Traveling through SFO Terminal 3 and looking for a coffee? If you're near the F gates, this is the best coffee option we've found. It's located near the end of the terminal, near Gate F22. You can sit and order at the bar / in their small cafe area but we ordered to-go items at the computer kiosk: two lattes, which we found to balanced and pleasant tasting. They also offer sandwiches and pastries and a cold case of drinks. Note: service can be slow so only order if you have time to spare. read more

Its at the far end at the last F gate at sfo united term3. They have options to go and also for fresh food prepped for u if u have the time. It's a small cozy place which was right next to my boarding gate so worked well for me. I ordered the veggie pizza which was basically a flatbread pizza with onion tomato mushroom and black olives. Pro: was made in 5 mins. Fresh melted cheese looks yummy. Friendly service. Con: the pizza was too salty and even though you dine in with a flatbread $19 pizza. It still comes in a to go box with utensils upon request and self service. read more

Skip the long lines at other coffee and breakfast places and head to Farley's at the in SFO terminal 3 near F gates 19-21. I stopped by this morning and got a matcha latte and lox bagel for $23.90 (before tip). I used the kiosk for my order without any technical issues. My latte drink was ready in about 5 minutes, and the bagel soon after. The matcha hit the spot and the bagel was delish! Both will keep me going for the rest of the day! read more

absolutely terrible food. i bought the farley's sfo tuna salad sandwich. the tomato, lettuce were wilted old & tasted ransid. the bread was completely soggy. i also had the cesar salad. i had to throw out half the lettuce that was also ransid & rotten, every single cruton was completely soggy as if in water & i could not eat any of them. i will never eat food from any farley's locations ever. read more

Great spot for a quick bite or a cocktail at SFO if your gate is around F16-22. There's a self serve kiosk and regular counter to order which makes it easier to get what you want (or browse the menu, since the menu is really small and you gotta be fairly close to read it). Nice visuals and lighting, not too bright which was great for my early morning eyes. Coffee was good coffee, but maybe it was just because I was here at 6am. Would recommend. read more

Our flight had a maintenance issue and let us deplane at F19 - Farley's was the closest where we could keep an eye our gate for reboarding. Kiosk experience was fine and there was a lot of people around 12ish (expected) so it took about 15 or so minutes for the BLTs we ordered to come out. They were pretty tasty! I chose the batard bread and sister got the sourdough with no tomato (her pic is below bc I scarfed mine down). Loved the texture and crispness of the batard bread. They also have a cold section that I didn't realize was there so if you need to get food faster, would recommend checking there! read more

What can I say? It's an airport cafe. There is a small seating area, but it seemed to be predominantly occupied by lounge folks not cafe folks. That being said, I tried a maple latte. I was worried because I forgot to ask for half-syrup as most flavored coffee drinks are a lot sweeter than I like. I was pleasantly surprised. It had a mild maple flavor and was not too sweet. I don't know that I'd walk across terminals to get there, but I would go there again of the situation presented itself. No picture of my drink because a latte in a to-go cup isn't much to look at. read more

If you want coffee with cream, BT want to ad your own cream, then you MUST say "please leave enough room for cream" I was scolded for not asking for that at the time of order. My egg sandwich was served on not-toasted bread. This resulted in a soggy sandwich. They should by default toast the bread unless otherwise asked. Also, they didn't cut the sandwich in half unless you ask. Who doesn't do that these days?? read more

Had a rough day of traveling (thanks United) but the bartender working here around 8pm on 1/20/26 was absolutely lovely and was so kind and attentive and made this the best possible airport hang for us. I had a 6 hour layover at San Francisco airport and was dreading trying to keep sane while waiting on my next flight. I decided to try Farley's because it was near my gate and looked like a neat spot to hang out while I waited. I sat at the bar and charged my phone and was greeted by Vivian, the bartender. She promptly greeted me, took my order and was a great conversationalist. I only planned to stay for a drink but ended up spending my whole layover there. Vivian really made time "fly" by which was much appreciated. I also ordered a BLT sandwich from the bar who was made to order and excellent! I had a 3hr layover that I thought would be quite stressful. I sat at the bar at Farley's and watched Vivian literally bust her behind as multiple influxes of crowds would come in, many ot the people having several requests and additional needs. That was a level of stress that I couldn't imagine but she was quick, kind and efficient. I told Vivian that I wish I was filming an episode of undercover boss so that I could reward her for how incredibly she manages what would otherwise be deemed, by most people, chaos. She was smiling, laughing, and never missed a beat. I hope whoever employs Vivian knows what an absolute gem they have. Got a decent breakfast sandwich before my flight, but only barely because of the service speed. This was the closest food spot to my gate all the way at the end of the F gates and I was starving. The line was a bit long and it seemed like it wasn't moving fast, but I also had 25 minutes until boarding started. It took 27 minutes before I managed to actually get my breakfast sandwich including almost 20 minutes after I ordered. I still managed to get into the group 1 united boarding line before they started, albeit almost the end of the line. The actual sandwich was pretty good. I got an egg breakfast sandwich with added bacon and avocado. It came on toasted and buttered white bread and was yummy all-around even if it didn't stand out in any major way. read more

Airports can be really hit or miss when it comes to reasonably priced and nice places to wait. On my last trip I had a few hours to kill after checking out of the hotel so I walked around the airport waiting for my flight. There are lots of overpriced places serving great beer and reasonable places serving bad beer. Thankfully this place is reasonable and has great beer ($12 giant Pliny the Elder anyone)? It was mostly empty on my visit, the staff was welcoming. They have a small bar area and plenty of tables inside a roped off alcohol zone area. It offers a nice view of the terminal with large windows for natural light. A bonus was bumping into a friend who had just had a beer here as well. If you're in this part of SFO, I recommend stopping here for a drink while you wait. read more

It's an airport cafe so I'm not expecting some classy, luxury experience. You're likely here because your gate is nearby and you need a quick coffee/snack/drink. Some tips I've learned from when I was recently there waiting for my 8 AM flight on a Thursday: + the wait can be long. When I was there, there were only 3 people working: 1 prepping the food, 1 handling the bar, and 1 handling the cashier. When there's many people in line order everything from alcohol to coffee to hot breakfast meals, this means that those poor staff members have a lot to do so be patient. + if you order a pastry and don't care for it to be warmed up, tell them! I waited a long time for them to just pull the pastry out of the glass case and hand it to me. I wish I had just said it in the beginning so I didn't have to wait. + there's line to the cashier but you can also order on your own via their kiosk just off to the left of the cashier. No one in line noticed this for awhile, until one person halfway through the line just walked up and ordered on there. Anyways, the food is good enough as a snack and the coffee is just okay. Be prepared to pay airport prices for it though! The breakfast sandwich will go for closer to $15! read more

She: - made a gimlet to order and nailed it - took care of my food order at the bar (salad off the shelf) - was pleasant and friendly - changed the TV channel for another guest - accepted the airline food voucher (even when she didn't have to!) If you are deciding between Farley's and the SF Giants Clubhouse at gate F15, GO TO FARLEY's. Food and service are so much better than at the Clubhouse. Went to Farley's to grab breakfast, the maple latte and drip coffee excellent, the bacon breakfast sandwich made to order so hot and fresh and had an aioli that was good too. my kid's hoagie sandwich he said was ok. The chocolate and almond croissants were both good. Service was patient (I took a while deciding), and good. The wait was not long. read more

Farley's is usually so lovely. Not today. We had a 5:15am flight. There was no sign of opening times and I knew they weren't open but clearly someone was there. I said good morning to the woman working behind the counter and asked when they opened (and was conscious not to interrupt her task.) The woman was rude and said I shouldn't talk to her and literally shouted out insults as I walked away. When I walked back to the gate area, several families inquired what I had found out and I told them they absolutely should not go to the coffee shop. Shame on me for not going to the app to find out opening times and expecting someone to be human in a moment. @Farleys management team: please put up a sign to let people know what your hours are in addition to on Yelp/Google. Also you may want to look into why your staff is so angry and unprofessional and perhaps support them more if needed. She works at one of the biggest airports in the country and was one of the worst rudest people I've encountered in a while. It was just such a terrible way to start a trip over such a benign reasonable inquiry. Thanks. read more

The staff are friendly and nice. Even tho it was super early the staff accommodate me so quickly with a smile. I ordered the egg sandwich with bacon on a panini bread it was so good it melts on my mouth. The combo of crispy bacon, herb aioli, and panini bread perfect balance of flavors. The gooey yolk is the perfect finishing touch. It adds that rich, creamy texture that ties everything together and makes each bite even better. I would go back to this cafe. The ambiance of the place is amazing with that string lighting on the ceiling. The tables and chairs are clean not sticky like other establishments. read more

Best healthy salad I've tasted! Special request: Whole Health Protein Bowl: instead of tahini sauce, please substitute green goddess sauce. Add hard boiled egg and cucumber. I ordered the Whole Health Protein Bowl and thought it was delicious, then ordered another one for my mom. Mine was different from what was on the menu because the salad maker decided to make it taste better.
