It was close by and seemed clean so we thought we'd give it a shot! The laundry machines are a little expensive but the washers and dryers are massive so they can fit a lot of clothes and everything seems well-maintained. One annoying thing is that you have to buy a Laundry Room card to pay for anything, which is more of an inconvenience than anything because the cost is only $1. Another is less about the place itself but keep an eye on your loads because one of times we came here, people were taking other people's clothes out of dryers before they were even finished!

Veronica is fabulous! I wear black tees to work everyday. And they ain't cheap. They comeback soft and sweet smelling. Folded like I'm buying them off the shelf from Nordstrom. I'm in the gym almost everyday too. My workout gear is clean and folded ready to go. Socks? Whites and colors sparkle and sorted. Underwear too. Folded! Veronica, you do a fabulous job. Thank you!

I do wish attendants were faster at emptying out their drop off service loads off the machines as I am often waiting for them to empty out their machines. And the attendants occupy anywhere from 20-60% of the machines sometimes. If not 70% of the larger machines. It seems the attendants are more focus on folding the drop off service clothes so they tend to leave the machines just sitting with clothes inside while DIY customers are waiting for the machines to get emptied out by them

However, I was going in for a back procedure and brought a coat in. I told them I wouldn't be coming back for a bit and paid them $38 IN CASH before I left. I was rushing and did not get a receipt. How would I know how much it was if I hadn't paid? When I went to pick up my coat a month later, the clerk, who was rude to begin with, told me I owed $38 , which I reminded her was paid. She asked me for a receipt and i told her I never received one. She argued with me, refused to give me my coat and said she would ask the owner to call me. She didn't. I went to get my coat today and she was rude again and would not give me my coat. When I reminded her I wasn't given a receipt and perhaps she took the money, she laughed in my face. Things got heated and we both exchanged obscenities (me only once, her several times). I left without my coat and I will never go back. I also plan to call the Better Business Bureau on them. I hate to do that to the man who owns the cleaners, but this woman is an embarrassment to this establishment and really should be let go.
