A great stop on David Island. We wanted to get some ice cream and we definitely found the right spot. They offer Lots of delicious it's hard to make up your mind but my kids were set on cotton candy and Gator tracks. Both were super yummy with little flavor bites inside in each . Definitely will be stopping in for lunch because the food here smells amazing!!

This a great spot on Davis Islands for a quick meal at an inexpensive price. It's a very casual place with quick service and good food. It's situated on the quaint block of Davis Islands Village with several other restaurants and shops. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. It was good, but the amount of eggs and bacon inside the sandwich was minimal. The hash browns are great. I would definitely try their food again.

Nice "All about the U" Miami Hurricane sports deli and ice cream shoppe. Kindof a strange combo, but it worked for me and my family. They have inside and outside seating and are very pet friendly. They even have a fresh baked pup cookie for sale. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. We ordered at the counter from the menu posted on the wall behind the counter. All of the items were clearly described, and the guy behind the counter explained all additional options. GET THE FRIES! Small upchage, but they reminded me of the days of hot fries at the Bashore Little League ball fields a block away, as a kid. We tried a few different sandwiches, and we were all thrilled what what we ate. My Miami Cuban Sandwich was delicious even though it was not on Cuban Bread, and it did not have pickles in it. The club sandwich was huge and full of fresh turkey, ham, and bacon. The Tuna salad sandwich was fresh and filled with a giant scoop layered on tomato and lettuce between super soft bread. The other star of the meal was the fresh pasta salad. This is definitely someone's mom's recipe. In all, I really liked this place and can recommend it for a great sandwich to eat in or take out. I didn't try the ice cream but next time, for sure.

It's great to have healthy options to order at Farrell's. My go-to option - a Greek salad - add chicken.

    UM decor galore!

I'll be honest, I initially stopped in here just because of the University of Miami flags in the windows! But I'm so glad I did, because their ice cream was awesome. I'm a proud Hurricanes fan and alum -- it feels like I'm one of the few in Tampa. So when I saw the UM decor (and was in the mood for ice cream), I figured it was just meant to be. I walked in to see an impressive amount of Canes memorabilia on the walls and in display cases. Might not mean much to most of the people in Tampa, but I sure got a kick out of it. In fact, the owner told me he put the flag up when he first took over the location, only to have a man stick his head in the door and tell him he'd never stay in business with the UM flag on display. So naturally, the owner went and bought another flag to put up on the other window, haha. Okay, so the ice cream! They have a good selection to choose from, and you can try as many flavors as you like. You can even combine flavors in their smallest size. I tried the chocolate fudge brownie and the toasted coconut -- and even though I didn't think the two would go together, I got a small cup with those two flavors. Turns out it tastes like a Mounds bar! The ice cream is great quality and much better than some other places around town I've tried. I can't wait to come back and try their food -- and naturally have more ice cream for dessert!

always a tradition in getting icecream during a trip to davis islands. most of the usual icecream shops i went to as a kid are no longer there so i was surprised that this place had icecream along with lunch like sandwiches. the icecream was very creamy and was perfect on a nice fl summer hot day. not a bad price too for a good scoop.

Highly recommend the Craft dinner cruise for a special occasion or date night out…read more They have the seating assigned before your arrival as well as a special signed card for your arrival. The service was wonderful and food was excellent!!! I have been on other cruises where the food was just so/so as you were really paying for the cruise. Hands down, it caught me by surprise how good the food was along with great boat cruise too. Once they take your order they encourage the guest to get up and enjoy the view. Being a smaller boat, it was great as you never felt it was overcrowded. They have an open pay lot available for parking at the slip, but was around $40 per car the evening we went due to an event. They do offer discount parking in a nearby garage. Overall, great experience.

It was noted on the reservation, so my opinion is Craft Tampa should be consistent in this: either acknowledge all special occasions, or don't, but not to pick and choose. I have been to many afternoon teas and this fell short in the way the tea service and trays were delivered. The tea was not brewed, nor did you get your own pot, but received your own tea bag of choice with a teapot of hot water to share. This is in itself not terrible, but the hot water was not kept warm with a warmer nor were we offered a fresh pot. The tray did not have an even amount of sandwiches/scones to share which I have never encountered. I did speak to the manager about it and we were offered more sandwiches, and that they would work on this for future events - kudos to them for that. The inside dining area was crazy loud and not at all a relaxing vibe for tea - but that's not the fault of Craft Tampa. Just something to consider if you are wondering in which area to dine. Overall, the actual cruise, views, and service made this "ok", but I would not recommend this to anyone who loves going to afternoon tea.

We decided to try the calamari, and while it was cooked well, the flavor fell a little flat--it could've used a touch more seasoning or sauce to really make it pop. That said, the happy hour deals made it worth a try, and the portion was fair. The Donkey Kick, a Kentucky mule featuring four roses bourbon, house-made ginger-mint syrup was very good drink for happy hour. Where Battery really shined was in the service. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome, attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely friendly. That alone kept the experience positive and left us open to trying more of the menu next time. There are a few parking garages, but even those are a pain because people park like idiots. The parking situation isn't On Swann's fault, but it's an annoying factor. We had reservations well in advance, so we didn't have to worry about a wait. It was reasonably busy for a Saturday at brunch time. The decor and overall ambiance was classy but comfortable, which is great imo. Our server was nice and checked on us a good amount of times. The wait time between ordering our food and it coming to the table felt a bit lengthier than I would typically expect, but the food was delicious so it's hard to even complain about that. I got the short rib hash and a croissant and both items were wonderful. The croissant was flaky and buttery, it comes with a honey dip and butter on the side, would def get again. The short rib hash was also a menu item I would order again - the eggs were cooked perfectly, and I'd say I'm a little picky with how runny my eggs are. These were runny, but not TOO runny. The potatoes had a nice crisp to the outside but nice and soft on the inside, the short rib was so tender, so juicy, it was just a very well rounded, great tasting hash. This was my first time visiting On Swann for brunch, I'll be back for sure, but maybe on a weekday instead of the weekend since it seems to get pretty crowded in the Hyde Park Village area!
