Secondly, they were out of fries, and I specifically asked the cashier ok if you are out of fries what are you guys "REPLACING" them with ( I ordered a combo & I'm paying for a combo) cashier said;' zucchini, fruit or salad, I said perfect let me get zucchinis! I was CHARGED for the zucchini, keep in mind I asked what the fries were being key word (replaced) with & I still got charged extra for the zucchini's. & they failed to tell me so! After waiting 30 minutes for my food, it was missing items and prepared poorly. I could not find a way to post the picture, but it was certainly not appetizing. I order from this location approx. 2-3 times a month and it never fails that something is wrong with my order. Prices are pretty good. I enjoy the natural burger which I found to have great flavor. I have also had the chicken sandwich and it was just okay. If you get the combo with fries or zucchini just know that the fried zucchini is very large, we are talking about like a quarter of a zucchini large. The place is not the cleanest but the staff are very helpful and seem to walk around and try and see how people are doing. The single largest complaint when I go here is that they seem to be very stingy with their napkins. They have them behind the counter and there are a few that are left on the tables for others to use. Not sure what the deal is but it always seems to be the case that when you run out of napkins you have to ask or go hunt. Not a fan of that. Place is pretty cramped and the food is decent. read more

Off of the 5 freeway, this Farmer Boys location is easily accessible. Drive thru is open 24 hours a day and it's nearby the Commerce Casino and Citadel. It's a fast casual restaurant. Like you order at the front, get handed a number, seat yourself, and your order is delivered to your table. They have actual silverware or plastic baskets when you dine in. Decor is modern. The lady behind the cash register was a good communicator and even though my order was specific, she got it right. I started ordering a natural burger but she told me those don't come with tomatoes and lettuce. So then I changed my order to a cheeseburger with no cheese since there wasn't a normal "single patty hamburger" listed on the menu. She finally understood that I wanted a hamburger with 1 patty, lettuce, tomato, and avocado and punched in that order. It was nice that she made sure that what I was ordering was what I wanted. On the other hand there was miscommunication between her and my mom. She ordered fish dinner with zucchini. She asked if it was still going to come with fries. The lady behind the register said yes. When our order came out it only came with zucchini because on the receipt her order just said zucchini. Workers should read orders the same way. If one worker says there will be fries still in the order regardless if the order says fries or not and the other worker says there isn't any fries in the order because it doesn't say fries then you'll have a lot of confused customers. read more

Rude rude rude!!! Management needs to retrain their employees or better yet, go back for training themselves because they clearly have little to no experience dealing with the public. The service is slow and unprofessional, the manager made no attempt to resolve my issues with the food or the rude employee I dealt with. The food on past visits has always been mediocre at best, but against my better judgement I returned, huge mistake. I actually had a good time at this restaurant aside from the okay burger that I received. There was nothing special about it but the amount of beef was great for the price. The fries were good as well. The most impressive item I received was the salad. I actually ordered salads back to back days and wish I could have them everyday. You could definitely get two servings out of the one salad portion given. The barbecue ranch was great ..... without the barbecue. That was kinda weird. The fried onions clumped in a ball was annoying to pick through and even try to separate to enjoy. They put enough mayonnaise on it for 3 sandwiches, the bread wasn't just soggy but wet. Glad I was home and not at work because I was able to switch out the bread. I just finished ordering a farm burger and it is the worst burger I have ever had the bread is soggy the avocado is at least one day old the meat, taste, uncooked and burned at the same time. The cheese was not melted, the lettuce was soggy. The bacon was not well cooked and to top it off. I had a Faint taste of soap. The burger fell apart and wrapped poorly. And drowned in thousand island more than enough but not enough to drown myself. read more

As soon as we walked in, the servers were so friendly. They helped us even though they were packed on a Sunday morning. They were extremely helpful and the service was fast, within minutes we had our food. We all ordered French toast, usually I order that wherever I go but this, I have to say was the BEST French toast I have ever hand HANDS DOWN. The only downside was the portion for eggs. It was so small, the size of my fist but I won't even take points off for that because the French toast makes up for it lol.
