Not all F&Fs are created equal! This is by far the best location in DFW. When we lived in Carrollton, we did FFF - Fast Furious Friday. We looked forward to it every week, and it never got old. I love the Wow Bowl (pro tip: get a side of eel sauce to pour over for the perfect umami flavor). My fiancé switches between the Spicy Bomb Bowl (add an egg) and the Beef Bibimbap Bowl. Everything is always fresh here and it is still a treat when we're in the area. We recently moved to Coppell, and we were stoked to have an F&F near us again! The protein, veggie and rice bowls are great and tasty. The sauces weren't what we expected (we were thinking Benihana style sauces), but were both delicious. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I was trying to give this place a chance and it was my first time trying. I live in College Station and placed an order online through their website. Even though I selected the location closest to me on maps and brought the website up. It automatically sets the location to this location in Addison. When I called to get a refund after going to the store in College Station, and finding out it was automatically sent to Addison. They refused to give me a refund based on the fact that it was already made. This is not good customer service. I would've at least been OK with a discount or some sort but the gentlemen I talked to didn't offer any help. I will never be trying this place. In this day and age, you should be trying everything you can to keep customers happy. Obviously I wasn't checking to make sure it was at the right location after I picked the right location from the start. Going forward I will be going someplace else. I have to say I am very disappointed. My son and I pick up F&F nearly every Wednesday after his baseball practice and tonight the food not great! I got the steak hibatchi and he got the chicken and steak. The steak was not edible. He bit into at least 4 hard pieces and then said he couldn't eat anymore of it. I then had fatty meat all throughout with a couple of hard pieces so I didn't eat it either after the 3rd piece. I sure wish the quality was better for the money. I opted for the Hawaiian bowl and chose to get it with salmon and mango. I'm not a huge fan of fruits in my entrees...especially sweet, tropical fruits. Like, I'm the person that hates berries in my salad. Fruits are a dessert thing for me (except like avocados, limes, and lemons) but I actually enjoyed the mango in my Hawaiian bowl. The mango was perfectly ripe and SO sweet! All the ingredients in my bowl were super fresh and the salmon was delicious. Great flavor and great portion size. I've been here twice and both times, they weren't extremely crowded so the wait time isn't bad at all. You order at the counter and they give you a number and deliver your order to your table. They also have pictures on the wall which helped a lot the first time I went there. I love their hawaiian bowl and chirashi bowl which is almost like poke. The hawaiian bowl I got had tuna, cucumbers, mangos, green bell peppers, avacado, and rice. I honestly thought I could do without the bell peppers so I'll probably nix those next time I get it. I also prefer the hawaiian bowl over the chirashi because the chirashi is more like a salad. I love the sauces the hawaiian bowl comes with but I wish they put more raw fish. Overall, will definitely be coming back and would definitely recommend trying out these bowls! read more
