After having patronized Farrelli's a number of times, both for takeout and dine in, I have the following observations. Their order and customer intake process can only be described as barely contained chaos. During one takeout order, my order was ready when I arrived, but due to their "process", I had to prompt them to check apparently the one stack of boxes sitting in the warmer that they didn't look at the entire 45 minutes I was standing in the lobby. In another instance, we got on the dine in list only to watch multiple same sized parties that had arrived after us get seated ahead of us. We finally got seated after we went and checked the list and noted the crossed out names below ours. On the kids menu, they tout an "instant snack" that consists of two baby carrots, a bread wedge, ranch dressing, and some uncooked dough that can be played with or eaten. This would be a great idea, if it actually arrived when getting seated instead of right before our entrees. Once you get past their intake process, the food is generally average. We have yet to find anything particularly outstanding nor anything particularly bad. It just has taken an inordinate amount of time and has tended to arrive after orders have arrived for people who were seated after us. On the plus side, they are very kid friendly and our kids do enjoy the instant snack once they do arrive. read more

We came in at the beginning of the week to celebrate a birthday. Although we had to wait a while to be seated (looked to be understaffed) we were placed in an empty private room which was nice. We ordered 5 different pizzas in the largest size, a few appetizers, the Beecher's Mac and cheese (very delicious), and a calzones. Everything came out looking good and delicious. The largest size of pizza was very big. The size reminded me of Costco pizza. Our sever was great. She set up the pizzas buffet style on a separate table. Ranch was home made and it was a great with the pizza. If I'm ever in the area again, I would eat here again with my family. read more

It's a sports bar with friendly people and pretty good service. If you know what to order, the food is pretty good too. I wasn't expecting much from a sports bar. But, their gluten-free crust was actually pretty decent. Also, their Northwest Traditional Pizza was incredible. The normal crust on this pizza looked crazy good. But, even with the gluten-free crust, it was tasty. It was the thick-cut old world pepperoni that was phenomenal and full of flavor. Greeted at the front door by a warm welcome. ...and it went downhill from there. Carlos was OK. Barely. We had to keep asking for everything. Straws, silver, refills - ten minutes with an empty cup I asked the big smile from the front door for a refill. The menu says vast, the food was pretty good, the price was a little high, the service abysmal. Even with good food, I either need a good price or good service. Tried to give this place a second chance, I have had an empty glass of ice tea, and it's been 25 going on 30 mins watching the bar tenders and waitstaff chatting with the staff that just got off work. I was so excited to try this place because I had been thinking about Farrelli's since first trying the one in Ruston. I was big sad. Ordered same pizza, traditional northwest, and it did not taste the same or have the same wow factor like the Ruston location. It also had burnt parts on the crust that made it not as appetizing. Also got the meat lovers, which was ok too. Most meat lovers anywhere tastes the same, this one tasted mostly like Canadian bacon and nothing else. Alfredo was mehhh. I'll just wait until we go to Ruston again. For how much we spent here it just was not worth it. We could have dined some where real nice. Oh well, lesson learned. read more

1st Encounter in the lobby - I would like a seat for 4 Host: Well the wait is about 15-20 minutes, as if that will turn me away. I say ok, that's fine. Host: Fumbles looking for the reservation sheet After 15 minutes, Host takes us back to our table. There are many tables open!!?? Why did it take so long to be seated? Meanwhile, there is a huge group in the convention room getting lots of attention. Waitperson comes over to our table in a reasonable amount of time. Takes our drink orders and returns quickly with our drinks. We say we need just a little more time to study the menu before we order our main entree. Waitperson comes back in a reasonable amount of time to take our order. Helpful with our questions regarding the menu. The food comes in a reasonable manner. However, the waitperson did not bring out our food. The waitperson or anyone else did not refresh our drinks. The waitperson did not ask if we needed anything. I usually look for the good in any situation but this interaction was anything but good. I just could not get over the initial interaction with the Host. And I witnessed it with another family that came in to the lobby after us. The prices are ridiculous for the amount of food. Will not be revisiting any time soon. read more

I've been doing trivia here for a while now, and it's been a great way to break up the week. Their drink prices are fair and they always have some sort of a special deal depending on the night. They also have watching parties for every Seahawk game. The beer selection is outstanding. The food is maybe a 2 out of 5. I'm super guilty of loving their fire sticks though, which are an American-Italian atrocity but I can't deny their deliciousness. This place reminds me of a grown up version of The Rock. I loved the huge bar area. Felt like it was divided between normal bar and restaurant bar style! Have pull tabs! A table with a fire this would be great during winter! Great menu with excellent drinks! Also has a nice happy hour selection! Focaccia bits yummy! Also loved the happy hour NW brat in a hoodie(mainly got it because loved the name)! The moonshine cocktails pretty tasty but the cherry garnish was wow alcohol!! Decent margaritas! I used to come here A LOT. This used to be my favorite restaurant in my area. However, I've had multiple bad experiences that are now preventing me from going back. It is only this location that I have had problems with. The service is always great but the food is not so much. I ordered nachos and watched them microwave them right in front of my eyes rather than putting them in a salamander. I ordered spaghetti another time and the meatballs were clearly microwaved as well as they were dry and tough. A rat running across the dining room floor didn't make it any more appetizing either. On the plus side, they do have good drinks. I probably still won't be back until I hear word that they've improved. read more

Was in for dinner Friday night with mixed feelings! Food was very good but with the virus going around was very disappointed with the staff and the mask wearing or should I say not wearing! We ate in the bar area and saw more than half the staff running around with their masks hanging from their chin. A couple of these were what I felt to be a manager as they did not have a uniform but street clothes but were delivering food. There were many customers coming and going without masks as well without anything being said! Well maybe we won't be able to visit much longer as this is going to cause another lockout if not stopped! Also did not see any disinfecting of the tables as noted on your website! WOW Farrelli's has really stooped to a new low when the hostess explains a 15-20 minute wait and with a couple of families ahead of us we agreed. 10 minutes later as the second of the two families is heading out the door the Dad comments there are quite a few empty tables and when he challenged them he was told they "had to let the kitchen staff catch up"!!!??? I called them on it as well and agree it would have been nice for them to practice a little honesty. Really disappointed, suggest staffing appropriately. read more

Don't listen to Lindsay T. Below this place is great. The food is good and the beer selection is good. Everyday they have species to include kids eat free on Mondays. The chicken strips are more like nuggets but they taste good. The pizza is a good with lots of different toppings. Try the brat in a hoodie. Great stuff. Ate here today with a party of 6 + 2 babies. The restaurant was supposed to open at 11 am but when we arrived at 11 the neon open sign wasn't lit and the doors were locked. I called and the person who answered the phone said they were having some sort of delay and would open in about 15 minutes. Luckily I wasn't hangry yet, but if I was it would have been bad haha! The guy who answered the phone ended up being our server and he was a really good server. I think his name was Josh. He was very attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. I was breastfeeding my baby and he asked me if I wanted him to put my cup of soup under the heat lamp and I said sure and then as soon as I was done he brought it out for me! I really appreciated that. He also brought us a sling for our car seat which I've never seen before, usually we just turn the high chair upside down and stick the car seat in there, but that isn't very safe. I ordered a cup of the tomato gorgonzola soup and a half salad, it was delicious. My husband ordered a calzone and he liked it. read more

Good food, decent prices, food and drinks came out fairly quick. I got the Chianti wine and it was fantastic. My partner got a lemon drop and that was tasty as well. Cesar salad was good, what you'd expect. Pizza came out and my partner got the meat lovers, it was good. My problem was I got the pesto chicken pizza and they forgot to add all the toppings after baking it. Didn't put the tomatoes, basil or balsamic drizzle. Server never came out to ask how the food was so I had to leave the table and find them behind the bar on their phone. It's okay mistakes happen, but the balsamic glaze was supposed to be a drizzle and he brings out a little bowl of it so my pizza wasn't that great because the drizzle was not dispersed properly. He must of not of looked at the food before bringing it to the table, they weren't busy it was a weeknight. The food was good but was disappointed they delivered the pizza missing half the toppings. Spent $100 on 3 pizzas last night and they had little to no toppings! The cheese pizza was mostly plain and the pepperoni pizza had about 1-2 slices of VERY small pepperoni on it! Tonight was the first time we've ate here. Emily our waitress was extremely attentive and kept checking on us to make sure we were doing great and to see if we needed anything else. Every food item and drinks were wonderful except for the chop chop salad, it was drenched with way to much dressing. Prices were very affordable. Love this place, we order from them frequently, it's been a little hit and miss lately but really this place is fantastic, staff is always so friendly food always hits. My only thing is that I order the family meal all the time (online; delivery and pick up menu) and when I ordered tonight it looks like the menu has changed a bit, we can only order the classic pizzas? Options I got: pepperoni, cheese, Hawaiian or a garlic chicken......and I was only able to order the Caesar salad? No other salad options? I normally wouldn't write a review but when when we order there as often as we do, and the family meal being $$ I would appreciate a few more options that are a bit better then just the basic pizza to make me feel like I'm getting my money's worth like can you add at least 2 artisans options? For example the margherita or the meateaters? I can get those classics anywhere...... Probably the worst service I have received in a long long time. The person who seated us walked ahead and didn't realized we were still in the waiting area with the kiddos so we had no idea where she was and had to look in the dinning area for her to find our seat. We had to ask for crayons. The server was okay, but not super personable. She didn't acknowledge the kids. With a crying toddler, stress was a tad high at the table and she offered no relief such as the pizza dough to play with they offer, or a balloon. We finally got the order in but couldn't wait any longer so we left. The waitress didn't check on us after the order was put in. I tried communicating with the waitress we were leaving but she looked the other way as we were going out of the dinning area. As we were leaving, I asked to speak to the manager, the hostess claimed she was the manager. I let her know we were leaving and not too happy so she just canceled our order. She didn't apologize, she didn't acknowledge any issue, she just wanted us out the door. She then admitted she wasn't the manager. I let her know how unhappy I was again and I would be leaving a Yelp review and she said that was fine. UPDATE- We tried it again and feel 100% different. We were greated and seated by a lovely hostess. Our waitress, Whisper was very sweet. She made fantastic recommendations, she checked in on us while we waited and made sure our drinks were always filled. The food was great. I had a gluten free pizza, our kids had the chicken tenders, and my husband had a spicy pizza and they were all very tasty. Probably one of the best GF pizza's I've had. We tried the pineapple cider which is is amazing... AMAZING! The new management seems to be focusing on customer service and I'm impressed with the result. We have placed two takeout orders and the orders weren't right both time. The first time we ordered the fire stix. We had them at the Lacey location and there were amazing! However, the Maple Valley messed it up and didn't put any jalapeno or pepper flakes. We were disappointed. I had the raspberry pecan salad before at the Lacey Location. Substituted mozzarella for bleu cheese and the large size came with bread. It was amazing. We gave Maple Valley another chance and ordered the exact same thing. We asked for mozzarella instead of bleu cheese. However, both mozzarella and bleu cheese were in my salad and we didn't get any bread with our large size salads. Great place to get out of the house with the wife. Nice beer selection, continuous promotions and solid pizza. Lately the service has suffered a bit so I didn't give five stars. They used to be on the spot but have gotten slower and less warm. One of the farrellis girls used to manage it and it was tip top. Now it's not as detail oriented. They ran out of parmesan cheese for our to go order. For a $30 pizza I would expect someone to at least throw some in a salad dressing to go cup if out of the packets. We drank a beer and had an appetizer as we waited for our pizza. You would think they would time the pizza too be ready when we were done but no. Let me start off by saying the server was AMAZING! The free cheese sticks were awesome! We ordered the new sweet chili and garlic wings. They were super soggy and only like warm. Then we ordered the chicken bacon pineapple salad. It was mushy and the whole salad was lukewarm. We ordered the meat lovers pizza. It was under cooked and the pizza dough was wet. The final thing we ordered was the chicken Parmesan. The chicken tasted freezer burnt. It came out burnt and with two chunks of chicken under a bed of burnt cheese.
