she was adamant about it. I had explained to her that the suit she was referring to hadn't been worn since 4 years earlier at my wedding but the bottom of the dry cleaning bag was open so the bottom part of my pants made contact with the floor. She kept repeating "you wore" over and over again. I told her that I really didn't appreciate that. She smirked and repeated again. I'm sure people do shady things like that, but that's just not me. I work in the area and wanted to support a local business. I will not be back. I see she's been around for a long time and if you receive great service, that's great. On top of that, when I needed the clothes a day early they took care of it no problem with no extra charge. For the past two and a half years, I have been taking ALL of my jeans / pants here for hemming, and I am always pleased with the results. The lady who works there is super sweet, and if i ask, she will get the tailoring done in 1 day. I took a vintage fur cape with the lining almost completely ripped out on one side to her, and she did a PERFECT job on it. I took a light jacket with a satin lining in because the lining had ripped around the sleeve in two places, rending the fabric in that horrible way satin does. I expected to hear either "oh no, we can't fix this" or "it will cost more to fix than to buy a new jacket". They 1) took it late on a Tuesday afternoon, and said it would be ready Thursday after 4, and 2) when I got it back, said "five dollars". five *dollars*!!!! That's just amazing. They definitely have better prices than most cleaners. But, sometimes, the clothes don't come back as clean as expected. So, you should really check on the item before you leave the store so that you don't encounter the surprise when you need to wear that item. Used them for a few years and only recently started noticing issues with cleaning, namely three: After wearing a shirt once, my neck apparently ringed the collar intensely. Rather than treating and removing, they pressed it in. My home laundry stain-stick on one wash managed to remove a lot of it. Noticed a few spots on clothes left in after laundering. Finally, found a staple (like used to fasten the tag through the button-hole) in the back of my dress shirt. read more

I have been going to this cleaners for about 12 years now. Grace is such a sweet & pleasant woman. She gives out lint rollers during Christmas. She knows exactly who I am when I come in, she's always prompt & does a fantastic dry cleaning on my clothes. I've taken dozen of dresses & jeans to her to take in as they are always too big for me & she does a GRAND job at tailoring them in to fit me perfectly. She does a great job at hemming jeans/pants as well. I think her prices may be a few dollars more than other local cleaners but I'd pay the few extra dollars for her services, pleasant experience & familiarity. I was saddened when she was gone for probably a month or longer in 2014 at another cleaners. I was sooooo shocked because I'm use to ALWAYS working with her, when I seen different staff I felt uncomfortable. But eventually Grace came back to ease my worries, lol. read more
