Been coming here for over 5 years. My preference to the ingredients same as all the other pizza restaurants. Prices are better for my pocket. They make all types. This place is super slow even when they have no customers, there is no reason why they should call themself fast pizza. Says that open at 10:30am it's more like when they feel like opening. To top it off we were only getting something because we were hungry while doing laundry and it was out of convenience. It does take about 45 minutes to get their 7.99 lunch special for one person. After being told it would only be 13 minutes. While there we over heard the work tell someone on the phone it would be 45 minutes plus before they would be able to get the salad they ordered over the phone. He says it will be 45 minutes and just hangs up in the middle of me talking. Pizza shows up and garlic chicken is extremely soggy. The nice guy I've always talked to didn't answer the phone. My address wasn't save in the system. And when the food came, it was confirmed. The wings and ranch are different. Great pizza. Free delivery for anything over a medium. What more can you ask for? I ordered 2 family meals for about 12 people. The family meals came with 2 large pizzas and a side of breadsticks. The food was more than enough for 12 people. Staff were super friendly. You are allowed two toppings per pizza but if you only get one on one of the pizzas you can roll the extra topping to the other. Delivery was free and as the name suggests, extremely fast. Total came to about $80 for 4 large two topping pizzas, two cheesy breads, and delivery (free). Quality is amazing for the price. Service is quick and friendly. Be forewarned: The gentleman that used to run the shop for about 25 years retired last week. I called to order the family special, which is a $39 deal. I was informed by the new guy that there were an additional $9 in surcharges now included. This means that the $39-40 deal now is $48 even though it is still listed at $39. I asked the manager directly, he said $4 this is a delivery fee. This is a new fee that they have added since last weekend, and it's not listed at all. The manager told me that this goes entirely to the driver, but I have already talked to the driver and this is not true. I feel really bad for the guys who have worked there for a lot of years, because the new ownership has come in and basically have no clue. I don't mind paying more money if it's for a reason, but all I got were two different guys stumbling over their words, trying to explain what was a cash grab. I've been ordering pizza from here for years and it has always been my favorite. After new ownership I saw a lot of bad reviews and was hesitant to order, but I found you could now order online via Slice or GrubHub. Before you could only order by phone and often it was busy or I was put on hold. So I ordered on Slice. I was pleasantly surprised the quality was very close to before the new ownership. The only real difference is the combo no longer has linguisa, even though the website still says it does. However, the last time I ordered I found a good coupon on their website. The coupon clearly states Carry Out or Delivery. So I called to order. As usual I was put on hold. After they finally were ready to take my order they didn't have my address in their system. So apparently the new ownership lost all previous customers addresses. After providing all my information I mentioned I had a coupon. I was told it was only for carry out. I told him it's on their website and clearly states carry out or delivery. He insisted it was only for carry out. He asked if I wanted carry out. I told him no, I want delivery for the price on your website. He was very rude and again insisted that price is only for carry out. I told him I will order from a different restaurant. The friendly workers who took orders with military precision are gone, replaced by people who don't even say the name of the business when you call. Was barely able to understand the employee who took our order, and it took 10+ minutes, repeating my credit card number three times to order two pizzas. Recently I had a pizza order and then days later realized I needed a receipt for my boss. I walked in and was greeted by a Tom, who took down my name and cell and told me he'd "text it later". I was skeptical and was already assuming I'd have to go back in again another day. Tom delivered the goods as promised and when I asked for an itemized receipt (Tom initially gave me the receipt I signed and not the one my boss wanted), he again delivered the goods. Our go-to pizza actually got even better after the regime change. Before, it was the best pizza in the world, and somehow it's now even better. We really like the overflow of cheese so if you don't like it then I suppose you can ask. I always pickup in my actively heated bag so I don't feel the pain of the new delivery fees, which appears to be one of the main issue with the recent changes. The new owner is super nice and speaks very good English, although other new workers might be a bit difficult to understand. There's been record inflation so the price going up a bit should be understandable. They ran out of medium gluten free so they just gave us large for no additional charge. This used to be our go to neighborhood pizza joint for decades! The pizza was always made right! Hot, fresh, lots of toppings, and fast as the name suggests. Not a lot of places offer sliced linguica which is what really kept us coming. Also, the prices were unbeatable! However, since they changed ownership/management the establishment has never been the same. There used to be a friendly gentleman who'd always answer the phone. He was prompt with order taking, always had my name on file, and offered promo specials so that I'd get a better deal and save a few bucks. I really appreciated him and knew I could always count on my pizza to be perfect! One day, (I want to say about 4 years ago), I called but a different guy answered the phone. He was not as efficient when taking my order and no longer was my name on file. I noticed the price had increased too. I thought it was unusual but wrote it off as inflation. To make up for the price increase I was offered a free liter of soda which was ok. I went to pick up my pizza and the new manager who also took my phone order greeted me. I asked what happened to the other guy who used to be there. The manager at first seemed a little put off and then proceeded to tell me how the ex employee was incapable of physically working, kind of belittling him in a way, and even going as far as telling me about the employee's personal health status. I don't know if there was any truth to the slander but I thought it was completely inappropriate and unnecessary for him to share that info with me. It was a very poor attempt to solicit validation. Finally, the pizza was not as good as it used to be, 6/10. I do feel nostalgic when I drive by because that was actually the last time I went to Fast Pizza.
