Come with me to Fat Boy Ricks located in Kendall this food truck offers delicious burgers and loaded fries. This was my first time trying them and I am now a fan. I ordered their Smash Fries and Smash Burger, both were sensational. The Smash Fries are going to the very top of the list for "loaded" fries, made up of two smash patties with onions on a bed of fries and their smash sauce. The fries are made to a perfect crisp ( they are consistent with this, I had them again this past week and they were also nice and crispy). The meat is well cooked and the onions are proportionate, their smash sauce is delicious. The Smash Burger was amazing, with great flavor and quality taking it to the top of my Smash Burger list. Fat Boy Ricks offers great service quality, quick preparation, and amazing flavor. I will visit Fat Boy Ricks again in the future, I have to try their Whiskey Burger.

This is the best burger I've ever had. The guava jam was an unexpected addition that I now wish every burger had. The fries were uniquely delicious too. The location was great, with the staff keeping everything neatly organized and offering a friendly service. A must-try in Miami. Easily one of the best burgers I've had, and I've had a lot! Got a basic double patty. The burger took less than 10 minutes and it tasted delicious. The tender meat, the soft bread and the yummy house sauce. It became my go to for a late meal. The truffle fries were amazing too. Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.

Friday Burger, Smash Fries, and Smash Burger

This food truck is parked in the back parking lot next to the Vista Lago Ballroom. We were the only ones there as they just opened up, but from order to service was super fast! The food was incredible! Best burger I've had in a while! They have a variety of options and fountain drinks too. We got the tres leche that is only available Friday and Saturdays. Amazing!! They have a nice little tent set up with some outdoor light strung up giving a super chill ambience and a true food truck experience. Check them out, you won't be disappointed! Picture is of the aftermath. Usually the camera eats first but not this time!

Great, solid burgers! My family loved it, they were fresh and tasty. I had their whisky burger which was amazing. My family had the classic og and they liked it, but mine was the best. The truffle fries were very well seasoned, hot and crispy. We also ordered the Nutella dessert which one a sweet way to end our meal. We'll definitely be back.

This food truck is a MUST in Kendall. The meat of the burgers is flavorful, fresh and delicious. Service is quick and the guys were all very nice. The area is away from traffic with plenty of space to sit. I had the Friday Burger which has guava in it and the sweetness was a great compliment to the savory flavor of the patty. The fries are delicious, we asked no mushrooms and they were incredible. The sautéed onions added the perfect flavor with the trio sauce. The only thing is I wish you could ask for more sauce for the bottom half of the fries. If you're in Kendall you have to try this place! read more

Ordered for the first time from this spot On Uber Eats and my oh my what a delight! Definitely a little on the pricier side for a burger but worth it in my opinion. I got the Cynthia's Way burger. It was the perfect blend of sweet and savory. The burger was cooked perfectly and complimented by the Monterey Jack cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms and that guava jam just took it over the edge. My fiancé had The Ernie's Way burger and was raving about the the thickness of the bacon which was complimented by the whiskey sauce. We also ordered the regular fries ($4) and it was enough to share between the two of us with our burgers. Favorite burger spot! Everything is super fresh and packed with flavor. My favorite menu items are the Friday burger (bacon, pepper Jack cheese, and their guava jam) and the truffle fries! The Friday burger is the perfect combination of savory and sweet. The pepper Jack cheese also gives it a kick which is just PERFECTION. Seriously there is nothing else like this. Truffle fries are tasty and have the perfect crunch to them. Portions are large enough to share (bang for your buck) but honestly i wouldn't share. Possibly the best burger I've had in Miami. I've tried Smashburger, created my own adding Whiskey Sauce and Grilled onions, and the Guava and Cheese and they have all hit the spot. Love love love. My fav is the Friday burger, with a little twist, for the non bacon lovers. Add arugula and tomato and remove the bacon. It's delicious. Half a pound burgers and the truffle fries! Amazing, amazing food! I first saw them on my Instagram story and thought I'd try it out. The taste of the burgers is unique and so delicious. The jam that they add to the Friday burger, my favorite! And the truffle fries is really good I personally asked for them to put the trio sauce on top of it and it's heaven! 10/10 recommend. it's a nice spot to go after a car meet or to take some friends and just chat and eat. They normally sell out about an hour before they close. I recommend going within the three hours that they're open because it's less wait time. They also offer takeout, which is amazing! read more

If you want the best burger in miami HANDS DOWN, come here. You will not regret it, I guarantee you. I've been coming every week since they opened. My favorite is the friday burger but they're all amazing. You can tell the meat is fresh along with the rest of the ingredients. You'll stop having burgers anywhere else.
