I had a leak at the water meter on my main line, and Marlon and Gabriel were out within a few hours. From start to finish, they had the repair completed in under two hours. They replaced a section of the line between the sidewalk and the meter -- and what they found was wild. One portion had actually been bent into a 90-degree angle (shoddy work from someone else). Marlon was very quick to respond to my Yelp message (literally responded within seconds) and was able to come out the same day to fix two issues - one with the toilet flapper and another with a broken drain stopper. He showed up per the promised time and fixed the toilet issue quickly. For the drain stopper, we needed to order replacement parts from the original manufacturer who had manufactured the whole faucet set. Marlon was extremely knowledgeable about the manufacturer and their policies. He told me that the brand that has manufactured my faucets offers a lifetime warranty and I need not spend money buying the replacement parts. He was also able to recognize the model of the faucet. Based on his recommendation, I called the manufacturer - and sure enough, they are in the process of shipping my replacement parts to me for n o extra cost. Once I get the replacement parts, I will be using Marlon's services again to get the replacement done. I'm happy with Marlon's service, his responsiveness and with how organized he is. I posted a "wanted" help via Yelp to fix an error in water heater. It's a 6/7 year old Rheem Water heater. Marlon reached out to me via Yelp, explain what to expect and his fees structure. He came by the following day, quickly asses the problem (the PG&E person gave the wrong assessment) and started calling his supplier for parts. He went to pick up his parts, come back, and 10 minutes later, we have hot water! I would recommend him 150% because : 1. I appreciate his approach, he came to assess the problem instead of just telling me that I need a new water heater (almost all the other guy did this) 2. He is thorough! He can just "reset" the error code in the water heater but he doesn't do it because he doesn't want the tank to blow up later because the problem persist (it was an error code on flame vapor sensor) Job well done!
