    Cheeseburger

We stopped in to try this place because it made the areas top smash burger places! While I enjoyed the meal and the burger was great, it really wasn't as smashed as I would have hoped, otherwise it would have gotten five stars. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's basically a food truck parked next to a brewery with a canopy. So be prepared if the weather isn't friendly for sitting outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the Ok, Okay and it was certainly more than I needed but I ate every bite! We also ordered the JoJo's, which were good. A bit too salty for my liking, but I just got some of their house sauce and that helped, so maybe it's intentional :D If you are in the area and want a good burger, stop in!

    Oh okay burger

Delicious! Also why did it take me so long to stop by. farmboy bites in located in future primitive brewery. I'm also on the hunt for a good burger and they definitely make a bomb burger here. I ordered the oh okay which is basically the farmboy with jalapeños. The burger is on the smaller side but packed with so much flavor. You could taste the char with the bits of jalapeños. It was so good, loved that they're only a 5 minutes drive. Will be back probably this week haha

Farm Boy lives up to the highest of expectations when it comes to a juicy smash burger. Sometimes the wait is longer, sometimes it's shorter, but regardless of the wait you are guaranteed to get a hot juicy burger made with the most tlc. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Kid and pet friendly spot makes it even better![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Side note- this place has been on many food lists in Seattle as one of, if not the, best burger in Seattle.

Filling and tasty burgers, quick ordering service at the window. Fair burger: get this if you really enjoy the meatiness of a burger. Tasty and charred burger patties, a really solid burger Farmboy burger: my favorite burger so far because it has the freshness from the lettuce, tomato, and thickles (house made thick pickles), cuts through the heaviness that is a meat patty with cheese Tater tots: solid crispiness and a good amount served Jojos: fluffy inner potato with a crispy exterior, really enjoyed these!

    I had a delicious children's sized cheeseburger!

Farm boy Bites is housed right next to Future Primitive Brewing in the White Center area of the Seattle metro area. We have been going to socials nearby fairly frequently the passed year and have made it a tradition to get beers at the brewery followed by a meal every time we go to the socials. Last night was our first time to try out Farmboy Bites because in our minds there are lots of good restaurants in the area and we are often trying out those. Farmboy specializes in smashed burgers and the beef is organic and local. Unfortunately I had a big and late lunch and didn't want a regular sized burger but instead got a children's sized Cheeseburger. It proved to be excellent and was just the right amount. It was very good! We split some French Fries and those too were wonderful! They were cooked and cut perfectly! The portion of the fries are generous so a party of two could easily split these. Looking forward to a return trip and maybe get a regular sized burger but I have absolutely no complaints with what I did have!

The restaurant itself leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm not asking too much. I believe the owner said he was trying to revamp the place. I hope that the area comes alive in the future years, that should help. Here's the issue though, this is the slowest spot ever. I've waited 30 minutes for fries - FRIES. I don't mind waiting for food, but it should remain reasonable. There were only two or three people working, and one man did tell us this, but I need to be honest - this was on Super Bowl Sunday. No one was able to get anyone a beer from the tap for 40 minutes, the food took forever and it appeared that online orders were being prioritized (which makes sense, you make as you get orders coming in, but that puts your in person customers in an odd and sometimes frustrating position). To be honest, I probably wouldn't have minded as much if I just had some fries to snack on. I didn't mind as much this one time because I was just happy to find a place to watch the Super Bowl Half Time show, but other days, it's a little hard to look past. I wish this business the best, I live too close to not hope for its improvement! Looking forward to updating my review. At the end of the day, if you're hungry, it's late, this is your spot.

All the…read moreoutdoor tables were full when we arrived at 6, so we put our name on the list for inside and waited about 30 minutes. The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

It's not my favorite Hawaiian by any stretch, but it definitely does the job for visitors to the food hall. Since the seating can be a little limited at lunch time, the first challenge is just simply finding a spot to sit. Avoiding the peak lunch hour is recommended, but this probably be better if traveling in a group. When in doubt, take it to-go. Teriyaki chicken ($14) is one of their most popular dishes and an obvious nod to Seattle's thriving scene. Their katsu loco moco ($16) is hearty with the gravy, but sometimes a bit too heavy with the green onions. Personally, I'm a fan of the kalua pork ($13.50) and the spam and eggs ($11.50), but the garlic shrimp ($18) was a bit lackluster. They also serve burgers, which are actually a bit underrated. Their double cheeseburger ($11) features nice size patties with a goop of American cheese. The musubi is nearly $4 each, but are also mini-bricks of spam and rice. Lastly, it doesn't take much to realize the prices might feel a bit high here. They're even higher on the website, which i would recommend using for most folks, but recently I noticed various selections are listed for hundreds of dollars each. Unless this is a catering order, it's just another example of another oversight. ____________ (#1) Uwajimaya is dope: https://www.yelp.com/biz/uwajimaya-seattle

The format here is casual, counter service, seat yourself. They have a good handful of burger varieties on their regular menu, as well as an option for vegetarians to get an impossible patty (they do not make their own veg patty unfortunately). They also have a happy hour menu which is posted up in the restaurant and goes from 2-5. I don't see that info on their website, so keep that in mind! The HH burger prices are a considerable deal. I had a lao burger and a small order of fries, which came out pretty quickly. The small fries ($5) are actually pretty generous, and probably could've been shared. Fries are super crispy and perfectly seasoned. The lao burger ($18) is hefty, with lots of variety of texture and flavor. Still satisfies that burger craving while being creative. It does slide around a lot, which is a bit of a pet peeve of mine with any burger or sandwich, and you really have to work hard to keep everything from sliding out the back. Prices are pretty average for the neighborhood, aka not crazy but definitely more than what you'd pay for similar in other parts of Seattle.
