I was there ordered sausage burrito and Denver omelet at 8:45am by drive trough but I got my food at 9:15am. It was in the morning and need to go to work in hurry but it is so late to get my order. And, there were 3 customers, they already got their orders but they have ordered after me. So, I went in and asked how long do I have to wait and showed my receipt but it looked like they didn't even started yet. Finally, I got my food but once I opened container box when I arrived at my work but the toast was burned and dark. It was really bad service I ever had. Also, while I was waiting outside at parking space which is for take out curve side, I saw their staff went into the business but his uniform was very dirty. It looked like never been washed. Absolutely worst service and food, first of all my breakfast burrito was full of raw strips of bacon and I went to get a refund and Sonia requested the burrito from the trash. And what's worse, Sonia is a shift lead allowing her crew in the Food Prep area to NOT WEAR MASKS during COVID 19!! I will be taking this issue up to Corporate, this is not safe and they are not following orders for COVID 19. Also I did tell Sonia and she didn't care, nor did her shift lead who would be taking over for her. We are in serious times and this is very unsanitary and this is why we are have an Infectious Virus because of people like Sonia and her crew. read more

First time and I really liked it. For sure it's a Fast Food chain but it seems like it's somehow fresher than other fast food chains. I know it still isn't that healthy but you can tell a lot of things they make fresh and therefore it'll take a while. The breakfast menu is all day so you have plenty of choices. They give you 4 pieces of crispy fried zucchini with an Yelp Check in what it's worth almost $4. Those zucchinis weren't small at all and I think if I could I would've just gotten the free zucchinis. I checked out my local farmer boys today and I wanna say I was amazed by the customer service when I first walked in I was greeted by a nice and friendly "hello welcome" Ashley and Leslie were outstanding very sweet they both made sure my order was taken right away and made sure it came out fast and they checked to see if everything was correct they also made sure I had all the condiments I had asked for. I don't usually get food from this place but I got off work late and the other places were closed. I do love the zucchini sticks and the happy hour is awesome. Yesterday 4/29/20 I was in the drive through ordering and wanted to order a veggie burger for my daughter. I asked the lady taking my order "what's in the veggie pattie?" She replied somewhat sarcastically and annoyed, "I don't know it's a veggie pattie. Do you want to make it a combo?" I replied no thank you. I'm not trying to be difficult or picky. I just wanted to verify the ingredients because my daughter does not eat dairy. However, where they win on quantity and price point they lose on quality of the product they serve. The fries and onion rings are fine, but the burger is pedestrian at best. The bun is not toasted and the patty, while having the charbroiled taste, does not have juice to it. Why this place stays 4 stars for me is because of the customer experience they offer. They are almost a half way point between a service restaurant and fast food joint. If you dine in, servers will walk around and pour you coffee refills and serve your food. Additionally, the facilities are kept nice and clean and, by design, have a nice and homey feel to it.
