Their zucchini is good but I feel like the breading never sticks right. The three stars is not exactly food related. We asked for salsa and upon getting home realized there was no salsa. Also they put everything in one bag so it ripped. It's the little things that matter! Edit: Went back, drive thru again. I got my food in a plastic bag this time, which means everything held well. I ordered a salad with Italian dressing on the side. I didn't get my dressing, just like I didn't get my salsa last time. Leaving at three stars. Excellent, fast, great service! Top tier compared to the Farmer Boys on Ramona Expressway down the road in Perris. I spent 30 minutes in that line (initially) for my usual shake & for some odd reason they didn't know how to make a fresh shake and not one that wasn't melted for $7 therefore; I got a refund and made my way to this store that always gets my milkshakes perfect. Omar, the store manager, was so polite and kind and I'd like to add there was NO DRIVE THRU LINE on a Sunday night during busy dinner hours. I love to eat at Farmer Boys and come here often. Everything is good from breakfast to salads to burgers and fries. I have never had an issue with the food. Always fresh ingredients, it may take some time to cook, but that can be expected with fresh food. My last trip to Farmer Boys was disappointing. They did not have avocado, bbq sauce or ice. How do you run out of these items? They never had this problem before. Hopefully the new management can get it together. read more

Ate here this past Tuesday morning for breakfast, and ordered a breakfast burrito to go. It took a while for the drive-thru. The breakfast burrito was mostly hash browns and didn't contain much meat. I wish I ordered an omelet instead, but the omelets were $14+ tax which is a bit steep for an omelet, hash browns & toast. Next time, I would probably go to Del Taco or Jack in the Box instead. read more

I went through the drive-through tonight and experienced some VERY POOR customer service. I was asked to repeat a simple order of zucchini sticks and a soda 3 times with an attitude while in the drive-through. I asked for a sprite and was told they didn't have it. When I asked what they had that was like spirit, I was told to "look at the menue." When I pulled up to the window to pay , the girl that took my order was laughing. I asked for the manager . While I waited , one of the staff from the back came and asked an individual at the window, "What happened?" From there, I saw multiple employees gathered around laughing. Victor , Anetta , The manager refused to provide me with the individual name that took my order even though I told her I wanted to leave a review. She gave me the Corppraite number and the store number. I was provided with the Corppraite number only. I hate this farmer, boys ! I like the food here. The problem is with the service. Every time we order our food they tell us to wait for the food outside and then they never bring the receipt. Farmer Boys has a promotion that allows you to scan the receipts for free food incentives. Twice we have received our food with no receipt. Today when we asked the lady for our receipt up front she said, "you'll get it outside when we bring the food" we told her that we want the receipt now because of the two incidents of not having it with the order when we are waiting outside. The lady became very upset over this and rolled her eyes, becoming curt with us, and made it uncomfortable while we were waiting for her to print the receipt. Ultimately, corporate does those promotions and if they are not going to honor the promotions by hiding receipts they should just speak with corporate. read more

I'm not sure what happened to this place but the quality of their burgers is simply unacceptable. When you have two people in drive thru with an empty restaurant waiting for almost ten minutes just for the burger and bun to be burnt, it starts to become ridiculous. I have been to this location several times and I have not been disappointed. The people who work here have always been pleasant and pass around often enough to refill my coffee cup. I will say that the drive thru window can be very slow and you should probably not come here if you want a fast breakfast. However, you will not be disappointed with the quality of the food. The restrooms have been clean and fully stocked on my visits here, that alone is a huge plus! I will definitely visit this location again. read more

Had the turkey bacon melt or something like that. Got there late, after 9:00 pm Food was great and the service was fine. Dining room was clean, looks like they just mopped up and I felt bad for sitting in the dining room but they were so nice and I didn't feel rushed at all. This place is a great alternative to "fast food" and beats any of the other quick service places in the area. Always know farmer boys will provide good food in a clean environment. The messed up the order abs it took 3 people to come read the receipt in shock to when they were the one that took the order. It took 20 min to fix the order. THEN we were given a slip with a number and told to go park, they would find us to bring our food out. I go here because they claim to cook food on the spot but many times they don't. Tonight I asked for a Turkey sandwich, fries no salt, the fries weren't even warm & had salt. I asked her to write her name she refused then I talked to a little man who said he was the assistant manager he told me the same thing. He also refused to give his name. What are they afraid of? Do not go here. In the course of the year my family has gotten food poisoning three times from now and on a separate occasion they put raw hamburger patties in our burgers. Fortunately we noticed before we ate them. They really need to get their health score lowered. When this was presented to the district manager I had to fight to get a refund and they only refunded us for one of the burgers.
