I don't think there is a more friendly owner/operator than this one. Rod is always friendly, and in all the years I've been coming here I have never seen him having a bad day. Friendly, outgoing and eager to help... what more could you ask? My group of 4 came here today for lunch. We had all had burger combos, and every person loved their food. I think their new and improved french fries are really great, hot crispy and delicious. The food is always good, the restaurant is clean and attractive, and it's fast and friendly. Our Red Hat group went to this location for lunch last month and pleased at how good the food was and how clean the restaurant was and how friendly the workers were. We had 21 ladies and they didn't mind at all. There's plenty of tables and the food comes out quick and it was very good, especially their large cobb salad. Yum! The manager was very nice. I got the farmer burger which comes with all the fixings and bacon and guacamole. While I thought the flavor department delivered, the structure of the burger made it very difficult to eat. The way they layered the burger, much of the bottom half was soggy, and no one likes soggy bread right? For the sides, you can choose french fries or opt for 2 zucchini sticks and 2 onion rings. It took about 10 minutes to get our order. Seems like a lot of people frequent this place for their breakfast, so I should really consider it in the future. My one and only negative is that my order has been screwed up a couple of times that I've gone through the drive-thru. So the last time I had a large and complex order I just went inside to order to-go. Other than that I really like everything else and have never eaten anything I did not like. Breakfast: Their "Bowls" are really good, I recommend anything with the County Gravy. The Biscuits and Gravy are really yummy. And it's pretty hard to screw up Hot Cakes, Scrambled eggs, and hash browns. Egg sandwiches are good too. So for a restaurant style breakfast with a drive-thru this is a good place to go. Lunch/Dinner: Sandwiches are all pretty good. I like their Farmer's Burger (comes with avocado on it). The Turkey Bacon Melt is good, a little small for my bigger appetite. Patty Melt is ok, I've had better. My wife swears by their California BLT (again with avocado). Sides: Fries are just ok, eat them while they're hot. Fried zuchinnis can be a little soggy. The food was okay but the service was terrible. I got home after ordering and they had given me the wrong sandwich. I went back and asked for the right one and they realized they misheard my order. The difference between the meal was $6 and I asked that it be comped since they misheard me and I had to drive an extra 10 minutes back to get the right order But they said no and claimed they "read me back my order and I said I was okay with it" Me and everyone in my car is 100% sure they did not do that. After this they got an aggressive attitude and made me feel looked a terrible person for wanting a burger and not a grilled cheese. I then got a little irritated and said that they should start making sure they read orders back because this has been a terrible experience and she said she did and then slammed the window at me. I was completely reasonable the whole time because I get it, people get things wrong and it's not their fault but the level of disrespect the lady at the window gave out was crazy for someone working in customer service. Edit: After looking at other comments from the last couple months it seems like there is a girl there who is overall a person with a bad attitude that should not be working in customer service. "No we don't" okay then can you add sugar to my coffee please?" And this is her response: "okay! Everything is gonna be on the side" with the worst tone and attitude. I said okay very confused by her tone. It's the second time some drive thru girl gives me attitude! I can't believe customers can't ask questions about the food they're about to buy! So I told myself that this time I had to say something so when I got to the window I asked to speak to a manager. When he came out to the window I explained what had happened last week and what had happened today. He, the MANAGER, said something along the lines of "she's very nice...and this is her first complaint of the day and maybe you saw it as offensive" I told him that of course she was going to be nice to him since he pays her and how wrong he was at blaming the customers for taking offense or suggesting that they perceived offense where it was not do. He then suggested I must be making it up because he said how unusual that it has happened to me twice in such a short period of time. He basically blamed me! Worst ever ! Servers during the time I arrived 4:45 - 5:15 on 2/8/24 must hate their job. The young guy cut me off as I started to order to answer the phone. No excuse me or anything, as if I wasn't there. Young girl Mara or something like that, looked iritated that she had to take my order, cut me off as I wanted to add more to my order. I then preferred to wait for my dine-in food, thinking they might spit on my food. The girl told me in a stern voice that I could go sit down, and I told her it was okay that I would wait for it here. When our order was ready she waltzed pass me to the table where my friend was sitting to deliver the food. When I told her that she knew I was waiting for the food there, and that she could have retrieved the table number anytime after I returned to the table. It was obvious she was being a donkeys behind, putting it mildly. I had been in the service business for many years when I was younger, and I would have been thrown out on my ear if I had been so rude and disrespectful to our customers!
