Incredible experience! We pass by this place all the time and never stop! Well, last night we bit the proverbial apple and chose the restaurant for dinner! Honestly, the food tasted super fresh and had lots of flavor! Some of the winners from the night: - Negi Tuna (a special) - Geisha (riceless roll) - Shrimp & Lobster Shumai While everything was delicious, the three items above were beyond! The Negi Tuna had Tuna Toro and that's one of my favorite cuts of the fish; it also had sesame seeds and brown rice which all added to the buttery flavor! Generally, I'm a roll WITH RICE kind of gal; however, the Geisha blew me out of the water! So fresh and refreshing! Not a single off putting fish-y flavor. Then, the Shrimp & Lobster Shumai was filled with meat and the dough had that special homemade consistency! You really can't go wrong with anything we ordered...the only thing the group decided we would not order again is the Big Sister (which is unfortunate because I am a big sister). When I read it on the menu, I did not want it, but the people I was with thought it sounded yummy. All in all it was an incredible experience! We did not have to wait more than 2 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night. The service was speedy and Bishop did a great job balancing all his tables and our three rounds of food. The ambiance from the outside might seem a bit clubby (the boys said at least three times it looked closed), but on the inside it was lovely! Also, they really enjoyed the decor and hand soap in the men's restroom!

The restaurant is somewhat spacious and loved the outdoor sitting area. For food, we ordered the Onesan Sashimi, Ocean's Eleven Roll, Shrimp and Lobster Shumai, and Crispy Korean Fried Chicken. I did not like any of the food... First, the Onesan Sashimi had a super strong yuzu soy taste that I can barely taste the yellowtail itself, Ocean's Eleven Roll was tiny and sauce was super acidic and did not taste like spicy ponzu sauce but more like cho gochujang, Shrimp and Lobster Shumai was dry and personally to me, I did not like the combo with the lobster uni curry, and lastly the Crispy Korean Fried Chicken tasted so-so. But what threw me off was that it was under the "dim-sum" category but why would they do that if it's not really dimsum.. Our server was good so that was probably the only satisfaction of this visit.

I wish I could remember the type of rolls we got because I want those every single time! We walked in 30 min before closing and were hesitant that we wouldn't get the best service but set at the bar and the bartender was amazing! We took his dinner recommendations and wine suggestions and everything was DELICIOUS!!!!! Worth the 20 min drive!

Great food, great service, nice ambiance. Not super fancy or upscale ambiance. Happy hour deal is nice, wish it lasted until 7pm instead of 6. Parking in front.

Coconut Creme brûlée was a great ending to a wonderful meal.

4.5 First off the service is top tier. Duy took care of us. He was so nice and attentive. We tried a lot since it was our first visit. We got both the lobster and pork belly fried rice. They had more egg than expected, but I liked that. They were really flavorful and delicious. I got spicy wonton and boy did they have a kick, yet still good. We weren't a fan of the Monkey balls and I found their hamachi nigiri to be bland also. Those glazed ribs were scrumptious. The curry chicken dumplings and katana boat was good. My daughter got an eel avocado roll that she also really liked. It's small, but nice inside. Very modern decor The drinks are good too. My husband got some whiskey drink that was really yummy. Mine was too, but I forget the name of it. We got all of that for $205. We had leftovers

We went on a weekday during happy hour (4-6 pm). The selection was limited and the full menu was not available until 5 pm. Our server was nice and helpful and the service was fast. We liked the sushi best. The rest was good but a bit salty for our liking. We would love to go again to try some of the house rolls.

The food came out piping hot and super fast, within 5 minutes our table was full of dishes! We were a small party so we only tried some dishes: Shu Mai, Shrimp Har Gow (eh), Chicken Feet, Steamed BBQ Pork Buns, Baked BBQ Pork Buns, Soup Dumplings, Fried Shrimp Balls, and Tofu Pudding for dessert. The stars of the show were the siu mai, the Baked BBQ Pork Buns and the Steamed BBQ Pork Buns. The siu mai was packed with fillings and it was so good, might be the best one I've ever had. The Baked buns were good but the buns might be a little too heavy. However, the steamed buns were so airy, light, and fluffy. I've never seen a bun that fluffy, it was like touching a cloud. It was still good when we reheated it at home, too! My boyfriend also loved the chicken feet, it was packed with flavor and very juicy. On the other hand, the soup dumplings were okay they didn't have any soup in them. The shrimp har gow wrapper was really thick, making it not as good. The tofu pudding was delicious. It's silken tofu with sweet ginger syrup, usually served with chewy balls but they didn't have that here. It was served hot and it was my childhood so I had to get it :) It looked like a lot of food but the bill came out to be around $50+, which wasn't bad given that we had a lot of leftovers for the day. I would definitely come back here!

Our waiter was very welcoming and friendly and gave us some great recommendations since it was our first time dining there. We tried the following dishes: Soup Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), Gong Bao Pork, and Stir-Fried La Mian with Vegetables. My favorite dishes were the beef dish and the soup dumplings. I would definitely order those again. It was also really nice to see the chef hand-pull the noodles right behind our table, which added to the whole experience. This visit, we hosted family from East Texas who'd been here once before. Starting with delicious Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings and Bucks Spare Ribs, we moved on to Ants Climbing Trees (Ma Yi Shang Shu), a classic Sichuan dish of vermicelli cooked with minced pork, in fermented chili sauce, with garlic and green onions, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, crispy bite-size shrimp tossed with green onion, basil, garlic, and jalapeño, and Sichuan Green Beans, stir-fried with garlic, mushrooms, and minced pork. We opted for one order of white rice and one of fried rice with our entrées. The restaurant is almost always packed if you don't have a reservation, but the vibe is relaxed and casual without being loud. In fact, it's so popular, you may have to wait a bit even with a reservation, since they want you to enjoy your meal vs rushing you out to "turn the table."
