All good on this trip - called ahead and my order was waiting for me upon arrival - Bravo ! Order was correct and parking fairly easy - I'll be back !

Suppose to be a regular fat burger

For $50+ it's a bust. All three of the fats were flat including the bun. I never had a fat burger like this very disappointing. We ordered a regular fat . Fries were really cooked long they were white instead of a nice golden brown we had to toss them in the air fryer

One of the cleanest fast food spots I've seen. This is a comfortable location. I ordered two Originals with cheese, no lettuce and a skinny Fry. The lady behind the counter yells everything back to the cook behind the grill; it's really funny. It reminds me of the old SNL skit with John Belushi, "CHEESEBURGER, CHEESEBURGER!" The service is friendly and they bring the food out to you, when eating there. The burgers is good, but nothing that I'm going to crave. Two cheeseburgers, one fry and a drink was 30 bucks. I guess that's to be expected nowadays. Also, no Coke, only Pepsi. Oh well, you can't have it all!

For my money, the best fast food burger in LA is at Fatburger. Good quality beef that's well-seasoned and grilled to be juicy without being greasy. Fresh veggies and other toppings, plus a substantial bun that doesn't collapse. I didn't order a side this time, but their fries are top notch, and their onion rings are some of the best you'll find. Friendly staff offers quick service, and the recently remodeled outpost in Sherman Oaks is clean, comfortable and supported by a cheery soundtrack. Definitely leaps and bounds better than In-N-Out... always has been.

I walked into my favorite hamburger stand today. I had to have my Large Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of chili, onions and cheese. I'm gonna crush it! Yummers! Thanks for extraordinary service once again. I'll be back!!

Welcome back, Fatburger - Sherman Oaks. My local Fb has been remodeled and updated to keep its burger spot charm, but with a fresh coat of everything... Including its outdoor dining area. Fast food casual comfort retro renovated and ready to be enjoyed. Great service, good eats and loaded with reliable burger stand options. The fries are definitely a must skinny, sweet potato as well as classic fat fries (thick steak cut). Great milkshakes here as well - the non dairy Craig's Vegan Milkshakes are yum from Strawberry to Maui Banana, vanilla and chocolate aren't half bad as well. While I do miss the impossible nuggets once offered here and throughout the chain the impossible burgers are made just the way I like. They were a little slammed the other day so my order was cancelled (insert single tear emoji)... But this almost never happens otherwise. Love walking up Ventura Blvd over to Ventura Blvd & Beverly Glen Blvd (also Tyrone Avenue if heading north to south) where this location resides. Ordering takeout (express window), delivery (GrubHub, UberEats, Postmates) or dine-in. Restrooms on the outside for customers just off their stand alone parking lot. Very pedestrian friendly in so many ways bringing the vintage food spot vibes into the 2020s and beyond.

I like this Fatburger location. I have been here several times. I ordered a single cheeseburger with bacon and chili on it. They serve you huge fries or thin fries. Shakes are delicious here too. Nice service too. Jessica was a good help We will be back again sometime.

My son's favorite burger place by far. Better than all the rest. Super fresh and lean beef. Great shakes. Fries could be better.

There's music that's lively without being overbearing, and the staff is uniformly friendly. But... You have to order at the bar and, though they have runners to bring your food, you do have to hunt them down for anything after the delivery (extra ketchup, etc). While this isn't my favorite system at my age, to be fair, whatever the owners are saving on staff is reflected in the prices, which are absolutely below most places in the area for food that is good-quality and drinks that are generously poured. So yes, my wife's Espresso Martini was served in a deep-bellied Belgium beer glass, and my whiskey neat was a hefty pour. Yay!! For food, I ordered the Smash Burger, which is served with melted American, grilled onions and the house version of Russian dressing (as well as pickles, which I deleted). The burgers had a nice, smashed crust while remaining juicy, the cheese was properly melted, and the grilled onions had a terrific caramelized sweetness, while the house sauce was very well-balanced: ketchupy and creamy without being too mayonnaise-heavy. A very good smasher. My wife ordered the Big Texan Burger because she wanted cheddar and frizzled onions and BBQ sauce, though she deleted the bacon and pork belly that are normally included. This, too, was a very good burger: cooked to a proper and pleasing medium-rare and well-seasoned, with a good, fresh flavor to the beef. The onion rings were less successful, which are of the beer batter type, but seemed to be a commercial, frozen product. The coating was browned but not crisp, and the flavor was relatively nondescript. We didn't really eat them, and wouldn't order them again. And so, to me, The Tipsy Cow is a bit of a mixed bag: reasonably priced decent food and reasonably priced, generously-poured drinks -- but in a mostly self-serve environment that incrementally loses its appeal in relation to your age and your dining circumstances. Certainly worth a try, but you've gotta be in the right mood.

No problem... except no one came to us for ever. We were maybe 1 of 4/5 tables in the place. Finally we flagged down someone who got our drinks going. Looks like he was the bartender - bar did have people too. Took awhile to get some food going as well, but we did eventually. Staff was friendly, so other than the waiting, it was a great time. Sherman Oaks is gritty and the section of Ventura Boulevard that houses TLP is almost brutalist in its anti-establishment aesthetic. You would never know it was here if you didn't either live in the neighborhood or seek it out as I did. It is sandwiched between a completely non-descript place that I didn't even look at and a crystals shop with grafitti-etched windows (unfortunately!) but some really cool beads. Inside is the same -- no frills, a dress-down and survive-if-you-dare vibe. My pictures will illustrate what I mean. Nevertheless, the friendly service (shout out to our server, Patrick), the menu, and the quality of the food are well worth it. Again, see what we ordered in the photos attached. Everything was delicious. The floor, tables, and chairs were all clean. There is some kind of post-apocalypse rhumba going on with the ceiling treatment. It is almost reverse-logic art with all the shading (stains? velour movement?) and utilitarian installation it reveals. Love the walls though, and the worn distressed wood everywhere (see the pix, folks). A bonus was watching the Masters (Patrick let us linger) and sitting by a giant window that was open to the street. Parking is up a block or so on either side. We always find safe spots in Sherman Oaks. The music seemed to be one CD of an unknown (to me) vocal artist and was pleasant. The crowd was friendly and the whole atmosphere was like one big homey grunge party. You know those mornings you fall out of bed and almost don't want to change out of your pajamas or yoga threds? This is the place to go. I loved it. (NOTE: You may have to refresh this page twice to see my pictures, for some reason. grrrrrr)

Sit on the patio to enjoy the full effect of the fairy lights, fireplace and cozy spaces meant for an intimate date. I had their Old Fashioned which was banana flavored for summer. The banana was a more subtle finish, not sweet, but I still prefer their peach version and wish it was also on the menu. The deviled eggs are just the right bite for drinks. We also had the flatbread and hummus, made with green garbanzo beans and served with watermelon radish and pita bread. TIP: if you like biscuits, order theirs! Put your order in right away because they're baked fresh for you and they take a while. With the honey butter, it's perfect! Service is consistently good!
