Jaime one of the owners made himself available within 24 hours of our call. Other plumbers quoted us days or weeks before they could visit our home and give us an estimate. We had​ at times 5 servicemen​ working at our house for 3 days replacing the​ main water line which was leaking along with a major break in a sprinkler line. All of the workmen were extremely courteous, explained the challenges and continued to work so that our lives were not going to inconvenienced any longer than necessary. We had a large underground pipe that was leaking at a 30 year old coupler. The pipe was 8 feet underground. We contacted 4 contractors and none wanted to touch the job. Meanwhile...we have this leak that is just flowing. Not a good scene and we're seeing no end in sight. On a hunch our job foreman called Jaime. I needed a plumber to check out a waterspot on the ceiling of my dining room - right underneath the shower in the master bathroom. I yelped for a plumber and found Jaime. He was available to come by the next day, arrived on time. He diagnosed a leaking shower pan and also tested the installed jet tub for leaks (luckily none), all for a reasonable fee. Happy with his work, I invited him to bid on my upcoming bathroom remodel and selected him based on his quote. Jaime was very responsive, and kept patiently answering my questions regarding the plumbing hardware and accessories that I needed to order for the remodel. When the contractors were ready for him, Jaime was able to work with the overall remodel schedule, arrived on time and installed all valves, pipes, faucets and miscellaneous other hardware together with his team. We called yesterday to solve a blockage and do a little pipe work. Eduardo was out maybe 90 minutes later. He gave me estimates before starting the work, two based on where the blockage may be. He cleared the blockage and did a complete re-pipe under the kitchen sink. I am pretty handy and fix almost everything myself, but in this case the sink blocks up at least once a year. He made a few excellent changes to how it was piped so that it can be serviced more easily in the future. Price was reasonable but that is never my priority. I wanted it done in the best possible manner, and done same-day. He did both and I am very pleased with the result. Great company and great team, starting from the person in charge of answering the phone and scheduling to the plumbers that come out. It seems most of the team are brothers, which is great because they all care about the success of their business. I had a unusual gas breaker piece to mount downstream from my gas meter and I was a bit worried about the various guidelines around the installation of the component. Also in general I am suspicious and picky when it comes to work done by contractors, I like things done cleanly and precisely. But my worries quickly went away when they started working. They clearly know what they are doing, they are calm, professional and patient, and they listen to your concerns and requests. WOW!!! Worth more than 5's !!! I'd give 20's with 100% customer satisfaction!! Few days ago I saw a golf ball size bubble on my kitchen ceiling in my two story house. Today it was a basketball size and now I knew something had to be done!! This is when I always turn to YELP! Mind you I had called 2 other plumbers who didn't even call me back at all!! Based on Fantastic Rooter Plumbing's which was my 3rd call for a plumber I gave them a call. Jasmine who is very nice answers my call and takes my info. She says she has Eduardo in the area and will call to notify him if he can come by and give me estimate. As I was waiting for her phone call, Eduardo actually showed up at my house!! They are quick!! Eduardo and his partner Gerardo politely introduced themselves to me and my husband. I let them in and show them what was going on. Eduardo and Gerardo had to do some investigation, so they kinda got a work out too going up and down the stairs. Less than 10minutes Eduardo says here's the plan... gave me my plan about what needs to be done and only estimate costs. Eduardo needs to cut into the ceiling to find out the real problem and then give me my real costs for repair. As he was cutting into my ceiling I was praying it wasn't going to be bad as it looked.. THANK GOODNESS Eduardo found the "hairpin" leak and he and Gerardo were able to fix it right there and then!!!! As noted by many other reviewers, calls are answered and appointments are scheduled promptly, the technicians protect your area, they are very respectful and friendly. They are happy to give advice and talk about your issue. You can tell they really value relationships and value their customers, which seems to be rare in the trade industry. Also, on one of the service calls my technician was going to be late, but the office called to let me know and kept me posted with status updates - very good service. We have used Fantastic Rooter on two occasions. The first time it was because one of our toilets was stopped up. They came out and fixed it in less than two hours at a reasonable cost. The second time we had flooding in our kitchen and it turned out to be the purified water dispenser on our sink, which had to be replaced. It is completely frustrating when you're having a great weekend and a kitchen sink clog out of no where, threatens to ruin it. You immediately begin to dread the mess, the smell, the cost of fixing it. Not to mention the pain of finding a plumber to come to your house on a Saturday evening, and their after hours/emergency rates. The first plumber we called charged $200 p/hr! Fantastic Rooter saved the day! They listened to our issue, told us most likely solutions, and how much each would cost. No additional after hours charges, and they could be here in about 45 minutes. After dealing with a fraudulent plumbing company I read the great reviews for Fantastic Plumbing and asked for someone out to come and check the line for a possible blockage. The service man Gerardo was polite and professional. After checking everything he told me my lines were clear and would not need flushing at this time. This was a huge relief since the other company told me it would cost $5000 to fix a "bulge" in the line. This was after they had charged me $2600 to clear and scope the line. We needed to have our pipes cleared under the house and no one comes out to Hollister to service anymore! We called everywhere and thankfully finally found Fantastic Rooter Plumbing. They were here within an hour and a half and it was towards the end of the day when we called in. The gentleman that showed up (I forgot his name) but he said to my husband that his uncle owns the company - he was very professional and friendly and most importantly, he was patient. He had to explain to my husband and then to me again what he was going to do and why the cost would be so much and what to expect. It was expensive, however, I appreciate that he took an aggressive approach to how he was going to do the job ( Which is why it would cost more) because that is how we needed to get the job completed. He took the time to educate and explain how things work and was very understanding and patient even though it was getting dark and I would imagine that it was his last stop and he probably wanted to get home. I mentioned that to him and he kindly replied "Not at all, this is what we are here for" I will say that they are not going to be your cheapest option, but like I say in my own business, "You pay for what you get" We had payed a cheaper cost prior, however, it didn't solve the issue and the person that did it prior didn't take the time to assess the situation and know exactly how to solve it.
