We attempted to use them last month and were told it's only 2 max per table even though it says "one per guest" on the back. Fine, we saved the other 2 for next time. The next time was tonight. We were told tonight only 1 max per check, it's "our new policy". I asked her if the back of the card said one per visit and she said "no, it says one per guest, but the cards are our old ones". We literally just used 2 last month. She stated the GM said she would not let us use both cards. In my opinion, management should honor the cards we have as what they state on the back. Regardless of them being "old" cards they still need to be honored as per the restrictions on the back. I'm extremely sad because we enjoy this place, but the decent thing to do is honor our cards that are legitimate cards. If you are refusing to honor them, at least put a sign up that states you are no longer honoring them as per the terms in the back of the cards. Will have to find a new spot. Any general manager could have easily honored both cards to keep loyal customers. Not a good business practice.

The sugar topping was torched too long and had a noticeably bitter, burnt flavor. The server (and possibly a manager) apologized, and I was given $2 off the drink, which I appreciated. Between the okay food and the especially strange service and lack of communication the experience left me disappointed. The atmosphere is definitely the highlight, but for me, the service experience was enough to say I probably won't be back anytime soon.

DISGUSTING!!! ANNOYING!!! I will never come back again and I will be telling everyone I know what I saw in that restaurant. Read this before you waist your time and money on this restaurant. I had gone to other Farmer Boys Restaurants. I had quite an unhappy experience at the Farmer Boys in Redlands next to the Harkins Movie Theatre. I had gone for breakfast to enjoy the morning and the service was just flat out bugging. I had a decent cashier but she had messed up my order so many times while I was in front of her. I had asked how long the food would take to be ready. She had told me that it will take about 6 minutes. I was disappointed to had to wait 17 minutes for just a small breakfast burrito. The server who dropped off my food had an angry/ worn out look on her face which was unpleasant to look at. I believe her name was Elizabeth. As I began to eat my meal a server came and asked me if I had needed anything, being nice and friendly. So did three other servers in the course of eating half of my breakfast. So in total I had four different servers interrupt my meal in a mere 20-30 minutes. It was annoying to get interrupted so many times. I had asked the last server why do you keep checking up on me so many times and her response was, "my boss wants us to check on all the customers and look busy, and not stand around , that's why we keep checking on you," as she said with a smile. Between all of the check ups from the servers, I could here the cooks in the back yelling and at times yelling at the servers for mistakes. One cook yelled at a server repeatedly 'you keep messing up', he had an angry tone in his voice. By the end of my time there I wanted to get away as fast as I can from that Restaurant. I had gone into the restroom, and I was appalled to see the employee cleaning the hand sink with the toilet scrubber she had just used on the toilets. I then asked her why would you use the toilet scrubber and she said, 'my boss wasn't happy with how dirty the sinks are so she told us to use the toilet scrubber'. I was fed up with that whole place I left as fast as I could. This place is disgusting and flat out weird and I hope that they fix the things I have mentioned or just leave the Mountain Grove Shopping Center. I hope I was helpful to those who read this post. Avoid this Farmer Boys by any means necessary. read more

This place has the worst freakin service ever! I visit that place every time I go to citrus plaza even with all the other choices there are and today they had my food sitting while they showed a girl how to carry it out I got up for my food so it wouldn't be cold which it was had to send back, on Cobb salad only a few pieces of chicken, I asked for manager some sarcastic jerk named Keith and that's all he would give was his first name and said basically it is what it is since he is the franchise order and I couldn't do anything but file a yelp review!! Slacking of customer service on his end when he was saying he was franchise owner and complaint stopped with him, I did contact corporate to advise I will never visit that location again with that horrible service and lack of customer service that he has, he had a chip on his shoulder like he was untouchable cause he was franchise owner! I worked at farmer boys when I was 19 years old and we never treated people that way! I am a supervisor for customer service so I am big on it my employees would never treat customers that way, the girl employees snickering and making faces, Keith you give farmers boys brand a bad name! Bear in mind they are charging full price for substandard food and service. I asked for a receipt confirming the refund, but she refused to provide anything, including her name, even though she claimed to be the manager. I asked for her name so I could reference her if there was an issue with my refund. She does not look taller than 5ft, Hispanic/Latin, with unnatural red hair. I left with no guarantee of my refund. Managers exact words were "you got your refund last time, you will this time" I have now filed a complaint with Subway and am looking for the franchise owner information to escalate further. I will not be returning here. I may only be one customer, but I will be sure to share this experience with my dozen of coworkers who normally go to this location and others in the community.
