The guest was a man wearing a wig and a pink dress. So yes a cross dresser, but big whoop this is California! The guest wasn't making a scene and was obviously a serious buyer in the middle of shopping a lot of products as their SA was bringing out tray after tray of items. What's shocking was the SA that snuck in the photo was in the middle of helping another customer that was waiting at the counter . So her itch to document the other customer was so great, she took the time to do this mid-guest lol Anyway, hopefully you guys don't get this lady. I thought in general photos weren't allowed in the stores but guess that only applies to paying customers.

Extra bonus is that they stretch out the shoes for you for those that have wide feet. Sam was so helpful and also very quick with bringing out the shoes. My mom does not play when it comes to time management so she was really impressed with Sam and how quick he was able to help her. The entire experience was really calming and pleasant. Thanks Sam!

There is more stock to look at and more to make your selection. I especially like the men's slip on shoes at Salvatore Ferragamo. They are very comfortable and have the horse bit decoration on top in a signature style of the house. Often, the shoes are on a platform that makes them fun to wear as well. The service at the South Coast Plaza facility was very kind and helpful in every way. After selecting the pair of shoes, the representative showed me a selection of wallets, one of which I also bought. And for your new shoes, don't forget to pick up one of the Salvatore Ferragamo shoe trees to keep your shoes in good condition. It is also important to remember that Salvatore Ferragamo is a family-owned business to this day, with a long history of working with Hollywood Stars in the 1950's.

However if you're a seller - selling your expensive clothes you don't get much back. I paid $80 plus for a Patagonia dress directly from Patagonia website but that dress is only worth $9 selling to Crossroad -ouchie. I'll learn not to buy expensive things?-LOL. No greetings from staff at the front. They just mostly talked among each other. Fitting room staff was very sweet and polite. Shoes and clothes are organized by sections.

You can literally find the same or better on apps like Poshmark for less, or just buy it new with a coupon/promo code or at an outlet. It feels less like a thrift/consignment store and more like a place banking on people not knowing better. Whoever runs pricing here clearly understands how to maximize profit--but not value. Also sad seeing people get turned away with bags and bags of clothing. Seems like a humiliation ritual. Save your time and money.
