We said yes, and we declined everything that was offered after that . The staff uses mini walkie-talkies to communicate. We were seated and given a sheet to choose our pedicure. That's when I noticed that what we were offered was extra services to the pedicure. Depending on the type of pedicure, a basic foot massage is included. So, we decided on keeping additional minutes for foot massage. After we picked our pedicure, the staff got to work, ensuring we were happy with everything. The salon was clean and welcoming, and on the day I visited, everyone was wearing Seahawks jerseys, which was a nice touch. They also have alcoholic beverages for sale, an ATM on-site, and live music entertainment. Overall, the experience was great, maybe get rid of automatically offering add-ons before you even start. The regulars know about this, but for first-timers, it's not a good way to add charges.

I chose the upgraded "mask" pedicure but don't recall a mask being applied. I did receive a discount for paying in cash: $84 total. I was asked to rate the visit and gave them and gave a "good" when asked what could have been done to make it better, I told them it was exactly as I expected a mani/pedi to be. Nothing outstanding about it. Other things that went into my decision: they were very flat with upselling to me, but with others they explained the upsell. They offered drinks to others who arrived. I was not offered anything. My nail tech was having a conversation with anyone group of employees behind me. She did say anything to me besides what I wanted for my service. I will not be back in the area, but if I was, I would not visit this salon again.

They answer the phone by placing the caller on hold without a word. *IF* you can get them to pick up after being on hold then they will answer one question such as "Does XXX have any openings for a trim in two weeks?", they will answer "No" and promptly hang-up so that you cannot ask about the following week or month. Often, the phone just rings and rings. This behavior has gotten worse over the past year. I'm not sure if it is an employee issue or a management issue.

She said 'sure no problem'! During the process she was pulling on my hair pretty hard, I told her it hurts and she said "oh we're almost done" but proceeded to pull hard on every section - to the point I grabbed the base of my hair to prevent further pain as she worked on it - she ignored it and just kept yanking hard. During the wash (her nails are extensively long and sharp!) it was painful like she was scratching my head hard and then using her nails as a comb to untangle knots. It was NOT relaxing or pleasant! Then she sat me in a chair with wet hair and no towel and left me to go attend her next customer. My neck was sticky with product & water in my ears. I didn't know what was going on, was I experiencing a deep conditioning treatment? Or just waiting? Was the new customer just needing a bang trim? Or something quick? Carrie didn't communicate anything and walked off- Then after 10 min of me just sitting there, I noticed she was in the beginning process of doing highlights on another client. She double booked! I told her if Im just waiting for a blow dry? Or what was happening. She said patronizingly "Oh do you need some attention?" Then moved her other client out of the chair - blow dried my hair, did a 3 min hair trim and charged $250! My hair which was a beautiful blonde tone now has large brassy chunks all over with small purple streaks around my face. I will NEVER go back and wasted my money.
