In search of something quick to bring on my cross-country flight, I decided to pick up a bagel from Klein's Deli because I wanted to eat something in between breakfast and lunch. I chose Klein's because it was located right next to my gate and had an online ordering system that I perused while waiting in the boarding area. There was a large variety of breakfast and lunch options; however, the online menu did not include descriptions of the food items (I had to walk over to the kiosk to read the physical menu descriptions). Upon placing my order of a bagel with hummus and cucumber, I only waited about 5 minutes for my order to be prepared. I ended up eating my bagel about an hour into my flight, and it still tasted freshly toasted. There was a very long line at the Gate F14 location, so given that my flight was about to board, I grabbed a premade sandwich and went to the register. The attendant ran my card and then looked at me. I asked for a receipt and it the salad came with dressing. She said "you cut the line". I apologized and said since no one was at the register and I grabbed a pre-made item I thought I did not have to wait for the folks having custom sandwiches made. She looked at me, at which point I asked again for my receipt. She then handed me a small bag with my receipt and I asked if they had a bag for my salad and she replied no.
