Went in this evening. I ordered a teriyaki beef platter.. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce. It's a fairly big serving.. upon getting home I only had one small teriyaki container. The ranch dressing came in a bigger container when I ordered I asked for extra teriyaki. I had no problem paying for it but when you get one small teriyaki for such a big plate is not good. This is false. Perhaps you are under new ownership or management because I have gone in to your establishment before and a lady that has been there has said I could order as long as I take it to go. Of course some orders may take long to make, but you don't know what I was ordering. Another thing, a lot of locations, not bars or clubs, advertise a closure time for a specific time and actually take orders until that time. The fact that you hire students and schedule them to close sounds like a staffing issue that you need to resolve. read more

Maybe I just got a bad batch but I wasn't a fan of the food. I was looking forward to coming here since there are people that are long time customers & like the food but maybe I just came on a bad day. My food was room temperature when I got it in the drive through so I had to heat it up at home. I ordered fried mushrooms and an avocado burger. When I bit into the fried mushrooms as i was driving away, the center was cold. Even when I touched the burger on the drive home it was barely warm and didn't have much flavor in it in my opinion. Honestly a bit disappointed in the quality of the food after paying almost $17 for small mushrooms & a burger but at least the portion sizes were big. read more

To owner Chris who replied to my comment "you can order chopped lettuce on anything" - that hasn't been true. I asked for chopped lettuce and was told you guys don't have it anymore. Instead, they try to manually cut up the lettuce for the burger now if asked for chopped and it isn't chopped like before nor does the lettuce taste the same. Daughter and I disappointed because we loved the pre-chopped lettuce you used before. It taste different and my daughter no longer wants to order the burger she once loved. Seems to be the place to be on a Sunday night. The girl at register was pretty fast so she got through the line pretty fast. She was a little overwhelmed because a lot was going on so I felt for her. The dining area was clean too. Kinda a small place so not too many tables and the area in front of registers seemed too small and crowded. We ordered a cheeseburger and also the mixed teriyaki plate with chicken and steak. Every thing tasted good but it wasn't the best I have tried. The fries were pretty good but had a hard time eating them since they were too hot. One great thing is the teriyaki plates are good for two people. So much food because you also get a side salad with the plate. This can easily be split for two and possibly 3 people. Default choice for us when we can't figure out lunch/dinner. Of course, they aren't that far from us, which adds to the attraction. We have ordered practically the entire menu by now, either via phone, at the counter, or via drive-thru. Staff has been pretty solid. Yes, there can be a bit of a wait, especially in the drive-thru (probably waited up to 30 minutes at one time), but we haven't had any incorrect orders yet, which is pretty impressive. I think hubby's go-to is one of the teriyaki plates, or a burger. I am more fickle for every meal, and may go anywhere from a salad/wrap/sandwich to chicken nuggets/fried chicken or any of their Mexican choices. I think their fried chicken is pretty good (especially for the price), but their breakfast is pretty amazing if you need a breakfast option. Fries are decent, but we would probably go for the loaded nachos over the fries on any day. Note: any extra sauces is chargeable. Don't try to ask for free sauce at the window when receiving the order; let them know when you order that you want extra sauces. Staff have been great. Never had any issues. Just came through to try the zucchini fries. Drive through is made to order from a huge menu wait time so unless the orders are small and simple ahead of you, it might be 5 minutes per car. This put me at 20 minutes before I received a sack of zucchini. They give two containers of ranch and you can purchase additional for 30 cents or 4 additional for $1. Fries were plentiful and not greasy. A bit tough on the coating cook. I prefer a lighter batter like tempura or Panko, but if this is the style you love then go in peace. read more
