The food was good, although we can't help but to compare to other Farmer Boys. My wife ordered a chicken salad last night and paid $3.99 for extra chicken. When the food was brought to the table, there was no extra chicken. We asked the server who was our cashier for the extra chicken, she brought back a few scraps of dried out chicken, what amounted to about a third of a chicken breast as compared to other Farmer Boys. I did mention to her on the way out of the restaurant that I was concerned about what we received for a $4.00 fee for extra chicken. She said yes she noticed it too when she brought it to our table... basically making the matter worse. It's our first time at this location and will probably be our last. We frequent restaurants who really do care about their customers and the products they serve. I did not speak to management due to the request of my wife. Reading other reviews, there is a lack of consistency at this location. There's lots of choices of eateries. We will seek out ones that actually will serve what we pay for. read more

This was my third and last visit here. And all three times the wait at the drive thru was horrendous. I have had to turn off my truck otherwise I'd have to call AAA to bring me gas! About the food... I've only ordered burgers and each time the burgers have been luke warm at best! Each time the cheese was not melted and the patty's were dry. I just don't understand how they advertise that they have award winning burgers. The only award I would give them would be an award for having the most consistently underwhelming burgers in Riverside County! To top it all off, they charge an arm and a leg for for a burger combo! I cannot recommend Farmer Boys to anyone who wants to order a quick inexpensive dinner. A week ago,I ordered a patty melt and zuchini fries in the drive through. I was very disappointed with the bill first off, it was $11.18. This was about the least expensive food on the menu. But I was hungry and did not want to drive thru and go somewhere else. Before I got out of the drive thru, I picked up the bag to set it on the floor rather than the seats, the bag broke open and everything fell out onto the floor. So much for my dinner! This is the second time this has happened to me, but the first time at least, I got home and recognized the problem before I lost all my food on the floor. I have no idea why the zuchini fries are not put into a separate, liquid proof container. All the wrappings including the bag soaked through and broke open. I have no further interest in eating at Farmer Boys. Does not matter how good the food is, nor how nice the workers are, if it is the most expensive fast food place in town, and I am unable to eat my food, unless it is off of the ground. I'll never come here again. Came here around 9pm on Friday June 8 2018. We had too wait for 15 minutes in the drive thru. We parked to eat. We started taking the food out of the bag and the order was all wrong and not only waited 15 minutes plus so then we have the whole order wrong. My husband went inside to get our correct order, they have the nerve to tell him that they were sorry but they're way too busy that's why they messed up. Don't NO customer wanna hear that. So the lady took his receipt and he said no I need my receipt. She told him I'll give it right back when we give your correct order so he proceeded to wait another 15 or 20 minutes. There is another gentleman elderly he said he had been there 30 minutes waiting for a burger as well. The sad thing about this is that my husband told them to give him a refund because he saw one the guy decided to start cooking our food 20 minutes later. Lady gives him $18 back charged him for his Shake instead of replacing that for all that trouble we went there she kept his receipt and refused to give it to him. Two different customers came in while this was taking place and walked out the guy behind me in the Drive-Thru was there even longer when I was getting my food remade he barely came out the drive to the 20 minutes later after that. When you try to make conversation with the girls working here, they're all bitter and just flat out rude! All you get in return is yeah, aw, sorry darlin. The assistant manager her sarcasm I found to be very appalling. They make no interest in their customers, and the dining room is so dirty. A real disappointment. I'm a morning regular here and let me tell you the last couple visit have been horrendous. The cashier Jasmine shows no enthusiasm There was two managers standing by making coffee and all you hear is bitch this, or how they have to poop I was SHOCKED. We love the food here but the most unappetizing part of it is Breanna, the assistant manager's fingernails. They're artificial, painted, and extend an inch past her fingertips. Went for breakfast at 9:15 AM and there were only two customers in the restaurant. Placed our orders, according to the ticket, at 9:17. We ordered two off the menu as prepared omelettes. By 9:37, other customers were being served and we still had not been served. When I went to counter to ask why it was taking 20 minutes, I was told sorry the drive-through got busy. someone finally brought our orders back to our table around 9:40 AM and they were cold. I've been here twice and I always order the Cobb wrap. The first time it was so small and was practically all lettuce. I could literally count only 3 cubes of chicken in the entire wrap. The 2nd time while ordering I told them to please include more chicken because my last wrap was small and barely had any. Same thing once again. I would give zero stars if this was an option! Will never go here again! The service is the worst! The place was a little crowded, so we knew we would have to wait a little bit for our food. We were watching to see when the group in front of us received their order. When that group finally had their food, we knew we were next. Then we noticed the people who came in after us were receiving their orders. Now other people are complaining to the manager on how long it is taking to receive their orders, demanding refunds, asking for the number to the corporate office to file a complaint and walking out. We also saw several people complaining that their orders were incorrect once they received their food. After waiting an hour, we were told they can't even find our order! Unbelievable! Received a refund and left! I have never had such a horrible experience at a fast food restaurant in my life! I contacted the Corporate Offices in November 2017 and told them about the horrible experience I had at this location. I gave them my contact information and was told they would pass this information onto the district manager and franchise owner. I expected someone from this company would contact me. Workers never get the order accurate. Ordered a bacon breakfast burrito six (6) times. Here is the result: 1) no salsa inside and worker at the drive thru intercom asked. Worker at the window asked. Got home and no salsa! 2) same story 3) same story 4) no cheese in burrito and by default there is supposed to be. 5) no salsa 6) worker on drive thru intercom asked if I want salsa and at window asked if I wanted salsa. Cashier asked me if I had 4 cents so she could round up to the next dollar. The nerve to ask me that after I had to return the wrong order! She asked if I wanted another burrito made correctly and I said "no, I'm done.". Called manager twice from above referenced errors and nothing gets done. Hard to believe with minimum wages higher these workers don't make an effort at all and management does nothing after two phone calls to correct the situation. Avoid at all costs. Just had the CA BLT combo with zucchini. Sandwich was just ok - really light on the avocado spread which was the main reason I ordered it. The zucchini was good. What caused me to write the review was the taste and carbonation of the Diet Coke. Very flat and really so little taste. Very low carbonation. This equipment requires calibration and I question whether this has been done recently. Also, the equipment may need a good cleaning which may account for the off taste. read more

9/4/19 I've been living here in Beaumont ever since they opened, and I can tell you for a fact, every time we go the service is absolutely horrible. We stopped going for a long time and decided to give it another chance tonight. Well never again. The staff barely have two brain cells they can rub together to produce a spark, much less get your order right. If you haven't been there before, make sure you check everything before you pull out unless you want to be disappointed when you open the bags. If you ask for ranch and thousand island, they will forget either one, or both, every time. Food may be hot, may be cold. One time we got someone's salad or fruit bowl, something we didn't even order. Tonight my son went there at around 8:30pm and it took forever for them to put the order together. They handed him the shakes first so by the time the food came out, the shakes and whipped cream on them were melted. He asked if they could replace them, so he did, AND PUT THE STRAW IN THE SHAKE WITH THE FREAKING PAPER ON IT. Now WTF is that about??? Something tells me he did it on purpose, ya think??? This is the way they have taken care of us since they opened. Like I said, we've stopped going there for this reason, and decided to take a chance again tonight, but no more. Horrible service the first time we went there I ordered a bread bowl soup and they gave me a plastic spoon which cut the inside of my mouth I asked for a metal spoon and they told me that they were all dirty and in the dishwasher a few minutes later I was handed and metal spoon the following week we went there again for dinner after baseball and again I was given a plastic spoon with my soup I asked the manager Myra for a metal spoon she first lied and said they no longer carry metal spoons I've been told her I was here a few days ago and you had metal spoons then she backtracked and said all the metal spoons were dirty .I told her I would call corporate she then walked away. Again a few minutes later I was handed a metal spoon by another worker never did Myra come up to us and apologize for the inconvenience or the way she handled it.
