Prices online are not matching prices in the restaurant: fried tilapia is 12.99 online in the restaurant 15.99 and etc. All silverware and plates are plastic. No sauces were served with crab cakes or tilapia you literally have to ask for everything, plates, silverware. And as a finish we had a shit show with a high/homeless guy right next to us talking to himself all the time, after he ordered the waiter tiled him their credit card machine is down and he has to pay cash and guess what? When i called, they said they would give me the missing item with my next order. I could have checked the bag and it was just a large container of extra spice that was missing - so kind of a bummer but it's not like they forgot and entree. The staff was nice. It's definitely family owned. The inside seemed really large. I had done takeaway. I had the boiled shrimp with corn the first time and boiled shrimp with rice the second time. I wanted to love this place, but the "bartender" really ruined my experience. However my server was very sweet so I will give this place a decent rating. I ordered boiled crab and crawfish. The flavor of both was on point (I got the Cajun flavor). The crab was great but the crawfish were small and not fresh. It's not really crawfish season yet though, so I won't hold that against them. I decided to order a drink with rum, but I asked them NOT to use any coconut flavors, which would be the Malibu Rum that was included in the drink. I asked them specifically to use any rum other than Malibu. I request this ANY time I go somewhere and ask for a drink that requires rum. My drink definitely tasted like coconut and I knew right off the rip that my request was ignored. Imagine if I was allergic to coconut! The "bartender" proceeded to tell me that she didn't use Malibu and that the drink just had coconut flavors because of the ingredients. She had the worst attitude when she confronted me about the situation. It's frustrating that she couldn't just admit that she used Malibu. I wasn't even mad, I just wanted the drink I asked for. I requested a margarita instead. It was not good at all and SUPER sweet. It tasted like everything BUT a margarita. I'm torn between if I would come back or not. Customer service is everything to me and they didn't meet my expectations. First, this was my first experience in this establishment for my daughter's birthday. The menu is small and not much to choose from. The waitress was very very kind and accommodating. I ordered a half order of the boiled whole shrimp with the boom sauce. The flavor was okay but the shrimp was so over boiled that they were mushy. When twisting the head off it completely disintegrated between my fingers. The crab cake flavor was okay but would be much better if they breaded it with the same breading used on the cheesesticks. Like i stated before our waitress was kind and accommodating. The other staff members were loud and using profanities not caring at all about the customers hearing them. The venue looked Awsome but We sat for 15 min . There was only 3 tables seated so it's not like the staff was overwhelmed with work.
