My family and I frequent this location since we live in the area. However, if we are in the mood for Farmer Boys, this will no longer be our go to location. Tonight, I placed an order in the drive thru and notified the person that took my order that I had rewards for an item. I was told to drive forward, when I reached the window, I was given a total and paid for my food. I still sat waiting because someone had to go to the back to get ranch dressing. When I got my food I asked for my receipt since it wasn't given to me, and when I received it I noticed I was charged for the item I told them I had a reward for. One of the girls turned to another one and asked if they charged me and the girl said yes because I never gave her a reward code. My response was that I was never asked for one. The response was that it was way too late for them to give me the reward and there was nothing they could do so I drove off. When I got home I realized they forgot my daughter's kids meal so my husband and I went back to the restaurant and the young lady was extremely rude, dismissive, and extremely argumentative. My husband asked to speak to the manager and that was when we found out she was the shift manager. We asked for her boss's information, and was told she does not know when they will be there because they are barely ever there. A charge for extra cheese did happen but the cook must have saw chili when the ticket said cheese. I was surprised by the chili center of my omelet as a matter of fact it was startling. Friendly service and good fast food! I've been coming to this location since I was a kid and the Fried Zucchini Sticks will always be a favorite. They are a bit pricey, 4 for $4.50... but they are always huge, juicy, and pair perfectly with ranch. They currently are doing "No Brainer Deals" with a $3.00 menu that has chicken dippers, french toast, and more. They tend to make you wait in the parking lot after you order in the drive through, but this is only to prevent the line from getting long. I have asked repeatedly for the store manager. Have been told SHE's on vacation for weeks. Tonight I was told HE is on vacation. So who knows. They refuse to give me a name. Have been told they don't give names out BUT names are on the receipt. Annette was extremely rude a couple weeks ago and tonight Omar followed in her footsteps. He said he's the assistant manager. If that's the case he needs to be sent to a customer service class to learn how to treat customers. This location needs serious help. Go across the street to the Habit if you are in the area. The last 3 times I ordered them at this location, I have gotten little salad and mostly bites of layers of wrap. The last one wasn't even a good salad. It was mushy and lacked flavor. I'd like to let you know I'm 7 months pregnant & my husband & I walked to this restaurant. We went inside & ordered 2 kids cheeseburger combos & a chocolate milkshake. One plain burger & the other no pickles but please add grilled onions. Not too hard right?  They brought me out my food & both burgers were wrong. They remade it. Both burgers, again, were not made to what I had ordered. They remade them. Then they got the plain one right that time but they did not put grilled onions on the other.
