horrible horrible horrible... they claim to make everything "fresh to order" lies... i ordered the parmesean burger & onion rings. the meat in the burger tasted like it was leftover from the nite before & nuked. soggy & gross. the sandwich wasn't even warm & they didn't put in bacon. the sandwich was so bad i only ate 1/2 & threw the other 1/2 away. the onion rings were warm and for 4 onion rings its $6.09!!!! its over $1.50 per ring!!!! absurd prices!!! the people working there were so rude no reading back what you ordered (they do that @ in & out) just shove your food at you & walk off no thank you good bye hope you crash on the way home nothing... i will never go to farmer brothers ever again!! you'd think w/all the eateries out there & w/all the competition they'd make sure your food is fresh & want you to come back & treat you like you matter. guess they don't see it that way or care. caution: stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Worst fast food restaurant ever. Overpriced and oversized, the Farmer Burger was acceptable and filling. However, the crispy zucchini were to soggy as if it was soaked in water and then fried. Three strikes you're out, Farmer Boys! This place cannot get an order straight. This morning was my third visit and the third screwed up order. I ordered a California omelette, with white toast and extra butter on the side, since they are habitually stingy with the buttery stuff. Having repeated the correct order back to me three times, when she brought my food, she threw me a real curve, by announcing it was an egg WHITE California omelette. WRONG!!! It had already taken over 10 minutes, but egg whites were not what I wanted, nor were they what I had ordered. Begrudgingly, she took back the order to make the necessary corrections, to the chagrin of the long line of drivers waiting behind me. Within a minute she returned to the window, with my corrected order, or at least that what she said. I though it strange that the corrected order took less than a minute, when the original order took over ten times longer to prepare, but oh well. She repeated every detail of my order correctly, for the 5th or 6th time, including the important "extra butter on the side" detail. I happily drove off anticipating a yummy omelette and buttery toast. Wrong! The very dry omelette was made with egg whites only, just hidden by a little a little extra cheese for camouflage. The bacon inside was hard, dry, and seemed to have been reheated bacon bits, not fresh at all. I separated the toast triangles to find the customary token droplet in the center of very dry bread. Not a problem, I thought. Searching frantically for the side of extra butter to salvage the the toast situation, I discovered, that she had substituted a buttload of ketchup packets, for the butter that she had promised. Seriously?!? Ketchup on dry toast? Really? Customer satisfaction obviously means nothing here, and neither does integrity. What a shame! When any company will attempt to fool it's customers, rather than to satisfy, they don't deserve to be in business. I wasted $8 on breakfast that left me feeling, insulted, cheated, defrauded and disappointed. Believe me I won't make that mistake again! Farmer Boys may be a one trick pony with its burgers, but without producing accurate orders, honest transactions, and other good food, it is doomed for failure. Don't be fooled. This Farmer Boys' last concern is your satisfaction, as a customer. Stay away. read more

Well after ordering a 12.00 breakfast! I noticed the chef all over it! Cracking one egg at atime and smashing the trash down with his glove on! Repeat repeat! Breakfeast was basic no chance to mess that up. I asked for fresh salsa! Ya no problem. Ugh soggy as can be way to far gone. How cam this happen when you advertise fresh product daily! The food here is average to below average at best. The reason in the past for me going here is convenience at most. My entire company gets lunch at this place about two times a week for the same reason. Until that is, after my last experience. They messed up my order to a point where two people didnt have a full meal. After complaining about it, their response was basically "whoops". Obviously upset I walked out. As I walked out I threw my receipt at the trash. Not making in, I was so irritated I kept on walking. You can argue who was right or wrong, but this tiny kid runs outside and demands that I went back in the store and pick it up. When I told him "have a nice day" He then threatened to fight me if I didnt go pick it up immediately. Over trash? Horrible. Last time me or my company ever go to this place. It appeared that the restaurant was empty so I don't know if it was a case of incompetence by the window teller or a screw up in the kitchen but it sure as Hell wasn't because they were busy. This only concerning the service of this restaurant. I arrived around 7:30 and ordered the fish dinner. The order was complete the the register tape recorded the time as 7:35pm. I got my drink and sat down with the little plastic number waiting for my food. Thirty minutes later the food had not arrived and was no where in sight. Initially, they tried to say the fish dinner takes time but I quickly reminded them, it does not take 30 minutes. They did give me a refund but not much of an apology. Probably will not be visiting this location again, which is sad because it is close to my home. read more

I've eaten a lot of Fish and Chips. I took a 10 day trip to Ireland, and ate Fish and Chips every day. I went to the best chippies they had to offer. The Fish and Chips at Farmer Boys is the best I've had. I haven't tried their other stuff, but they sure can fry stuff. read more

I rarely visit this location but I was in the area. I don't eat meat so we ordered the breakfast burrito, but asked for no meat and no salsa, but asked to substitute onions and tomatoes. There was a charge for the tomatoes. I asked "how come there is no money removed when i ask for no meat or salsa, but you want to charge .50 for tomatoes. Tomatoes are in salsa, so this should be an easy swap at no cost to the company. We do not eat cheese. I asked for no cheese on both, they both had cheese when i got home and we couldn't eat them. The staff are not trained well and morale is not a priority at this company. Your company really needs to reevaluate your customer service methods. read more

I had the worst experience in Drive-thru there a couple of days ago. Not only was I in drive thru for like 15 minutes when I pull up to the window the most rudest employee gave me the most rudest welcoming ever. We'll be in the drive thru and it legit takes us about 15 minutes to get our food even though there are barely any customers. It's either that they're always understaffed or they take their sweet time. When we go up to order our food in the drive thru, they can't seem to understand what we're saying so we have to repeat it several times. OK, so I've got a problem with Farmer Boys in general, (thanks to the Fullerton location.... shudder...). Hubby wanted to try this new location, so I gave in. 3 extreme bacon burger combo's, 1 pastrami combo and a natural combo with a side of onion rings.... and it came to over 50.00!?! That and the fact that my burger (the natural came out with NOTHING on it!) Since we took it o go, I wasn't going back so I had it like that..bleh! AND it made me sick anyway!!! I really like farmer boys but I honestly don't like this location. I drove by on 12-9-18 drive thru. Let me start off by saying it took them 15 mins to give me my order. Second the girl forgot to give me my drink. I also ordered a shake on the side and it was honestly melted from all the waiting in line. It's honestly common sense to make the shake when your car pulls up if there's a long wait time. She didn't even give me my receipt if not I would've made a complaint. They're smart on that part. Was excited to have a new local restaurant that served breakfast. Over the weeks since it opened this place keeps going downhill. A server brings food to our table while shes on the phone. Omelette comes with stuff you specifically asked NOT to be on it. They don't know how to makes over easy eggs. They do struggle with well done hash browns too. Typically I come here for breakfast and it's pretty good and there really nice, but today I came in and decided to try one of their sandwiches and it was terrible. I tried to eat it but nothing was good about it at all. Compared to all the other locations I've been to, this one is the cleanest and lest busy, which I personally like. I really like every burger I've had here, as well as their breakfast. Salads are huge here and they add a lot of meat to them. The price is right and you get food food, can't complain about that. read more
