They really are FANTASTIC! It was easy to schedule an estimate to have our hot water heater replaced (super old an still working; just wanted to get a new one). Eduardo came out and quickly provided an estimate - which was the least expensive that I had received and I felt confident about their warranty for labor (1 year). A few months later we called them back and they held up their price from the estimate. They easily scheduled the install at our convenience. Called the day before to make sure we were ready. Even though Eduardo was about 30 minutes later then expected, he and his colleague were very friendly, and got he install done within 3 hours. They cleaned up after and were so easy to work with. Quick Response and Awesome Service Called them at 9:11 AM and Eduardo arrived shortly before 11:00 AM. Since the sewage line for the whole house was blocked, their fast service was greatly appreciated. While we expected that cleaning the main drain pipe from the house would be pretty involved, it actually took Eduardo only 5 minutes to fix it. They were not only very professional they went far beyond what they had to do. The line had sludge in it and closed after the rooter came out. They brought out a large machine towed by the truck to use high pressure to blow out the sludge after dark. They were more than reasonable about the cost. First time posting a review....I hope this is helpful! Short summary - Great service, high quality work, and an experienced plumber who knows how to solve problems. A few years ago my pilot light burned out on my water heater. I searched yelp and found Fantastic Rooter. Eduardo came out and explained to me how to relight it, and was able to come out at the last minute notice to help us out. Fast forward to today, June 7th, 2016. I as I am pulling out of my driveway this morning, I saw a poodle of water near the water heater, and slowly leaking out of the garage. After researching a few options from the road, I called Home Depot, Lowes, and Fantastic Rooter. Eduardo was the first one to physically come over and give me a free inspection. This is the second time I used Fantastic Rooter and I have to say, they are now my plumbing company of choice. First of all, Jamie and his son James were very nice and respectful, however, what impressed us most is how conscientious they were about caring for our home. We had a recurring problem with a leaking kitchen sink after our remodel. The contractor pretty much screwed up all of our kitchen appliances when he reinstalled them. Frustrating, to say the least! I thought I would give this business a second chance but I was completely dissatisfied. When I called the female call I taker to schedule an appointment to get a quote or estimate she made an unprovoked derogatory comment about me. Regarding the appointment for the quote/estimate Eduardo arrived at the job site at the scheduled time to get an estimate of plumbing work to be done. But Eduardo was not very good in my opinion as well. When Eduardo arrived he sat in the driveway in his car for 10 minutes and did not even come to the door of the property. I had to go outside and stand outside to get his attention only then did he come out of his minivan. When he came inside as I was going thru the items on my list of things to do he didn't even have a pen and paper to take notes. When he left (2/18/2021 sometime between 9:30 and 10:30 am) Eduardo said to me he would email me the quote "today or by tomorrow afternoon". Here it is Friday feb 19th at 5:07 pm and no email with a quote or phone call to my primary contact phone number which they have on file. I discovered a leak in the wall from my kitchen sink drain. I looked on Yelp and found Fantastic Rooter immediately. The reviews were great. I called Monday morning and spoke to Jaime. He was able to send someone out that evening. Eduardo came out, put the shoe covers on before walking into the house (not expected). He located where the pipe was leaking, behind a cabinet. He told me I'd save money if I cut out the cabinet myself, which I did the next day. I texted pictures of the broken pipe fitting to Jaime. He texted back a quote within 15 minutes. We scheduled the work for 7am the next day. Eduardo and his helper showed up at exactly 7am. Again, both wore shoe covers before entering the house. It took only 45 minutes for the repair. It was a clean and professional job. There was no mess left behind, and Eduardo answered all my questions. This company acted and responded in a very professional manner. Jaime came to our house 6/2/2015 afternoon, observing the crawl space carefully, which had been flooded to 3 inch deep because of pipe leakage in crawl space during we were out of town for 3 weeks. He suggested contacting insurance company and pumping water first. The insurance company said they do not cover both pumping water and repairing leakage. And then an adjustor visited and came up with a conclusion that no damage had been caused by water. We pumped water by ourselves after renting a pump from Home Depot in the following 2 days. Jaime sent two plumbers 6/5/2015 morning. One of them got into the crawl space and fixed the leakage that happened to a water supply line under the floor. I went a month and a half without a plumber to complete the water heater installation. The reason for the long delays was because most plumbers who promised to come by to look at what I have, and no-show. Finally in 1 week, I had Jaime and another plumber came by and look at my water heater configuration. In the end, I chose Jaime, because he sounded like he knew what he was doing (with suggestions and such) and his price was just as competitive as the other one. He finally came by yesterday to do the work and it was beautifully done. I am very happy that I chose Jaime to do the work. Almost 2 months later, finally the installation is complete.
