I have never walked out of a restaurant until my family and I visited this establishment today. The employee working the front told us very rudely when we walked in to sit where we wanted. We waited and waited and heard a conversation between she and the manager about her leaving in 8 minutes. Clearly, she was upset that she was not getting off work. After several minutes of waiting (at one point we began looking for to-go menus because it was taking so long) she came to our table, didn't say a word, and threw the menus on our table. Tried to place an order for pickup at 2:39 on a Saturday. Lady seemed annoyed. After trying to say my credit card card on the phone 6 times, she then says it's declined and nothing she can do. I absolutely love this place, especially on Mondays for all-you-can-eat wings. However, the service is pretty slow, probably because of a lack of floor staff/waitresses. I appreciate all food is cooked to order. But, if you are in a rush, I would not come here. We probably spent a good two hours here just with two orders of wings (an original order and then a refill). The food is great! Definitely try the wings. Tuesdays from 12 to 4pm they have a half pound burger and fries for only $5. As you can see from my previous review, I enjoyed Fatboys food... unfortunately not so much last night. Ordered the Roadhouse burger, a Philly steak sandwich, and six Buffalo wings, the burger was pretty good but wasn't very hot and the fries were cold and a soggy mess, nothing like my last meal from here! The Philly steak was greasy with onions and green peppers that were diced so little that you couldn't even see or taste them and the fries were cold and soggy as well. The wings had NO Buffalo sauce on them at all, just boxed up dry. I know that it's a hard time right now for restaurants being under a lot of restrictions and difficulty staying fully staffed, but I wanted to bring this to your attention so maybe you could address these issues. I will still try Fatboy's again...not willing to give up yet... but you have to do a better job! read more

If I could put 0 I would, hands down the worst service I have ever had in my life. Ordered drinks, apps, and our food at once as we had been sitting for awhile before anyone came to our table. 20 minutes go by, no drinks, asked the other waitress what was going on as our waitress was no where in sight and she found our waitress to get our drinks with some BS excuse. Was able to see the kitchen from our table and see food up in the window, we are the only ones without food in the restaurant so it's obviously ours. My husband got up after 15 minutes and asked and sure enough that was our food sitting in the window for 15 plus minutes getting cold with our waitress no where in sight once again. Never got our app either, but the table who showed up 30 minutes after us got their app before we got ours. Finally got to the point we were beyond fed up and got up and left in complete disgust and as we were walking out another table seemed to have the same experience with the same waitress we had as they said we made the mistake not doing that an hour ago. I've been a waitress and am quite understanding if it's busy and the waitress is running around like a chicken with their head cut off but our waitress had 3 tables that all came in at different times and just put absolutely no effort into her job. We will never be back and would never recommend coming here to anyone. read more

Wings and onion ring pieces were over cooked, dripping in burnt oil and tasted like, well, burnt oil. Used a ton of napkins to drain the oil but it didn't change the taste. Won't be back unless I need a laxative. read more

We're from Florida and just visiting. Always on the search for a good burger and I have to say we found it. Just the right amount of grease, not dripping but juicy. I haven't had one so good in quite awhile. We had wings as well and they were great, a little small but they gave us a few extra to make up for it. The lady at the counter was friendly and helped me out with the menu since it was our first time. Over all a very good experience and a fantastic burger! P.s. Ate there for the first time today. Tasted ok. Was disappointed with the onion straws. Very small and were more like onion crumbs. The food was way overpriced. Burger was large. The menu seems ok when reading it. However, after receiving the food, there just didn't seem like much was there for the $28 that I paid for two burgers, a fry and onion straw, and two drinks. The atmosphere was like being in a waffle house or truck stop diner. There were only three people running the place and it was a ghost town for customers on a Saturday at 8pm. Felt weird. Terrible service! We ordered a meatless burger which came out completely soggy, soggy lettuce and soggy bun. Our kids cheeseburger ($6) came out with no cheese and shriveled up smaller than a McDonalds burger. Our sons hotwings came out dried up and almost sauceless. The wife's buffalo chicken sandwich came out 30 minutes after the rest of the order. The plus side is the manager came by to offer us a refund. If you like coming in hungry, waiting for almost an hour and then leaving hungry then this is your go to burger spot. Will not be recommending. read more

They have a large selection of burgers, chicken sandwiches, and wings. I have yet to find something that I do not like. The staff is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Just be careful though. Towards the back by the kitchen and soda fountain it can be a little slick even after they mop the floor thoroughly. read more

Best burger in Enterprise, hands down. Cannot give it 5 stars for two reasons; 1) the smell in the restaurant is foul, not unlike a septic tank, and 2) no milkshakes (ok this is superficial, but I like a REAL chocolate shake with my burger, only thing I miss about Cheeburger, Cheeburger). I am not sure what is going on with the smell, with such delicious burgers, you'd think it'd smell great. They have great weeknight specials, I'd love to go more and take guests, but the smell is really something that I cannot willingly submit anyone else to. This was my first time eating here! I enjoyed my bacon cheeseburger and fries! Everything was cooked to perfection! The cook was courteous! The cashier was excellent! Holy LYSOL!!! Had a late dinner and choose to eat here still had an hour before closing, yes I know its frustrating have customers come in and your ready to go home! First the looks were already a sign like we need to choose some where else... second when you walk in could taste the chemicals from cleaning product... yes I know viruses are bad right now but I shouldn't taste it! We made the comment of the strong smell to the cashier but the other employee continued to douse the restaurant with lysol... it became so bad I had got a headache and almost got sick I had to step out, but the employee continue to spray all around us and behind us by the entrance! Myself nor my sister could breathe and couldn't even order food and had to leave the store! Service was friendly, prices are decent and food tasted good. I appreciate the trivia cards on the tables to keep us occupied as we waited for our food. The only issues I have with this place was a German cockroach came crawling out from between the trivia cards on the table, the window sill had dead bugs and cobwebs in the corners, and there was a wet rag laid out on the floor tucked against the wall (presumably to soak up some type of liquid). Essentially, I enjoyed my food, but cleanliness lacked in a few areas. If I decide to give this place my patronage in the future, it will probably be to-go. read more

I was looking for cheeburger cheeburger but I stumbled upon this fine establishment. All I can say is what a find!!! I wish I would of went here earlier in my trip.
