The food and service was good. But the location is terrible because the parking cost us $60 to park there. I would pick another location.

The last two times I've been to this restaurant it seems like they've definitely made some upgrades on their staff more experienced more friendly I enjoy coming to this location I have been to several of their locations their food is always really good the small arcade for children is very nice also they even pay a balloon person to come in and at no charge make balloons for the customers children's this is an amazing thing showing that they are appreciative this location specifically is over point Ruston so you have a beautiful view of the water it's a great place to go and sit upstairs outside on the roof on a beautiful sunny day but if the weather is nice you'll definitely need a reservations Or be prepared for await the parking is validated if you are at this location so that's a nice thing also lots of other stores to look at as well in the area it has a great walk ability to the other stores and a movie theater all thumbs up read more

Host was TERRIBLE. Came here on Saturday evening and expected a wait time, the place is always busy. The host said it would be about 20 minutes, great that was better than we expected for a party of 4. After about 25 minutes there are 7 tables open in the resturant and now a lobby filled with people. She starts seating people but kept skipping over us. After about 4 tables were sat, my mother went up to the host and asked if we were next as she was seating people below us on the list. The host YELLED (I am no kidding) that you need to "stop yelling at me, can't you see I am busy and I don't need you yelling at me" My mother is NOT a person who raises her voice or makes any kind of display in public......I was blown away at how terrible we were treated. I have enjoyed meals here before but will NOT be coming back to this location. To the manager.....you need a new host. read more

My wife and I love coming here with our son. Super family friendly, wonderful views (especially in the summer) and awesome pizza. We love the Italia pizza and cheesy breadsticks. Service is super friendly as well. Definitely recommend if you're craving pizza. read more

I haven't been here in almost 2 years and so I was excited to order their Mama's Signature Salad for pick up/take out. I also purchased a kid salad with the same dressing. This is a partial review...because we came here to get some munchies and drinks.. not to eat pizza or dinner. However, this review is going to be about service only. Pathetic and non-existent. Thats what you call the service here. Took forever to get a server to come over and get our drink order. Then took forever to get the drinks. I think they made my milk shake and went out to milk the cow and pasteurize the milk before they made the milk shake because it came out last. By the time we got my drink, the three others were done with their drink and wanted another. No server in sight. About 20 minutes later everyone had their second drink and I was done so we wanted to pay. No server again. Yeah, it was a Saturday night but it wasn't that late yet and it wasn't THAT busy. No clue what the deal was but really the worst service I've ever encountered. Outdoor deck is nice though was chilly - however we would never sit there again since we hardly got any service. Hold that, we'll never come here again since we never got any service. Yeah... avoid at all costs. Not worth the aggravation. read more

This place is horrible. Horrible service, we waited for an hour for a table, and we sat at the communal table to sit for a bit while we waited for our food. A customer flipped us off, called us Fat Tubs and reported us to a server. We had already bought many drinks and appetizers waiting for a table. I would give this a zero star if I could. Worst service I have ever experienced. A black male waiter working around 3pm was serving my table. The waiter was unprofessional and very condescending. I would not reccomend this restuarent. Food was sub par. Service abosutely terrible. I would get better services from a ROCK than my waiter. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Don't waste your time. I had to ask for a waiter after being ignored for 15 minutes. I saw my food sit in the window for over 5 minutes before they brought it out to me and my grand daughter. My wife's came several minutes later. Wife was VERY specific on having a Gluten allergy. Half way thru her fettuccine Alfredo she finds normal noodles mixed in with her rice noodles. They did replace it with nachos because we didn't want to wait for another order of noodles. The plain chips were the best part of the nachos. We ordered through Door Dash, just have them call about another option if you run out of cheese for your fecking pizza. I've been to the Farrelli's on 6th a couple of times and liked the pizzas that I got there. On Memorial Day weekend I walked from one end of the Ruston Waterfront to the other, starting at Chinese Reconciliation Park to the development. It was very pleasant. I knew there was a Farrelli's at Point Ruston but didn't get a chance to go in and have a meal up until now. I still had to walk back to Chinese Reconciliation Park where my car was and I decided that a pizza wasn't exactly what I wanted for a walk of that length. So when I went in I was looking at things on the more lighter side and their happy hour menu was just perfect and just what I was looking for. I had a very good salmon chowder off of the menu as well as a side salad which was also a happy hour option and the portions were just right. To wash it down I had the black tea mango iced tea which was very refreshing. I enjoyed these lighter side menu options and will be worthy of future reference as the summer proceeds and lighter meals are more desired due to the heat. read more

We are now loyal to the Ruston location after receiving consistently great food and service. Nathaniel is our favorite waiter for Monday night with the fam, when kids eat free and Alex takes great care of us when we can enjoy an adult meal in the bar. WOW!!!! This place was amazing yummy & affordable. There was 4 girlfriends & myself this evening & you know it's hard to please us female kind!!!! Hahahaha Three of us shared a Classic Deluxe thin crust pizza, with salads & drinks,,must say Excellent~ One had Macaroni & Cheese, which I like but would never think to order. Cowabunga dudes!!! The last one ordered a small Margarita pizza & side salad, beautiful presentation~ We had the nicest, most patient young man as our waiter. Having a health issue, I will definitely be back. I've only been here twice but I like this location a lot! Me boyfriend and I have only sat in the bar area. The service is slow at first but once they notice you (doesn't take long) then you receive menus and great service! We got the hot & tangy baked chicken wings (12) as an appetizer then a 12" margherita pizza. Both were the perfect amount for 2 people. I think this will become one of our go to spots for pizza! I like this location, it is right in the heart of the Ruston Waterfront so this location is always a favorite... The price isn't terrible, so far they don't gouge you for a demanded gratuity. The service here is very good, it is a great place to take kids, parking is validated, and food is as all Ferrelli's very good. But let's be honest too: this location could be an establishment that served disgusting Coke products and Seafood only to be topped off with horribleservice that just absolutely sucked and I would stomach all of that just for that view across the fountains to look out over the sound. read more

Sat down at a bar table, with 4 empty dirty glasses. Waited on a waiter for about 5-10 min, no one came over. Yet, we could count about 6-7 waiters walking by having conversations, smiling and laughing. Two waiters walked by and I got their attention. One asked what we would like to drink, I mentioned we don't have menus. With a defensive attitude he says "Sure, you do. It's right here." and grabs a small flip over rolodex type menu sitting on the table. He says here are the drinks, pointing at a generic draft beer special. They cleared off the table and said they'd return with menus. We walked out. All you had to say "Hey, guys we're sorry!" and got us menus. Absolutely, no need for the attitude. I was so disappointed with my Calzone today. Flatter than a pancake. Inside was ground sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon but all were separate not mixed in and very little of it. Rooftop bar is nice. My husband, and I, arrived to one open table with no one else in line. It was my birthday, and chilly in the shade. We requested a table in the sun. I was told they would have to cash us out to move us, and to just ask our server. Two tables opened up, I asked our server to move us and was told I needed to be put on a list. The host never mentioned a list, and obviously didn't add us. We hadn't even received our drinks yet. The server blamed it on him being new and told us others were ahead of us on the "list". At the very least, they could have turned on the heaters in the shaded areas. We weren't even given napkins. I would have happily waited five minutes for a table in the sun. They are always understaffed at this location. They had plenty of tables that had dirty dishes on them and the hostess was trying to help the wait staff pick up and get more people in the dinning area vs in the waiting area. Even when seated I felt bad for the one or two waiter/waitress that were so busy they barley had time to take our order before having to run off to do other tasks. I have been to this location about 5 times and it's always the same. This last time was the Sunday before Presidents' Day, and only having two people waiting on tables obviously isn't enough for a regular weekend let alone a holiday weekend. I hope the management sees this and makes some changes or maybe upper management needs to allocate more hours to this restaurant. After a 35 minute wait at 1pm to get a table, our drinks and food came out pretty quickly. So the product is great but getting you in and comfortable is the issue. This location is severely understaffed every time we go. We have been there several times over the last eight or nine months. When we go, there are always tons of empty tables but none of them are bussed/cleaned. During one visit, we weren't greeted until 10 minutes after standing inside the door. Eventually there were multiple families waiting to be seated and when someone finally came over to greet us, some of us offered to help bus tables just so we could sit down. We decided to give it a try it one more time today before we gave up forever. There were eight open tables when we walked in but none of them had been cleaned and they quoted a 20 minute wait. We were finally sat and now it has been 30 minutes and they haven't even delivered the kids appetizer...which is carrot sticks. We won't return to this location. I don't know if they are trying to cut costs by not having as many people on staff, or their turnover is high and they can't keep people, or the manager doesn't schedule the staff well. Either way, it is always a disappointing experience for our boys who are waiting over an hour to eat carrots and pizza, while we as parents try to keep them from becoming impatient. read more

I come here fairly often and I always get excellent service. The hosts are always very helpful and friendly. The bartender, Nathaniel, is very good at making drinks and checks on his customers often. The bar is usually playing some good tunes too! The food is always tasty (can't go wrong with 1/2 Chicken Caprese and 1/2 Northwest Traditional!)
