I love farmers and I'm always here. But today I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I didn't not get her name but it was a very young female with red hair at drive thru. She approached the window laughing and then proceeded to shut the window and walk away to laugh. She came back asking for payment we payed with Apple Pay. I asked to do a separate transaction to redeem my points for a free side of fries. She said you could not do so because she has already completed the transaction. We told her twice it was a separate transaction. She proceeded to call her manger over to tell us we can't redeem our coupon. She then said "you haven't even payed the whole order you owe". She didn't NOT tell us prior to calling her manger that we owed $7 on our order. The manager then told us if we wanted fries we had to pay for them. When we were only asking to "redeem" a coupon we earned by points on the Farmers app. As a person who works customer service as a manager, this was not the way to handle the situation. If your employee is being disrespectful to a customer and doesn't know how to handle a situation you ask for help and step away. A manager should step in and ask the customer what's the concern and address the situation to satisfy the customer. Customers are your business, therefore treat them right. I understand this young lady may be inexperienced in her job but some guidance from her management team would be helpful for her and all workers. read more

We ordered five meals tonight. Three out of five were wrong. One meal had a club sandwich instead of the BBQ chicken wrap. The next two were modifications of sandwiches that went ignored. Manager destiny was rude when I spoke to her. She was condescending and didn't seem to care. read more

" One Of The Best Places To Go In San Jacinto " We went to Farmer Boys in San Jacinto and had a nice experience . We went for a lunch and had a couple of their famous Hamburgers and fries. You can eat in like we did or take your order to go. Farmer Boys has very good tasting Burgers with down the middle prices and good size portions. I went to the Farmers Boy's store local in San Jacinto, yesterday, because I was having difficulty deciding what to eat for dinner. Later on, I was asked about my visit, to the store, and my experience was so enjoyable, I had to take the time to post what I shared with the store, during my visit. Can you please share more on the organization of your packaging? "I only had one item, the Cobb Salad and some dressing for the salad. So, the packaging was good. the platter was upright and presented in an upright position to me, when I received it. I am happy with the presentation and packaging of the products I received. I did get utensils and napkins inside the bag, and the server did ask me if I wanted extra dressing, which was nice that I did not have to ask." Horrible experience. The manager watched me sit for 20 minutes before she asked if I was waiting for an order. I ordered with a gentleman who apparently was off the clock and I declined my receipt because I was dining in. After realizing I had been waiting for 20 minutes FOR FOOD, I never received even so much as an apology! I requested a refund and she acted as if she couldnt. When I demanded an apology for wasting my time and now every other place around was closed, she demanded I leave or she'd call the police. She acknowledged that I deserved an apology but refused to even simply say "sorry for the inconvenience sir" smh to me, ppl like that dont deserve work. Went to Farmer Boys for breakfast on Sunday. The inside and drive thru was busy. As I waited inside my truck listening to my Pandora stations and watching people coming and going about their life. The wait was long but I wanted the pancake combo. When I got to the window to pay I was given a discount for the long wait. I didn't expect that. They always take a while to make my order. That's what I Love about FB they make your food as you order it, Fresh! Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. I have never been disappointed with a meal. I been to many different locations and always have to wait a bit longer than other restaurants but I don't mind. Give me my food hot or cold depending on what I ordered and freshly made. This particular review is for the drive through window attendant with the bad attitude who worked 12/14/18 just an hour before closing. I ordered the fried zucchini that you tossed away on the counter after I asked politely if I could order an additional item. Had you taken the time the time to acknowledge my request, you would have known that I didn't mind pulling around to the front or even coming inside to pick my additional item up. Instead... you said "well your going to have to wait, closed the glass window in my face, whispered to the girl standing near you, whilst proceeding to take someone's order. This location happens to be my hands down favorite, for the simple fact that the staff is sooooooo pleasant and very very friendly. The girl at the window needs a coaching. Every time I go to Farmer Boys, I get hungry before I go inside. There is nothing on their menu I haven't tried, the food is always fresh. Their burgers cannot be compared to any other fast-food establishment by price, size, value, taste, and freshness. I am amazed at how people can pass this up. When you consider the value alone, places like I and O burger just can't put this kind of smile on your face. It's the same for everything you order at Farmer Boys. They need to get it together for drive thru. They take waaay too long. I literally waited for 12 min. That's unacceptable. The food is great. Don't get me wrong but if you're on your lunch time, this isn't the place to go. I only had a few minutes to eat just so I can get back to work on time. I wasn't able to enjoy it. Scarfed it down like the movie Conehead. I will not be coming back. 2.5 stars because of the food being overly priced and having to wait for so long. This is the worst farmer boys I have ever been to. They cant seem to get an order right if their life depended on it. They Take so long in the drive thru made me wait 30 minutes outside while they brought my order a few pieces at a time and still couldn't get the order right, still after all that I was still understanding and patient, but what really pissed me off was the fake as manager ANGELICA she was a total B and she needs to get off her high horse and get the stick out of her ass. Man I love this place. I can never get tired of their food. The cob salad is delicious. I usually don't eat salads but when I do it's from here. The crunchy bacon bits, smooth savory avocado, sliced hard boiled eggs, tarty Italian sauce and of course the lettuce in one deep bowl are the BOMB.com BTW the team leader Brittany was very friendly to us, as well as the asst mngr Carolina (I think that's her name). I came to Farmer Boys to eat before I headed over to Soboba for The Gladiator Challenge. I decided on here because of the poor reviews i've read on the eateries at Soboba. This is the second Farmer Boys I have been to and both of them have been 50+ miles from where I live. Which is kind of dumb because there's two of them within a ten mile radius from me. This location is pretty clean and well maintained. The temperature was comfortable. The decorations homely. Menu boards were easy to read. Very comfy. Restrooms didn't stink and were stocked. I ordered Fish and Chips from the varied menu selection that offered everything from omelets to soup to burgers to salads. It was a three piece meal for only a little over $6 (not including a drink). When I placed my order I was a little perturbed by the lady taking my order. She didn't greet me or say anything. She just looked at me and took my order. Whatever. I sat down and waited for my meal. The same lady brought it to my table. She was suddenly very friendly and helpful and asked if there is anything else she could get me. She was all smiles. I said 'No, I'm fine.' So, her ranking goes up a bit. I was quite pleased with my meal. The fish pieces were pretty big, albeit not incredibly meaty. There were a lot of fries. Best of all, there was more than enough Tartar sauce for a change! People usually skimp on that. Everything was crispy and not oily or dry. Hats off to the literally short order cook! I had done a review on Farmer Boy's over a year ago and it was not a good review. Over the last year, I had went back to Farmer Boy's and I have some updates. There is no longer a charge for drink refills. The place seems to be kept clean for the most part now. The service is fast and they don't charge extra for condiments anymore. I love this place! I've eaten here a bunch of times. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and sometimes all three in the same day! Ya, I like it that much!! I really like their Denver omelet and french toast in the morning time with some coffee or orange juice. They are constantly making coffee throughout the day. I've even requested if they can make a fresh pot of coffee and they are happy to accommodate. I am picky when it comes to my coffee!! Later on in the day, it's the bacon turkey melt or the farmers burger that I tend to enjoy. Both are really good and I have a hard time choosing which one to get. I try to trade off between the two. The staff is great here. All the way from the employees at the counter to the cooks in the back. They are all cool and cheerful. The counters, restrooms, floor, and dining area are all clean. Wow I drove through there on national cheeseburger day got stuck in a long line and by the time I got up to order they wanted to tell me one cheeseburger per person and that I needed to order inside I told them that I was stuck in a very long line but they couldn't care less. There to expensive there anyway, and after the way they treated me as a customer.
