Farelli's isn't a bad place, the pizza and salads that I've had at various locations were pretty good. The staff are friendly and attentive too. My only nit would be for the prices for the food and drinks are a bit high, and the decor comes across as "fancy Denny's" no matter the location. Three and a half stars. read more

I love this place, we ordered happy hour special drinks I got a big blue and my oh my was it BIG. I have always loved farrellies I lived next door to the one in lacey. I really think in comparison to that location and this one, this one is kept much cleaner way better design inside. The pizza for 9.50 was very small and thin but it was good still I feel it was a littlenover priced but at least 3 bucks because that was thr happy hour cost I personally like to get a better deal for such a small pizza.. still every bite was good. We didnt get the pizza we ordered but we kept it anyways. The server was very nice. She was more then friendly she was quick and working alone as a server so I was overly impressed by her work. We ordered stuffed mushrooms, fire sticks chicken fettuccine Alfredo and an entree salad and it was around 75.00. It was horrible. The fettuccine tasted like a frozen dinner. The noodles were stuck together and hard on the ends. The sauce had zero flavor in-fact we had to add salt, garlic and pepper to make it where you could eat it at all. The mushrooms were tiny button mushrooms no bigger than a nickel with cheese melted over them. The fire sticks were not cooked through at all, it was so soft i felt like I was eating dough, so they were just horrible. The salad, that was great. This is the second time that we have eaten here thinking the first time was a fluke. If you want to eat a decent meal go to any other location than this one. Every other location I have been to is amazing. This was a total waste of money! read more

My favorite Pizza spot...when I can afford it. For pizza it's a bit expensive as I can't regularly afford to or justify dropping $30 on a pizza. I guess it's a good thing for my waist line that they are a little more expensive. I must preface this by saying I am incredibly hard to please with pizza. I DO NOT like tomato sauce so that counts out a large portion of pizza places and I'm a fan of heat...and I don't just mean jalapenos. First let's start with the pizza. Their selection is fantastic! I'm normally not a fan of wood fire crust but surprisingly theirs is very good. They always have a Pizza of the Month and on several times that has been intriguing enough to almost steer me from my usual. My GO TO pizza is the Annie's Spicy Sausage Five Star. It has a Jalapeño cream cheese base, spicy Italian sausage, spinach, sweet hot peppers, mozzarella, provolone, pepperoncini and cashews. (Yes that's right cashews on a PIZZA and it's FANTASTIC!!!) The jalapeno cream cheese base is a great change from your normal boring tomato base. Then there's the appetizers. The nachos are gargantuan (and during happy hour you can't go wrong with the price). The fire stix are my favorite (big surprise, they are spicy and cheesy goodness why would I not LOVE them). Their beer and liquor selection is also appreciated. Other perks include online ordering for take out, trivia nights (which are a blast!), a frequent diner point program (this helps considering the cost), 2 pool tables and a juke box on the bar side of the building. We came in on a Tuesday after getting our hearts broken by the wait time at Trappers. We got the Tuesday special which consisted of any premium pizza, a salad, and cheesy breadsticks. Service here is slow. The restaurant was not even a quarter full and it took a while to get anyone's attention. None of the food here "looks" spectacular, but most of the food was surprisingly good. The cheesy breadsticks were a little on the oily side but they were a good appetizer. The salad was just OK. There was some old lettuce in the bowl so it made it unappetizing. The pizza was good. The food is great. The service is punctual. They follow up, but two out of four times coming here they've messed up on my order. Taco salad no beef sub chicken. They are always super sweet about it and fix it. Why when you're on a date night do places sit you next to kids? My kids are grown. I want peace and quiet. Other than that, awesome. This was an awsome place to visit. We got lucky and it was pretty slow. I happen to notice they had pull tabs so we tried those for the first time so that was fun and they even have pool and pong! Mind you we were in the bar area. Very relaxing environment and even has an outside patio with fireplace! The only negative I have to say is the chicken was the driest I've ever had.... but still had a great time and will be coming back for sure. They have lots of super fun mixed drinks too. We ordered the fire stick bread sticks... so yummy cheesy and drizzled with spicy hot sauce on top. The sauce is so delicious creamy ranch, blue cheese and marinara is you ask. The spaghetti and meatballs were not something I would order again. Reminded me of my chef boyarde' days!! Our first time, Alex REALLY wanted a good cheesey pizza for his birthday dinner. We went here, it was a Friday night so we totally forgave the long 30-40 minutes between our appetizer and pizza, especially because our server was so nice. (I think her name was Courtney) It wasn't all THAT packed for that long of a wait between plates but we weren't sweating it. Our Focaccia-Pepperoni app with balsamic reduction & a house dipping sauce was dope. Take that into account when you digest the fact that I still could only give them a two-star. When we finally got our pizza, it was really good! The crust was good, the sauce a little spicy, nice meats: wait, where were those two cheeses? Even our waitress noticed when we got a box (to take home and put cheese on) that something was missing. The cheese. She wanted to have the kitchen put more cheese on it but we didn't want to irritate the party the cooks were having on the line with our outrageous request for cheese on the other half of our $25 pizza. See my picture for reference to how much (or none) cheese you may or may not get on your pie. So she got him a birthday dessert- a cookie ice cream sandwich. She brought it & lit him a nice candle: then we saw the cookies had been totally overdone under the broiler before they got the ice cream & were totally torched. He ate what he could but I didn't blame him for not eating blackened cookie. Again, our poor waitress noticed a little too late when she grabbed the plate and asked. If I were her I'd be so mad at my kitchen staff, I hope she let them have it. We tipped her great because she was great- but she deserved to serve better plates. It'd take some incentive for me to want to take my poor Alex back after blowing my own birthday money on a cheese less pizza. Kick your cook's asses into gear, guys! Was looking for a place that was kid friendly and saw that they had a .99 deal on mondays with adult purchase. Aden was our waiter and was very kind knowledgable and on point with our refills! Had the kids get pasta, one of each and I tried the chefs slice of the day with tomato gorganzola bisque. Aden asked the kids if they wanted dough to play with and was very pleasant to them. I really enjoyed my visit at Farrellis with my boyfriend yesterday. We went for an early lunch and to our sudden suprise it was happy hour where they had a bunch of specials. It was 25% of Appetizers, 50% off personal pizzas, also certain drinks has certain discounts! It was such good deals. We got two personal pizzas; The James Favorite and the Chicken Pesto. We also ordered Spicy Garlic Original wings and the Firestix. The firestix i had a coupon for free on the Farrelis app! Such a great coupon! The pizzas were good and the wings were good! The drinks were pretty strong and we only spent 44$! For all and all, we would only to back during happy hour. Thats obviously where you get the most bang for your buck. read more

Pizza is great. Service was lacking on the day I went which is why I rated it a three rather than a four star. The waitress was distracted and took forever to refill our drinks, bring our to go boxes, and our check. We felt abandoned. Also, the dining room was "very" family friendly and had two screaming babies on the night I went. Lucky me! I didn't like the breadsticks. They were covered in cheese and were almost like a pizza themselves. Silly me, I guess breadsticks should be "breadsticks". The pizza itself was great though! Great crust, sauce, and loved the choices of toppings! (Any place that lets me put artichokes on my pizza has my attention! Yum!) I will note that the pizza did taste even better next day as heated leftovers.... Yum. All in all I think I prefer the rock, but this place had excellent pizza. First time trying Farelli's since we've just recently moved here from out of state. We were greated the moment we walked in the door. We sat on the bar side and service was awesome. My partner discussed the beers with Molly and took her up on a recommendation which turned out great. I had a lovely chardonnay. We ordered the Jack and John pizza. The crust was tender and chewy. Flavor combination was unique and quite tasty. Only complaint was that the sausage was a little overcooked and we wondered about it but didn't say anything. We had a really good time talking with the staff before we left and have decided we'll definitely return to try some of their other interesting pizzas, salads and appetizers. This is a decent. The pizza is good. They serve Pepsi products. My friend recommend this place to me, cause it has an open party room that I was told can fit up to 50. I have booked it every other month for the past year. The waitresses are always friendly and attentive. If we have ever gotten a wrong order, nobody has mentioned it to me. They have plenty of pitchers of water available. A tv for us to show our training materials. The best part is they don't charge us for the use of that area! Just blah. I was getting that the quality of ingredients just isn't there, like they're using the mass sold base restaurant food. So, I asked for an Italian creme soda (strawberry vanilla), it was barely sweet and even when they added more syrup, it failed to obtain qualifying status as the drink it was supposed to be. Kids menu - add applesauce to the menu as a side because only choice is carrots and "breadstick". Pizzas - blah on flavor. Ordered buffalo chicken, yes blah but also, the chicken tasted not nasty but not good, off maybe... My son pizza - he asked for extra sauce, nope. But who knows, maybe server needs to repeat back orders where people build there own pizza too. He did say that he liked it. Wings bbq sauce wasn't the greatest, kind of wierd but quality of the wing was good. Best thing was the "breadstick" on the kids plates that was really just a slice of sauceless cheese pizza that had garlic salt and dried parsley and maybe some butter added. Side garden salad had excellent presentation but their house Balsamic was an oily slick lacking flavor. Waiter wasn't there watching drinks which was what I learned is #1 complaint from diners across the country, not keeping the drinks refilled. He was friendly enough. Keep in mind there was one other table occupied. Then we watched a couple walk out because the waitress was too busy socializing with customers she knew and didn't even take her tables drink order. I ordered Farelli's for the first time through door dash and it was HORRIBLE! I ordered the crab and artichoke crostinis and the meat lovers calzone. The crostinis were full of onions and tomatoes which I absolutely hate and this was not in the description. The calzone was full of disgusting ricotta cheese which I also hate and the description said it only had mozzarella and provolone cheese in it, NOT ricotta. This was $32 down the drain, I gave it to my dog and he didn't even eat it and I was left still hungry. I complained to door dash about my order and they said they would forward my complaint to the restaurant. Nobody from the restaurant ever got back to me. I've been going to this Farrelli's ever since I came to PLU. I love this place. I've come for dinner with friends, cast parties, trivia nights, and just dinner when my family is in town. They have great pizza (I like the margarita pizza), great selection of beers, the nachos are bomb! Breadsticks/Firesticks are never a wrong choice. Overall, I'm trying to say the food is great here. Never had anything I didn't like. The waiting staff is also great! They always make sure your order is what you want and are really friendly. My friend ordered a pizza one time and it came out a little doughy, without a pause the waitress took it back and asked the cook to recook it. The next time it came out, it was perfect! Don't be afraid to ask to fix your food. They won't mind at all. When I go with a small group of friends we like to sit in the bar area. As I said earlier all the beers are great! If you don't want a beer they have other options. A great drink to get that tastes like fruit punch is the F-Bomb. SO GOOD! I like Farrelli's and they do have a nice menu, however they have hiked their prices so much these past 2 years it's ridiculous! Personal size pizzas start at $11.50, with a large/family size up to $31.00. Mac and cheese $15.50. Side salad $5.50 (and it's skimpy). It's just too much. A pizza dinner for 4 shouldn't set you back $80-100. Come for the Happy Hour, that's the best deal. read more

I am making an account here, specifically to call out the absolute abhorrent treatment I received from this establishment. We have been experiencing issues with this particular place of business for years. Every time we place an order, their cooks make a mistake. Bread is missing, sauce is missing, the children's chicken nuggets are mysteriously absent from the pick up. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed the food, but this most recent blunder took the cake. This absolute nightmare of a woman who manages the store spoke in a condescending manner to me explaining that IN SPITE of the PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF I have, of me not having chicken in my Fettuccine, she labeled me a liar. Then of course the email in question she had me send the pictures to verify my complaint to corporate didn't work, (Shocking). Her name was MarryB. This supposed manager thinks that her cooks are infallible, despite them making mistakes on EVERY order we've ever made to this establishment. Alas, being called a liar, was the final straw. Don't bother with these people, they don't care about you, and don't want your feedback. Decent food, but absolutely unforgivable treatment. Tell me, do you spot the chicken? I sure don't.
