Farmer Boys makes some pretty girthy burritos but they are a little bit dry by itself. You definitely need some kind of sauce on the side for each bite (at least for me). We ordered from the drive-thru, placed the order and asked for certain condiments not be added. After paying, the receipt showed that the condiments were still there. Diana opened the window to hand us our food, We asked if the food had those condiments, she rolled her eyes, pulled out the receipt from the bag she had, read the receipt back and said the burger has those condiments. Do you want me to take them out? We politely advised her no because the person has an allergy to that, could she please remake the burger. Diana rolled her eyes again and shut the window on us. We were furious and knocked on the window, a young lady by the name Bree, advised us that Diana was the manager. We asked Bree to please refund us because we no longer wanted the food. Hopefully corporate or somebody above Diana at this store, looks at this message and rethink about her leadership skills, her customer service abilities are poor. Hope this helps someone else. Right from the jump let me just say their strawberry shakes are delicious. If they would put a strawberry or cherry on top it would be perfect but it was way good. If I could give this place no stars at all I would. I just came here for the first time ever and this has the absolute place I have ever been to. It took 30 minutes to even get to the window from the time I ordered the food at the kiosk. Then once I got to the window, they said that only one part of my order was made and then I had to wait even longer in the parking lot for them to make the rest of my order which didn't even come out to bring to me for another 30 minutes. Come here quite often and have always had good service and food but after tonight's experience I don't think we'll be back. They may want to reconsider management because Diana is one of the rudest people I've ever come across. She has zero customer service skills and literally rolled her eyes and closed the window on me WHILE I was politely asking her to correct the order they got wrong. My mind was blown when I asked a second employee to talk to a manager and they told me it was her. If she can't handle a polite customer with a request then I'd hate to see how she responds to an aggressive customer who isn't as nice and patient. I do appreciate the second employee who helped us, Bre. She was very polite and well spoken. She handled and remediated the situation like a real manager should even though she seemed hesitant as if this is not the first time she's had to deal with the managers wrath. Thank you to the cook as well who also went out of his way to try and make the situation better while the "manager" was nowhere to be seen. Scrumptious. In fact I'd been going here for some time and my last visit was the best I can remember their food every tasting. People swoon over a certain burger franchise a couple of blocks down. This was even better. Being named Tim and going here is the weirdest thing cause there's so many regulars named Tim. So they'll call out the name Tim and me trying to work their app, had me thinking they got my order in already. That's another thing, the workers are so sweet and friendly, they helped me get my app points and order it with me having the worst trouble working it. When I was new to the area last year I came here and liked it. It seems that now the service and food have deteriorated. The last two breakfasts were pathetic. As I stood at the counter I was walked past four times and ignored before asking me what I would like... (3-egg breakfast) Room temp at best hash browns. Cold toast that took a detour passed the toaster with globs of unmelted butter. Slimy, cloudy, snot coming off my raw eggs. Though I completely lost my appetite, the bacon was edible... Filthy dirty tables. Empty jelly holder. Tapatio, Cholula. And ketchup bottles almost empty that have never been cleaned. After my 3rd bite I spit it back on the plate and walked out before my temper got the beat of me! So I came to this location today 9/7/24 around 1215pm. Started off in the drive thru. First time I have ever been asked to go park and wait for my food at any farmer boys location. So I do (just waiting on fries). 6 cars go out of the drive thru and we still have not received our order. Final go inside to see what the wait is and my food is sitting on counter nobody around. They give me one bag and tell me everything is there get to car and realize I'm missing a combo. Go back inside and tell them I'm missing some of my order and staff (young girl working the register) say cant help you because we don't know what is missing. Then I notice another bag on counter and it's the rest of my food. This young lady is extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure how these owners hire anymore but with the recent changes here in CA you need to hire better. I understand you have to pay your employees more but you would think because of that you would be a little more grateful. You raise the prices to accommodate this. But yet we as customers are still dealing with incompetent, rude and disrespectful staff. I will never return to this location. read more

Stopped by here on my to work early in the morning and they were slammed. It was sad to see their employee Jasmine working up front in the lobby area and taking orders from the drive thru alone. The bacon burger was tasty and at a decent size for the price. The fries were really cooked and steaming. The duck is as expected.

Love this location. We eat here once awhile because I work 10 minutes away. The parking gets very full because this is one of the better fast food eats in the area. There restaurant is clean and the staff is always super friendly. We tried the smokehouse burger and it's quite good! It was OK. A bit soggy and the zucchini fries or just a giant chunks of zucchini with a very thin layer of batter fried. The inside was kind of mushy so wasn't that tasty and was not appealing. My farmers omelet wast cooked until brown then topped with cheese so I couldn't see the burnt egg (but Ilooked inside omelet), the potatoes inside were old and dry; the tomatoes were pink, not red.
